Winter was over, the snow melted fast,
Fir, pines and cedars grew low near the ground,
Now rarely a bout of rain would fall past.
There beneath wet lush terrain, cones were found.
Water fell below, becoming a rill.
A water song running over harsh rocks,
Jays and finches flying over the hill.
Night Hutch and hawks flew overhead in flocks
We stopped near a licenced large lake nearby,
She knew her hobby and caught a large bass,
Awesome were her eyes that lit like the sky.
How lovely was the lake resembling glass!
The fog high above dissipated fast,
We went to a cabin to cook the fish
Birds played around, eating tasty repast.
So did we with wine and a tasty dish.
Along the ambrosial garden alleyway
of assorted colors, it appeared we ambled together
for ages, until an atrocious angst of afflicting storm
blew away all the flowers abloom for us.
As apathy rent asunder my dreams gone awry
the embrace of the empty amorous arms
avidly amassed the splinters of my shattered heart.
In the pull-apart arcane aperture of anguish
my ardent ardor dissipated away in thin arid air.
After all these agonizing years adrift alone,
a dazzling day dawned above the debris of hope.
With auspicious aura of attractive future fascinating
my appetency arose afresh as the dust of my dream.
The allure of the affable smile on your face aglow,
I once adored, amply assured me I could assuage
my acrid feeling and absolve myself of
the abysmal attribution of abject remorse.
When I accessed your aromatic ambiance
in abandoned garden with vestige assembled again,
I became an aspirant butterfly afloat
with the tapestry of winged ecstasy
on the adornment of your amazing beauty.

Hide yourself in the folds of dreams, amidst the stray bosoms of darkness,
Snow trickles down, over fields in their metaphorical slumber,
An endless prolongation of silence, a voiceless query,
Where do you linger, when your thought is but a shadow over the restless past?
The night interlaces its hands with the cool thread of silver, letting its veil fall,
On crests aimed at the sky, silent lunar eclipses break away and depart,
In their hidden dance, a choreography of shadows and dreams that heal the wounds of sap,
Are you in a dream? A fleeing thought, or merely a silver gesture?
Cutting off memories, remnants of black leaves, vanished in an unknowing hour,
All hopes could be wrecked, could bury the dream in mute darkness,
Should it break through, in a forgotten branch, green and quiet,
Who would dare to return, to seek out your dream, to carry your triumphant fruit?
In the fog of night, I would wander crests, finding the unknown stray,
Heralding a dream, arched in the memory's nook of a silent world,
I brought hope in a goblet of sun, resurrection intertwined with tomorrows,
Beloved vanished, into which thought have you been let to wander dissipated?
At the end of the dream, barely glimpsed are the edges of our desires,
Beneath the white mantle, moisture all around, the call of the search fades,
What sacred place to find now, a testament of your hidden dream,
Where to find the opening in prelude, in our symphony of innocence?
Where have you dissolved, love, into what endless dream do you bathe?
When night lays its heavy curtain over the senses of the tranquil earth,
Just a sign, a ripple, a breeze approaching in the diffuse light,
Tell me, lost love, into what forgotten realm have you sunk, leaving me without you?
My mind is split in fifty ways, not the same with any friend.
Different with each.
Each relationship unique.
Not dissipated until the end.
A forever friend.
Because that is how I “do” friends.
Unless you double-cross me more than five times.
The end of you.
The end of me.
But wait, we are souls, so this cannot be.
We have other chances, other lifetimes possibly to get it right.
A soul is forever and ever more.
So termination is out the door.
My mind smiles, as she carefully plans no end to our relationship at all.
Different in every way, with every friend.
Sometimes, saved until the next incarnation,
Because we did not get it right this time.
Painting in my art studio is a relief to me
My breathing changes the minute I sit in my chair.
Facing a field of snow-covered woods, my body calms down
Tenseness I did not consider all day is released into the vapor.
Stress and anxiety ease out of my cement spinal column
The perpetual neck ache I had not noticed is instantly gone
Meditative state gently picks me up,
embraces and loves me I reach for a canvas and
begin my artistic heart dance.
Color begins throwing herself into my essence
Choose me!
Pick me!
I smile.
I do have my favorites.
The begging does not hurry me,
I am centered.
I take my time,
surrounded by a natural blissful calmness.
My adoring angels and fantastical faeries visit me here.
They know I am vulnerable, and at my most receptive.
All frenzy, stress, and pain has dissipated.
I am my me-self here, crazy happy, lapping up their inspiration,
Feeling loved.
Tempestuous gales imbued the horizons about
Thunder and lightning charged the dense sky
Watching shards of a rainbow swiftly fleeing
Flashing blacks and greys permeates the eye
Forsooth the heavens were vexed with rage
Hearken to the voices of the gods this day
Echoing through the mountains and valleys alike
There was no denying this mighty display
Expeditiously it came, like a furious beast
With a hefty breath, it suddenly dissipated
It was as if, the gods had been satisfied
Some way or another, they had been compensated
Within a heart beat, the birds took flight again
Flying in the wind, for now, they were immune
The elements now all calm, brewing in their guise
Don't play with this woman, she's a wild typhoon
She had all she ever needed and yet she still wasn't happy
Even she had conceded that it was true "she never felt free"
Everything she ever bought trying to please this inner need
Never getting what she sought as her soul was never freed
With each year that past and all the things she accumulated
Those feelings don't ever last and have long since dissipated
There in the room so full of stuff but not a single soul around
One day she finally had enough and would no longer be bound
She started giving stuff away a purse or shoes here and there
For often in her day she now seen a way that she could care
It wasn't a big showy act but just something special in a need
So many out there truly lacked this being what she could read
She occasionally treated herself too but it wasn't the first thing
For it became in the giving she knew that made her heart sing
Not alone in that room today but out delivering something blue
For in following the Lord's way there will always be things to do
1 Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is the root of all evil:
which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith,
and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
So.
Time to see her.
At 2:48pm.
Wake up (4:00).
Constant strutting.
Nails chewed.
Overthinking.
Stress-eating.
2 hour shower.
:):(:):(:):(:) (whatever that is)
4 kilograms of Dad's cologne.
8 kilograms of Mom's hair cream.
Overthinking.
Should I cancel?
Overthinking.
Overthinking.
Overthinking.
................
Arrived.
I'm a grown man.
I can do this.
No biggie.
Filled with fake confidence
Walking around.
Chest inflated.
Humming a tune.
Soldier-like posture.
................
See her in the distance.
All.
Hell.
Breaks.
Loose.
Confidence dissipated.
Legs stiff.
Chest deflated.
Nervous mutters to myself.
Ragdoll posture.
She's in front of me.
Oh no
Oh
No
Oh
No
Oh-
But then...she smiles and...
.Silence.Peace.Serenity.
My mind devoid of anything but her
Wow he's ethereal.
Wow her smile could illuminate midnight.
Wow she makes any clothes gleam.
Wow her skin looks like silk.
Wow her galaxy-like eyes.
Wow her -
Wait is her mouth moving?
Uh oh
Uhhhh
"Sorry, did you say something?"
I keep on writing of it
As if, by doing so,
It would bring it back
I keep on musing of it
Even if the end result
Was that my heart
Got broken into millions
Of irrecuperable pieces!
And if the world shall shame me
For doing so,
If the world shall rebuke me
For doing so,
Then shall I say to it
That I am made of mystical love
And life,
As you know it,
Based on mundane physical grounds
Is not for me!
I shall also say to it
That since it is made of variety
It should be able to understand
The difference that is in me
Since,
All children are unique
And have in them,
An original version
Of that which God made them be!
Why,
I can help it not
I shall keep writing of it
Even if it is now,
Fumes and vapour
Dissipated into thin air
Meant to be forgotten
And to be left,
Somewhere,
In the warmth of the past!
Still,
I shall cling not to it
For love,
When true, allows the beloved
To thrive as he would want
And if loving him
Requires the acceptance
Of his indifference for my feelings,
Then,
So be it!
in one week i will die here
what is the definition of fear
erased and omitted are things and negatively effect me
i reflect on the good stuff and dissipated is any envy
i have seen many oceans
i have driven many roads
i have written many a poem
i have carried numerous loads
obstacles overcome presented new chapters of delight
the settings of many new environments have really loosened me light
i have flown with the birds
i have bodysurfed with the fish
i have experienced many flavors
i have even benefited from plenty favors
then came your beautiful being flipping my world every which way
you forced me to look
you forced me to grow
you inspired me to book
you inspired me to look up from below
you are my first
you are my last
you are my New Future rooted, watered and founded by our past
there is no clear definition of fear
alleviated and obliterated are all that bind me down via the shedded skin of dead weight
thank you for loving me and for making the latter part of my life really great....
