Those things….damn things
the mind cannot explain
nor grasp…..damn things
those things……
Visions…..never clear
tainted bloodless fear
painting darkened dreams
of things…..damned things
those things…..
Horrors…..of a faded past
etching themselves
into an ever present
future……of things
those things…..damned things
scratching at the door
peering through times window
those things…..relentless things
tormented things
damned things…..
Evil’s things…damned things
demons….. confined
to everlasting life
within the death
of living things…..damned things
Those things…..

No sweet memory is like yours:
remembering the spring sun;
I won't let time erase all the kisses
that I gave you each dawn!
Aren't dreams tears of the warm rain?
They fall on fields of daffodils
yellow and bright, then slowly fall down;
I miss the happy smiles
of tender days!
This path leads to meadows of swaying grass,
sunshine makes them gleam;
shadows dance like fireflies...
until they pause to rest:
no time to dream!
My loneliness is your absence,
I follow the radiant stars
that reveal a splendid and quite night;
you can add joy to this sight!
It gets lonely to think that I love to start
the passion of more wonderful nights:
when your heartbeat desperately seeks
the warmth of a true heart!
I look for you everywhere,
searching the places you went;
I'm sad and falling apart:
like those friends who care,
who give and love!
Everyone sees the flow of tears:
is death the end of all dreams?
The Dreamless
Now that he had freed himself of the past looking forward
to think thoughts not hampered by dreams of childhood and
the embarrassment of teenage years and sexual clumsiness
falling in love with the most unsuitable and undesirable person possible because she made hot waffles with blueberry jam and sometime strawberry; he still thinks of his horror when his mother thought that woman was a suitable bride for
him mainly because she was stupid and malleable.
It was that beginning that in the end made him break with his past and declare families and danger for civilization, a dagger
in the heart of the future, that must be free of sentimentality.
He liked to sit in bars drinking gin&tonic and watching people before walking to his nearby hotel. Yes, he lived at a hotel because it saved him of the domesticity of paying bills
and fretting about the price of potatoes.
He thought of the German/American writer who said he liked his own company, if that was true how did he know, being drunk most of the time, Not like him who enjoyed his leisure
while waiting to write an earth shattering Novel.
Not to forget the sainted EH, who wrote like a simpleton and
won a Nobel Prize. His contempt for him was endless.
Walking to his hotel in the old part of the town, a boisterous
pig on a balcony fell off and nearly hit him.
The owners of the pig, seeing the animal was mortally wounded, quickly killed the pig by slitting its throat, before it died proper, this to avoid eating a self-dead animal.
This was a shock if the pig had fallen on him he might have ended up in hospital, worse, not being able to walk again
Since he had disowned his family, he had to change his plans.
He would marry an old tart, that had lost her attraction, rent her a flat, give her money for nice dresses, visit her once a week and tell neighbors he was a traveling businessman.
When down with the flu, she could take care of him as it was in her best interest to keep him alive.
Happy now that his future was sorted out, he went to bed and
slept, a night void of dreams.
Love Can Never Keep Us Apart
We watched Love Story tugging our hearts,
on death's couch we sat comatose,
holding hands and holding tears,
as stage four closed wife's door
too, of hopes and dreams.
She held on brave
to the end,
her soul

Dreams, not dreams, not conscious schemes,
the other kind when sleep we find.
Dreams, those dreams, those sort of things,
pictures in unconscious minds.
Dreams let's talk dreams,
when eyes rapidly move on moon's sweet beams.
Dreams those senseless themes,
that seem to come from the strangest things.
Dreams rarely repeat though we dream they would.
For uniqueness sake I guess that's good.
Dreams, some dreams we have much need,
to discover their hidden deeds.
Dreams, some dreams on the other hand,
I just as soon not know their plan.
Dreams are not really your dreams,
for someone else directs the scenes.
So dream a dream that dreamers do,
it will make those other dreams come true.
Letting go of the encasement of amber.
You are now free to explore physical things.
Letting go of the muddled emotions.
You are now free to explore clear precise feelings.
Letting go of the paradoxes of dualities.
You are now free to explore unified mental dimensions.
Letting go of the fear of dark dreams.
You are now free to explore in the light.
Letting go of the babblings of languages.
You are now free to explore rich deeper sounds.
Letting go of the tangled past relationships.
You are now free to explore clean open connections.
Letting go of the out of control causes.
You are now free to explore effluent effects.
Gorgeous boy, your skin shines in the sun’s golden hour.
Waves of your jet-black hair, short-cropped like Caesar's
dripping tendrils on a chiseled brow, wisps beside each ear
A bare-chested Apollo cycles in low-slung shorts.
Waves of your jet-black hair, short-cropped like Caesar's,
my ardeur imagines eyes a molten sapphire blue.
A bare-chested Apollo cycles in low-slung shorts,
calves taunt, thigh muscles pumping, a true stallion.
My ardeur imagines eyes a molten sapphire blue.
surely, the night sky is less beautiful than your eyes,
Legs with calves taunt, thigh muscles pumping, a stallion,
lovely man-child, whose dreams will you soon make true?

Dripping tendrils on a chiseled brow, wisps beside each ear,
lovely man-child, whose dreams will you soon make true?

she was rather obtuse and wrong
rather mean and loud
she spoke real loud and said little

There is always this thought that enters our minds
Of always being left behind.
What do you do when all your loved ones have gone
And by yourself , you must carry on.
When all hopes and dreams are dwindling away
And on your knees you fall to pray.
When it seems that they fall on deaf ears
And you think that no one cares.
What do you do when you feel empty inside
And to people around you, you tend to lie.
What do you do when you come to an empty house
And your children are gone, and so is your spouse.
What do you do when you’re always in a daze
And people around you stay totally amazed
Wondering how you Face the day.
Then you wake up one morning and sitting
At the edge of the bed, and facing the day
You truly do dread.
Then you feel something stirring inside
A feeling so strong that it can’t be denied.
No matter how bad things are, you always
Have something to give- this is the reason
That GOD has elected you to live.
Helping people who are hospitalized
And have lost all faith and hope
And do not know how to cope.
The elderly who can not walk
And needs someone with whom to talk.
A person with cancer who doesn’t have
Long to live, and being able to put a smile
On their face, because it’s all you can give.
A child who has been in and out of hospitals
Since their birth.
Who can not do things that healthy children can do
And you hear your spouses voice come out of the blue.
Whispering in your ear, that you must share
All the love that you have inside, and put smiles
On those who just sit and cry.
We all have a purpose in our Older years
Other than waiting for death to knock on our door.
So I will get myself up and out of this bed
And to the hospitals I will head.
I will try to help every one that I can
And give them a shoulder and a helping hand.
Give HOPE, LOVE , AND FAITH
To all around, and when death comes you
Won’t hear a sound.
Hold Me
Thinking back to yesterday
caught up in all loves charms.
Remembering the way I felt
wrapped up in your arms.
Kept me warm in the storm
held me through the night.
Never leaving and believing
everything would be alright.
Can you hold me once again?
But not like you did before.
Hold me like you used to do
but this time hold me more.
Hold the pieces of my heart
like you'll hold them forever.
Hold them darling hold them tight
until they grow back together.
Hold me til the trembling stops
til my fear should subside.
Hold me til the tears are gone
for now I just can't hide.
Hold me til my hope's restored
until my dreams return brand new.
Please darling for this one last time
hold me til it's through.
Hold me like you used to do
but not like you did before.
This time when you hold me dear
just hold me even more.
