Premium Member Wu Bi

His eyes could pierce your soul and evaporate your spirit.
a stone face glare locked on his victim
trembling you turn your eyes from him
ever slightly...
A fist of lightning
strike of a foot in the face
you're on the floor
receiving hit after hit
his legs pin your arms
while tears roll from your eyes
He smiles that wicked smirk
of dominance.
You plea mercy
agree he's right
sorry how wrong you are.
He's up and satisfied
another victim
another victory.
You get up slow
humble
bow to him
look up into his dark black eyes
He snorts like a bull
and you flee
running out the door down the hall
and through the wall if must be
to escape him.
Wu Bi sits at ease in his desk
combs his thick black wavy hair
with his hand than cracks his knuckles.
and the girls all gasp and giggle
the boys look away
The teacher comes in
the class room.
Where is Su Yun?
No one knew
not a one
Wu Bi, handsome devil.

My Wants Upon Your Time

  sestets

If we should meet; I pray we do,
it’s first things first I’d wish for you.
If you want friends your want's begun -
an introduction to God’s Son.
Engaged in hope, I’d to hear,
"I just conversed with Him, my dear.”

That guaranteed, we two will meet,
some day to make our wants complete.
Meanwhile, through poetry I'll try
to be the friend who would not pry,
yet would not fail to tell you clear
God’s “wants” upon a time down here.

When once upon a time, you asked
to meet some writers, I unmasked
to face your spirit on the web.
Before life's tide begins to ebb,
hear now of Christ, my dearest friend,
His saving grace I recommend.

When we first met, you wished to read
my poems here, they tell my creed.
Wait!  better still, to read God's word;
find hope in Psalms, the twenty-third -
I found my Shepherd all at once
fulfilled my needs as well as wants.

You’ll find in John three, seventeen
no condemnation on God’s scene.
He only wants your soul set free;
go back and read all chapter three.
You want to meet Him? You’ll be blessed
to take Him as your welcome guest.

Listen

Listen.......
Sometimes the dirtiest minds have the sweetest voices,
Soothing the ignorant people captivated by the
Idea of freedom ,equality and dignity.
And these voices are beautifully masked by
plastic wisdom and phoney intelligence,
With an innocent face to show the world.
Your spirit is their staircase to success,
while you struggle to breath , makes them riches.
Their hands serve a nickel ,to sneak away
with your diamonds.
They draw a line and create a clash,
play with your psyche ,to merry at your misfortunes.
Your own vanity with idiocy, will feed you a morsel,
to sell your soul at a price of gravel.
As you fall further and further, they climb higher and higher
All these so smart wretched beings
caged by their sham morals ,
fall prey and make the evil The reigning king.
And those sweet voices continue to whisper,
Nothings to you with soft smiles and black tears,
And when 'I' truth say this to you...
Are you listening…?

Premium Member Sons and Daughters

Our youth, our sons, and daughters today,
Look to the Savior’s cross to show them the way.

From the right teachings of home, they will not stray,
But will strengthen in wisdom having chosen the way.

The son will stick to his father’s side,
Will learn from him with humble pride.

The daughter will cleave to her mother’s side,
Against her mother’s voice, she will not chide.

To their house and home, they bring no shame,
Upholding honor to their parent’s name.

Finds no pleasure in the influences of the world,
An upright boy, a virtuous girl.

Will help to build a loving home,
a legacy of family, when their parents are gone.

Will never envy a wayward friend,
But will be the one to draw them in.

Not fueled with greed, and filthy speech,
Their conscience guided by the words they speak.

From the reverence of God, they’ll not depart,
To make their parents proud, is their will in heart.

Will grow in love, favor, and grace,
the beauty of salvation upon their face.

Will choose the husband, will choose the wife,
Who will bring grace and favor to a godly life.

These are God’s sons and daughters needed today,
From the straight and narrow they will not stray.

Children are our future to lead the way,
The hope of families in our world to stay.

Premium Member Part 1: the Mystery of Dreams

I was awakened from a sound sleep --
the room yet unlit -- sat up on the side
of the bed, more of a spirit sense
of doing so, for there was also a
feeling of body-paralysis. Finding myself
attentive, I was greeted by the
awareness of a being standing before me,
though I cannot describe an actual
face nor sex: "Take this", I was handed
a scarab, clay-type representation. "Eat it!",
I hesitated...but found myself incapable of
refusing. I brought the beetle toward my
mouth, seeming more of essence
rather than actual physical form.
I ingested the object, sort of
an instant inhale, feeling the thing
immediately come alive in my heart-area.
The entity motioned to my high right, a
lighted blurb appeared in the totally
darkened room, that of a biblical
doom-shaped, white building – inside the brilliant
portal beamed a light of intensity I could
not even begin to measure, a brilliant, huge,
golden goblet inside was quite visible, as I rose
up toward it, sort floating, no power
to resist. "Drink". I looked inside
the gleaming vessel, filled with blood
to my horror. I replied, no, I do not want to
do anything wrong or evil. "Drink...it's
Ok". I could not stop, as my head
lowered. Then I awoke, lying in bed,
having never been quite the same since,
moving closer and closer to Christ
awareness, and a sense of mission. Why
do I share this? I don't know. Not certain.
Must be a reason. Do I walk on
water now? No! Do I feel special? Not in
an egotistical sense. You decide.
Insane? Fooled by evil? No evil has
come of it that I am aware of.... Only good.

Immortal Love

As the holidays return
some hidden dream begins to burn
of days that quickly disappear
and fade away the images of years.

It seems a hundred lives ago
when we just prepped for the go
of living out our hopes shared as one
and the daily grind kept us ever on the run.

Now at last when we could rest
life laid out different unplanned tests
and the you and me of these final years
bathes my soul in forever tears.

In my heart the feelings are never lost
though our hearts and souls paid well the cost
yet I still can see your face and the smile
time was worth the steps in all our miles.

Wait for me, wait at the gate
this immortal love does not hesitate
to look for you at every bend
 my beloved and my friend.

The Artificial Age

Follow me down a hole
that I'm digging
with reckless abandon
I'm plotting & planning
on a treasure just
below the surface
of this plot
You might get a little
dirty or maybe
a lot
but don't let that
deter you
Let them tell it we've all
got one foot in the grave
the day our mothers
water popped anyway
Anyway
this rabbit hole gets deeper
faster than my bunny feet
can hop astray
I think you've had enough
time to play in the sandbox
so how about telling
this game to kick rocks
You can keep your fake songs
& tic tok
because I've had it up to here
with these hit bots
What's the world coming to
when they compute a voice
that sings & apes you?
One day these machines
will grow to hate you
& then what?
I assure you
you'll not make the cut
when it decides to
trim the fat
Face the facts
& think about it
for a minute or two
Let that take a lap or 2
around the track
in your mind if you still
have one of those at this time
This is a disgrace
to the whole of so called
mankind
Can't you see you're slowly
losing your sense of self
& being replaced?
That's blind
It's staring you
in the face everyday
yet all you wanna
do is play
You can't even speak
your mind freely these days
for fear of being
shadow banned
Trust me I know all about
that diabolical mess
& those plans
firsthand
Yet
you let them tie your hands
willingly for pennies
to pay billingsly
Are you hearing me
or were you paying attention
to the woman in the
red dress?
I'm not Morpheus
but I want more for us
when it seems they
wanna offer less
This contemptuous
attitude toward the lot
of us is more divisive
than my derisive rhyme
I'm sorry for the diatribe
BUT
how I described
this pie in the sky
is the only way I could
slice it at this time

Premium Member Down by the River

Down by the river
In a valley very green
Live the nicest little people
That were ever, ever seen.
They have lots of little houses
All along the valley floor
With so many, many windows
And such tiny, tiny doors.
And if you’re very careful
And you creep up soft and slow
You might sometimes hear their laughter
When the sun is sinking low.
For these tiny, tiny people
Sleep all through the sun-long day
And soon as night approaches
They get up to sing and play.
Through the night with moon and stardust
Shining in the river’s face
They go dancing down the valley
Breaking up the mist like lace.
And if you’re very careful
In the morning soft and slow
You can sometimes find their jewels
On the grass-blades hanging low,
For the nicest little people
In the river valley green
Take the mist and dew and stardust
And their laughter all unseen
And they mix them all together
Just before the night is through
So that in the early sunshine
We enjoy their jewels too.
