Jinxed jesting jejune junior jobber...
just jabbering gibberish (A - I)
Again, another awkward ambitious
arduous attempt at alphabetically
arranging atrociously ambiguously
absolutely asinine avoidable alliteration.
Because...? Basically bonafide belching,
bobbing, bumbling, bohemian beastie boy,
bereft bummer, bleeds blasé blues, begetting
bloviated boilerplate bildungsroman,
boasting bougainvillea background.
Civil, clever clover chomping, cheap
chipper cool cutthroat clueless clodhopper,
chafed centenary, codifies communication
cryptically, challenging capable, certifiably
cheerful college coed.
Divine dapper daredevil, deft, destitute,
doddering, dorky dude, dummkopf Dagwood
descendent, dagnabbit, demands daring
dedicated doodling, dubious, dynamite,
deaf dwarf, diehard doppelganger, Doctor
Demento double, declaring depraved
daffy dis(pense)able dufus Donald Duck
derailed democracy devastatingly defunct.
Eccentric, edified English exile,
effervescent, elementary, echinoderm
eating egghead, Earthling, excretes,
etches, ejaculates, effortless exceptional
emphatic effluvium enraging eminent,
eschatologically entranced, elongated
elasmobranchii, emerald eyed Ebenezer,
effectively experiments, emulates epochal
eczema epidemic, elevating, escalating,
exaggerating enmity, enduring exhausting
emphysema.
Freed fentanyl fueled, fickle figurative
flippant fiddler, fiendishly filmy, fishy,
fluke, flamboyantly frivolous, fictitious,
felonious, fallacious, fabulously fatalistic,
flabbergasted, fettered, flustered, facile,
faceless, feckless, financially forked,
foregone, forlorn futile fulsome, freckled
feverish, foo fighting, faulty, freezing,
fleeting famously failing forecaster, flubs
"FAKE" fundamental fibber fiat, fabricating
fiery fissile fractured fios faculties.
I'm in a different state of mind right now, I'm feeling love
and I know she feeling me yeah...I'm feeling free but
just the thought of being attached to her makes
me feel like it's my first time all over again
It's like God answered my prayers when I told
him for this point on I'm born again done with sin and.....
ready to give my heart & soul again.
It's kinda funny cuz for a broke dude I'm feeling wealthy
I been destined for greatness and on the road to riches
I might need a helper to catch me when I fall,
I need & want this virtuous woman
by my side someone I can be intimate wit,
laugh joke & cry so you ask why am I in this mood.....
She belongs to me she was taking outta me and I knew just
who she was when I saw her step in the room.
Beauty is more than a fleshly image. To the rest of the world
she's just another girl another statistic, but when we spoke
to me that Heavenly melody came from above I knew it.
All this time I thought I'd overlooked my equal she was the
prequel. That which God intended for me to have and now
that the stage is set I thank him for being an on time God
he helped me see threw the fog lead me outta the valley
spoke to me on the mountain and now I'm waiting to be reunited
so now I guess it's time for me to drink from the fountain.
A funny thing happened on my way to work
Was stopped by a down and out man
Asked if I could spare a ten bucks for a coffee
Ten bucks could buy a whole damn can!
Said he didn't want to keep on bugging me
Every day when we met on the street
Thought ten bucks would keep him in coffee
For two or possibly three weeks!
Suspected this coffee he was talking about
Wasn't your average brew
His breath was enough to knock down a rhino
It was extraordinarily potent, p-eew!
Well lo and behold saw a dude with a camera
Filming the whole damn scene
Turned out this down and out beggar guy
Was a plant from Candid Camera it seems!
Was just about to give him the finger
Good thing they told me in time
Would have seen my mug on national TV
Giving him that very rude sign!
In a way this world is lost, and the only ones who seek
the truth are gonna notice just look around you
the very people who fought for the truth
America silenced them a put em to sleep
and because I continue to fight for it
my pen forever emotionally bleeds
they say speak when you spoken to
but this generation laughs and says you must be joking dude
but who would've knew this what God molded me into
in the bible when the speak about the chosen few
I'm the one leading the tribe
but I'm still on the frontline making soldier moves
but caution they say
be careful out here and hold on to your seats
ain't nobody brave hearted they cold hearted
and the one they call Satan controls these streets
I have bad teeth. Always have since birth. I had braces as a child and hated it. Hated going to the dentist. Put it off too long, too often. Ended up with multiple root canals, and bone grafts, and finally lost six teeth and had to have dentures.
Lately, my remaining teeth have been behaving a bit better I may lose another tooth before the end but that should be enough.
I am waiting for the development of dental clones which I hope will happen soon so I can grow perfect teeth and replace all my old rotting teach.
I tell my teeth one day my plans
“Teeth”
“Yeah master”
“We need to talk”
“so talk, dude.”
“
I am going to replace you all with brand new teeth. You have been such pain my entire life, can’t wait.”
“So you are going to kill us off and trade us in for a new model?”
“Yeah”
“Bastard, but hey we don’t have a choice since you are the Master and we are merely you’re eating machine slaves.”
“Yeah, you got that right.”
And last but not least, our optional prompt! I got this one from a workshop I did last year with Beatrix Gates, and I’ve found it helpful. The prompt is based on Robert Hass’s remarkable prose poem, “A Story About the Body.” The idea is to write your prose poem that, whatever title you choose to give it, is a story about the body. The poem should contain an encounter between two people, some spoken language, and at least one crisp visual image.
Banker was known as a righteous man
First at the bank and last to go home
Many trusted his lucrative plans
Emptied the vault and left to parts unknown
O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity
Man in church spoke of marital tie
Respected by all the brotherhood
Asked his wife to stand by her true guy
The preacher passed out when three women stood
O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity
Judge on bench for twenty years plus nine
Dude in court who was an old comrade
There for shooting man in head three times
Judge threw it out on grounds of suicide
O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity
Honored preacher in big megachurch
All said he walked upon holy ground
But news got out after deep research
Was caught swindling the church’s funds and left town
O, you impeccable liar
Null and void of honesty
Full of evil and dark desire
And malignant depravity
"it aint over til the Phat Lady sings!" She said standing with her hands on her hips, in a boosy stance barking out orders. He often liked avoiding these types of insolents as they often were useless words.
A speech with clear insight and direction are often uselless words that arouse the uselessness of the people it is aimed toward.Breadwinning: Freelancing Moonlighting. took the steam out of his unironed shirt wrinkling the hold attire. He told a story about a man who told his wife he was tired of seeing her ex husbands name everytime he turned around. So one day he bought one of those lamanated boards with markers and erasers, he wrote the guys name on it and erased it feeling great that he shout-up everyone who would have said the name. My wife laughed at a joke he once told her, he said they were at the Mall and a fella asked to clean his windsheild he told him to scram, they got in the car a dude just started cleaning saying it's only $10.00 her husband moved the car a little and the guy scream, "Ah damn! : I'm Ode to Pussy, ya'll can't do that to me!" I was forreal give me a break, this guy is a jerk!

Yo what's up bro, how've you been man? I know I haven't talk to you in a while. That's my fault. I just get so tied up with life and all the negative vibes that I forget to stay in touch with my positive ones. Lord knows (lol oops), "You" know how I get when I feel some kind of way. Yo and I appreciate you looking out for my homeboy Runt no cap. I told you he's good people. I bet he's having a blast. Don't let grandma beat up on him too much lol. But anyway I just wanted to hit you up and wish you a happy birthday bro. So yeah happy birthday. The big 2020 huh? That's a lot of Bday licks lol. I've been meaning to talk to you and let you know what been going on since you left bro, but I'm sure you've heard it all already. IDK what's up with everybody these days. It seems like everybody's feeling some kind of way or another. I think it's mainly cuz we missing you bro... We don't get to hear from you as much as we used to, or as much as we need to. IDK It seems like, the longer you're gone, the less and less we hear from you. Or about you. And that worries me dude fr, You kno how much these kids love you bro. They used to talk to you all the time and talk about you all the time, but not so much now. My bad man, I'm just afraid that they'll forget you, or forget what you about, the love you got to give. They need you now more than ever bro. It just seems like everybody's so caught up with theirselves, there's so much negative. It seems like everybody wants to feel some kind of way and not a good way. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions and the way they treat each other, or the way you would want them to treat each other. Oh man and the crap they're teaching these kids these days, would make your old man spit Thunderbolts! Lol
I'm just sayin man don't forget about us little guys down here, we need us some J.E.S.U.S. fr. Well I can't wait to see you again. Tell everybody I said hey and I miss them plz. Oh and tell the "Big Man", "I'm sorry for the wrong I do, I'll be a better man one day". And I'll try to throw you a line a little more often than once a year bro I promise. I love you bro, (no homo) in your holy name I pray God bless you and amen. ??
PS. Thanks again for the whole "dying on the cross" thing no cap, (a little dramatic but point taken)??.

My knees wear out on me
My feet feel like lead of rue
My knees give way, you see?
My numb feelings isn't because of you
God gave me freewill with no strings attached
I hurt myself so much in the past…in the past...
I love you, Lord, but self-hatred once hatched…
I almost killed myself to end the pain at last
I smoke away the sorrow and put me at ease
Just hand me another bong and tell me that I truly belong
I mend the horrid scars of yesterday's anxieties
Give me another tomorrow; I'm sorry I've done You wrong
I don’t want to live in an adverse world in reverse and I want to quit the quitting urges —
A tragedy that is a gift and not a wretched curse..grind away the unhappiness and chaos that Satan rehearses
I want to kill away the pain in my heart —
From the start, it's been tearing all of me apart
My knees can't take it anymore…
Feels like no one cares that I'm sore
But I have a supportive family that loves me so
And a beloved daughter and beautiful wife, I know
Allow me to brew away the grief inside
Allow the resin to settle inside the stem
The water below the bong is boiling as I take a puff
I take puff after puff because this life can be so rough
Strife is corrupting my mindset,
So let me breathe in peace, dude
All my life, I've been in pain and sometimes, it gets me so upset
Well, man, I don't mean to be rude…
I am so lucky and glad I have a wonderful mother that cares for me deeply
And will do anything to keep the family happy and works hard exceedingly
My father was never there for me and I have already explained that
But, I am slowly but surely accepting reality like a cat that can't catch the rat
I want to live in an adverse world, not in reverse —
A tragedy that is a gift and not a wretched curse
I want to kill away the pain in my heart —
From the start, it's been tearing all of me apart
Shatter away the shame that embraces me,
Never leaving my presence relentlessly
I don't want another pain killer to swallow
To numb the pain temporarily until tomorrow
