Premium Member As Lovely Mannequins

Iconoclastic lots of marshiest beauty

Clenched sublime altruistic nature bore –
Morals indefatigably humbled, reasoning in bondage –
Bondage of the highest periphery
Blessings encountered in watered chaos.
Blocked nuts with scanty feelers,
Inducing mere bouts of euphoric impasses
Rarely a gift of fatherly nature.
Hay filled tubs called but heads
Preferably a misfortune
To their worthless masses.
Maevius a reader’s delight be
In the fumbling fold
Of this rowdy rendezvous.
More ore less classy oddities
On deferred pedestals
As lovely Mannequins
To display for sale.
Now Hyperion his burning sword behold
None to hear Triton’s call to arms.

Premium Member KAYLA, CHARMANDER AND ME

My parents taught me early…it was built into our lifestyle
to never miss an opportunity to speak with kindness
bring joy to another person…or make a child smile.

A while ago I ran across a stuffed Charmander at a neighborhood garage sale
For those of you who don’t know :
Charmander is an orange Pokemon lizard with a fire at the end of his tail.

Don’t feel bad…I didn’t know either….I didn’t know who Charmander was or what his tail is for.
I only thought that orange stuffed lizard would look good in the Children’s section of our store.

I found him a spot high on the shelf…where he could watch the children read and play.
And that is where he sat…that is…until yesterday.

When Kayla, a little girl, burst into the store…with her grandparents close on her tail.
and asked, her eyes wide with anticipation…if Charmander was for sale.

I asked her who Charmander was…remember I was totally unaware…
She pointed…saying it’s the orange Pokemon lizard…on the bookcase…over there.

Her Grandma said Kayla loves Pokemon…lives for Pokemon
Which is what brought her to this place.
I could see the hopefulness in her eyes match the excitement on her face.

I told her he wasn’t for sale…but he is tired of sitting on our shelf…
and it’s time for him to roam…
I told her we’ve been waiting for just the right person…to give that lizard a home.

So Kayla got her Charmander….I got a big hug…and here I must reveal
I’m not sure of the two of us…which one…got the better deal.

I imagine my parents knew when you bring even one child joy
when you make her smile
with a gift as simple as an old orange lizard on the shelf…
you cannot help but feel her joy…
you cannot help but smile yourself.

Premium Member Hell Is Here Again

Slavery is hell. Hell is back. Slavery is worse than hell
No freedom of speech! And democracy is neither cheap nor for sale
Hell is here again. Please listen to the first resounding bell
Hell is as terrible as slavery, a source of shame, pain, suffering and misery
For poor hardworking migrants who have crossed under infernal sunny
Days, hot and thunderous rainy nights, and dark cloudy sky
Many uninvited borders in order to reach potholes full of ice
And snow, where the weather is hostile, racist and deadly
God did not create our world to be so sinister and unfriendly.

Slavery is here again, where children are summarily killed
Where gentlemen are sissified and humiliated, where unskilled
Goons and henchmen are trained to be worse than wild animals
Where women are beaten and trampled like rags in shopping malls
Where rumors of inhuman atrocities are widely spread
To sow fear, fear which is as bad as living in real hell
And where young men and women’s futures are for sale
To the harshest and meanest detention centers or gallows
This sorry world has no future for people with so many lows.

Exploitation is hell. Hell is back, again. Corruption is hell for the masses in the crasse
For the victims of countless wars and for the desperate migrants who hide en masse
Rich countries wage major wars and let their proxies drop heavy bombs and cans
To destroy the fragile homes of the impoverished, unarmed and starved citizens
One wonders why some countries have a military budget so high and wasteful
Maybe only Satan knows why human beings cannot be too cordial or fraternal
And why factual rumors and actual animosities are so widely spread
Telling the truth always hurts bullies, tyrants, executioners and hideous perpetrators
While the uneducated victims behave like hiding zombies in the wicked corridors.

Moving, so years of collecting must go today
even things, that I still love
two china cabinets (one was grandma's)
almost antique but not quite
I am selling some lovely vintage clothing
shoes, handbags and hats
and some retro too
there will be some very nice jewelry
you collecting gals will adore
vases and dishes
dusty and forgotten
but still beautiful to behold
old VHS movies great in their day
music and books and books just collecting space
oh, I should hang a sign on me
broken heart for sale
because moving from this Victorian building
and getting rid of my stuff
is crushing me
but as grandma used to say
suck it up
so I will
and have a great garage sale today

Heart For Sale

HEART FOR SALE:
(A hearty advertisement)

Heart for sale! heart for sale!!
Do not come with your money,
Your plenty, but a heart so merry.
No need for your gold and diamond,
The allure and the glamor,
The heart for sale dishonor.
Your mansion? don't mention,
To the lowly heart it's a tension.

All in need is a lovely bliss,
Patient love, who knows?
Tell me please.
Love submissive and adhesive,
Yearn my water-chilled passion
To rain on your throat like water melon,
To swallow you up in my obsession
Like an ocean......

Who will be my partner?
Come buy my heart for sale
And take it to the alter...
To cherish and not to perish.
Love, remember, together
We can conquer the
Heart break disaster.

Dreams For Sale

Just down the street there is a place.
Where dreams just fade without a trace.
You walk right in and think it's free.
Next thing she just won't let you be.

You learn real soon how her game works.
As you keep waiting for the perks.
But she's so good at loves deception.
Leave's you feeling you're the exception.

Just one more trinket, and one more dance.
Don't over think it, you're in a trance.
You've come too far to walk away.
Tomorrow's come, but not today.

It does get dangerous in her snare.
You start to think she just might care.
Cause every time you come back in.
You place your bet and hope you win.

I've played some games of chance in life.
Hoping some day I'd have a wife.
But now the fantasy's not real.
I'm left to wonder how should I feel.

You hope when you sit down to write.
You'll find an answer and some insight.
But sometimes all you get are phrases.
As you're left to wonder through life's mazes.

Premium Member Here and Now Kisses Glow

I have lost the words
I have lost the heart to dream
Every word that comes to mind
Brings me back to times
When You kissed me that very first time
yesterday is my fantasy
You kissed me then so long ago
Now I need you here, wishing so
That you were beside me now

I need you here
I need you now
Here and now the kisses glow

You gave me smiles
You gave me hope
That love could be a dream come true
You took nothing, only gave
Yet you stole my heart, and walked away
I can’t live any more, not without you
Your smiles made me dance and sing
And now I cant seem to do a thing
If I confesses the tears that flow
In the middle of these lonely nights
I wonder why
As so much time as passed
I still think of you

I need you here
I need you now
Here and now the kisses glow

Even now
Laying down upon my pillow
The world is all so different
My longing won’t go away
Even now
I wonder where you are
I wish
I wish for second chances
I wonder if you ever think
Of that kiss I once planted on your lips

I need you here
I need you now
Here and now the kisses glow

Now is never and long ago
Now has past and lost its glow
If only time could be held so still
Then here and now the kisses would glow

Premium Member The Estate

Red barn in the country
sunny parcel of farmland
ploughed field and heavy machinery at rest

Chickens free ranging
jersey cows grazing the pasture
and the dog runs as it pleases

Soaking in the sun
horses within white fences overseeing
soft hills with haystacks neatly bundled

Two rocking chairs on the veranda
swing hung under the porch
on cool nights smoke billows from house

Vestige of years gone by
the ranch outliving its use
a lifestyle foreign to cityfolk

Grandkids out exploring a field
and soon-to-be abandoned barn
in plain view: Sold over the For Sale sign

Premium Member Before Corporate Cafes

Before corporate café`s took over and Starbucks became so ubiquitous, on every corner of your city, small business cafés thrived. There was Antique Row Café Ave; four café`s that stood alongside each other, noted for their unique furniture and boasted their own peculiar interior. The antique row cafés were so cool, as you could amble around and observe intriguing artifacts and some for sale, and pictures of famous stars whom you grew up with. Very nicely decorated.

Tiperillo, sweet and husky tobacco smoke ascending from golden ashtrays, and lava lamps bohemian chic—purple plush couches, and stylish bars. We met twice a week, Flor, Cece, and I, and a few other college buddies. We studied, shared ideas and asked one another for advice.

I met Joey the manager of the café’s, resembling a young Salvador Dali`. He answered my questions about the unique and endearing bar café`s his father once owned, before they were drowned out under the heavy hand of corporate takeover. Hoping one day they’ll return with their indispensable charm and upbeat youthful ambiance. Until then it’s corporate dull and uncomfortable seating at the Starbucks!

Schizoaffective Disorder

The why of this out worldly angels falling from heaven disorder.
Reaching out to those other worlds
never seen but by they and those whom call too the prophets.
Schizoaffective is this you the person?
A sign of the spiritual separation,
symptoms - seemingly like hallucination or hallucinations.
With it, it is the condition for experiencing the compression of life
pushed outwards, your world is not, hers,
is the sign of the feeling like no obstacle can stand in the way.
Unlike the maniac or decompressed, depression.
Specialists can not, do not but can then agree.
Facts being never having that schizoaffective disorder

You we should handle when not handled a clearness as
calm as dawns new fresh morning if but allowed this disorder and.
As for my part and willing as I am.
Judges thus for the spiritual separation
and pink elephant symptoms and other things of a sign of a certain.
Feeling you never looked at I lived and I look at schizoaffective disorder as another sickness from itself for sale sign
and fast disposal, but her condition is regarded when simply.
Perhaps not yet processing it all
and work are not maintained as when like the whether,
or the schizoaffective disordered people whom it is passing to the school of the dead lead lonely comes one life your lifetime.
Have you no trouble, Or, perhaps to the husband of them.
Whether the family when it can depend, or not is certain death in respect to thereof.
On the house of the group of psychiatry deeply heavily.
Depending upon your method of disposal.
Where have the people of good expectations then
