Feel heart glow, in life’s flow,
moment to moment thus,
sans cravings that resist
God’s grace which so in-pours,
as a sublime bliss mist.

Feel heart glow, in life’s flow,
melding with the vast void
wherein our nodes tingle,
suffused in waves of bliss,
where pheromones mingle.

Feel heart glow, in life’s flow,
joyful in the current,
simply by being still,
sipping soma nectar,
soul aligned with God’s will.

Feel heart glow, in life’s flow,
as lifetrons gyrate;
when love for love does pine,
resounds soundless thunder,
of soul music divine.

Wonderful Gift of Life

Wonderful gift of life
By Michelle Morris
05/09/2022

It's raining on my birthday
What a wonderful gift of life
The grass will be green again
Reaffirming nature's might

Her resilience is a lesson
For each and every one of us
So many bountiful blessings
To our families and ourselves

The soil thirsts for water
Like our souls search for the light
Nature and the Universe
All part of God's creations bright

The flowers bloom in wonder
Leaves decorate the trees
The ocean and rivers swell
With Heaven's emotional release

Every day is a blessing
Each birthday another year
May we all make the most of them
With our loved ones near and dear

May the light we seek be brilliant
Highlighting all that is good in us
And may we feel eternally grateful
For the loving gifts from above

No matter where you live
No matter what you believe
I wish the very best of nature
Will bless you with graceful ease

The Moment Before the Shore

You can barely keep your eyes open.
Not from sleep, but from awe.
From the ache of wanting to take in everything at once.
The sky unraveling in soft peach and gold,
the hum of the tires still vibrating through your bones,
the sea so close you can feel the salt in your blood.

You want to see it—every grain, every wave, every goddamn shimmer of it.
But you also want to let it consume you.
You want to close your eyes just enough to become part of it,
to let the scent of honeysuckle and brine slip into your lungs
and settle in the parts of you still learning how to breathe.

Caught between the car and your dreams,
you hover there,
one hand on the door, one foot in another world.
And maybe you don’t need to move yet.
Maybe you’re allowed to just exist
in that sacred pause—
not running, not reaching,
just receiving.

Help

Tired of reaching out for something not yet touched.
Tired of living for something not yet found.
Tired of listening to something not yet heard.
Tired of picturing something not yet seen
Tired of hoping and praying for something not yet made.

I reach out for help as I can feel myself drowning in my own sorrows.
I live to see another day just to feel the same exact way.
I sit and listen for something to get me out of this prison.
I try to picture my future but all I can see are flickers and dreadful blisters.
I hope but all I can do is try and cope.
I pray and all I can do is dread another day.

"Help!" Is the only thing that leaves my mouth.
Tears are the only things that leave my eyes.
Blood is the only thing that leaves my skin,
Yet all I can do is say "I'm fine".

Words of Violence and Strife I

DISCORD
All is not at rest in the halls of the dead.
In the fields were we roam. Something sits, waits, bides its time.
Tell me do you feel the tremor in the ties that bind
the links of life forever interwoven in the fabric of the night.
Can you conspired to know what is unknown.
A quite discord in the dead of night forever more, never more.
All is a not at rest in the halls of the dead.
Feel it craw deep in the walls turning boring churning.
In the fields were we roam. Something sits, waits, bides its time.
We wander in the GRAND halls.
Distant is the call.
A quite sound of brooks turning churning
bubbling at the Falls
Along a bleak, desolate field the haloed black sun breaks.
Lost and alone knowing nothing but never unknown.
All is a Discord in the halls of the damned.
In the cities were we drift.
It sits, bides its time.
Starting in to the darkening
wastes, eyes a fire, something waits.

Low Down Momma

I got me the low down blues baby,
The way down low blues
Singing in the rain ain't a thing I can do now,
Don't you know I've got it bad
So badly do I miss the wisp of lovely,
So much so, I've missed the candy corn
On the way back from the grocery store,
No happy All Hallows Eve,
No rocking in the chair on the porch
Cuz the way I feel is the lowest low
The highest mountain is invisible to me.

I got me the low down blues baby,
Don't you forget the way it feels
Cuz it feels like the storm struck
And left its mark on you,
On your soul and heart
Ne'er to depart from the low downs;
You can't get up from those
Them days is cold as ice in your veins
Or tea stains on your whitest shirt
That no man can erase,
So you must suffer the case!

Life Is Like Riding a Bicycle

Life is like riding a bicycle
That never stops moving

Sometimes you fall down
Sometimes you get scrapes and bruises
Sometimes you hurt yourself
But each time you have to get up and try again

Life is like riding a bicycle
That lets you explore the world
It leads you on fun adventures
Down the road
And to beautiful parks
It leads you to stores and to friend’s houses

Life is like riding a bicycle
Sometimes being on that bicycle makes you feel like you are on a ride
at an amusement park

So, stay on that bicycle
And keep on moving forward
with excitement and a sense of adventure

Hiya Folks

Hiya folks, I’m here, not sure
For days I have been trying
To break the code of techno door
With which I have been vying

I did quite well, at the start
I passed the log in stage
But then it seemed to fall apart
Not sure if its my age

All was going well with me
Till came to my profile
I filled and stabbed the submit key
But nothing would compile

It was time to use my brain
Was hard work I will admit
Several times I tried again
But just would not submit

I fired an email off to plead
To end my misery
Two days later, yes indeed
Reply was sent to me

It could be this, it might be that
No wiser was I now
Perplexed, confused, here I sat
Still wondering as to how

Another mail was swiftly sent
A screenshot they would need
With no idea what that meant
I grudgingly agreed

I asked a girl, who put me right
She showed me there and then
And then upon that very night
I sent it off to them

But I was bothered by the fact
That it turned out so small
I wondered how they would react
And was it use at all

So I was sitting here at wait
When itching fingers thought
I’d write a line or two though late
About that which I sought

I thought I’d be up on the screen
Then found it not to be
An obstacle was in between
The fault could still be me

It said to read the FAQs
So this I duly did
In hope that it would pay its dues
And of this pain me rid

Advised to ask the members I
If problems couldn’t sort
And on them thought I could rely
When they gave me their thought

But soon it was I realised
That this could not be done
I’d not be before your eyes
Till submit it had run (Derrrr)

Another mail was returned
Which brought things to a halt
And from this I duly learned
It was my age at fault

And now this the ender
But I’ll blame technology
And I feel a proper member >>(only for the most subtle thinker)
As I’m sure you would agree

The Waitress

Meeting someone who still believes in the goodness of humanity feels almost mythical in a world that has taught her to trust only what lies north of her own borders. She grew up with the nation above her as her reference point — its language, its culture, its shadow. And yet, when she looked at me, there was no hesitation, no fear of difference. There was only curiosity, the kind that bridges continents without needing permission.
I spoke to her in Italian, the language of my grandparents, the language that still carries the warmth of Sunday kitchens and old-country stories. She answered in Spanish, soft and melodic, like she was letting me into a world she didn’t offer to just anyone. Somehow, between her Spanish and my Italian, we found a rhythm — two languages dancing around each other, meeting in the middle like they had been waiting for this moment.
She was adorable in the way she tried to make the conversation work. At one point she typed in Spanish and let Google translate it into English, laughing at the robotic voice that didn’t match her sweetness. I should have kissed her then — not out of impulse, but out of recognition. Recognition that something rare was happening. Recognition that this was one of those moments that could have rewritten the rest of my life.
If I had taken that step, maybe we would have started a conversation that didn’t end. Maybe we would have walked a path that led us down an aisle instead of back to our separate lives. An Italian American man and a Mexican mamasita — two worlds meeting not by accident, but by alignment.
I imagine the life that could have followed: a home filled with the aromas of both cultures, a table where Italian hand gestures met Mexican warmth, children who carried the bloodlines of Italy, Hungary, Spain, and Mexico all in one heartbeat. A new generation shaped by Western grit and Southwestern soul, a living testament to the beauty of crossing borders — not with passports, but with hearts.
It’s strange how a single moment can hold the weight of an entire future. Stranger still how easily it can slip away.
But even now, when I think of her, I don’t feel regret as much as I feel possibility — the reminder that connection doesn’t need perfection, only courage. And maybe next time, I won’t let the moment pass.

A Warrior in Conceal

A Warrior in Conceal.

In a room stands tall a mirror clear,
Revealing a reflection that deceived the world with a smile.
When I recognized it, my eyes poured out a tear,
And it was clear that the reflection was mine all the while.

It asks my nights of silent tears and struggle,
To expose the truth my false smile would never reveal.
It showcased the unspoken love under my heart's rubble,
And unveiled all my wounds that time could never heal.

My reflection speaks: "Accept and learn to heal,
Don’t run or hide, but face the wounds you bear.
I'm proud of you, a warrior through conceal,
For in your heart, gain strength to face despair.

Next time you stand before me, let me feel
A reflection, freed from past wounds, and completely healed."
