I've often felt quite helpless..Although i would fight hard, against the ocean of life
With its often; errant strong surging tides.'
In twenty twenty five we saw Los Angeles
Besieged; many areas were set ablaze; a great
City upon its knees.' The factor of bad
management of water not held in the
Ammount, that would really be needed
when on it; services had to count.' Also the
Arsonists did their job, a nasty crew indeed
I like others felt asized, of the helplessnes
As the Santa Annas careened.' No respite
Came the news reports, I saw many people
Had died.' I sensed defeat and could
almost taste the charcoal, it was fraught
; and yes I felt a tear in
My eye.. Yet all at once I thought of
God.? who was bigger than any disaster..I said a prayer then put up a blog, and requested prayers to 'the only Master' others joined and but a day and night.? A sea mist rose and rolled in early light.' Then on this improvement rain arrived..The
worst danger over and the remenant survived..'
Now i arrive at year twenty twenty six..A similar tale..My stomach felt sick twenty eight fires in
Victoria my 'home State' hit Again not
Accidents all.. A lot i'd guess were lit.? I decided to ask the Lord again, wondering would He
Have mercy this second time my friends?
All un-worthy i appealled for help.' Others
Answered, i continued and hoped.. For betters trends, again
Weather reports said no respite maybe dry
Lightening ( would more evil arrive? ) another day past I checked the news.' The
First I read was disaster.' My heart went to
My shoes..So my prayers were unaswered.'
Still i decided to look.' To face my chastisement and repent by the Book..Then I was shocked it was all turned
Around He had flooded out the fires people
Were heading for higher ground,
All Praise throughout the heavens all thanks to my friends..Who with me had enjoined..And we saw Himself His Name defend.'
i'd wandered again staring
into streams of livid pools waving
raptures of rushing currents startled
beyond such graveness however tempted
to explore even more than before i'd missed
your pondering about awaiting my dashing exit
away from the flock that scattered sparingly
my temperament craved so much more
why the gravity along led me by surprise
with curiosity and grace your demeanor
seemed to shield my immature nature
calmly beyond a single sphere a certain
chastisement lingering gently between
the stone pavement a white stick hidden
gestures being heard only throughout
the babbling brooks gnashing against
large pebbles into solid foundations
henceforth creating distance an yet forming
a pulley blending mind body and soul into
thrashing madness mingling timelessly chafed
and bruised chanting i'm back
September 20 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Hosea 8-14
Key Verse – Hosea 8:1 Set the trumpet to thy mouth. He shall come as an eagle against the house of the LORD, because they have transgressed my covenant, and trespassed against my law.
FAITH IN GOD WHO REBUKES US FOR TRANSGRESSING HIS LAW
God rebukes us for transgressing His law through our sinfulness…
Repentant are we from our wickedness
Needing His forgiveness as we turn to His holiness
While our faith clings to His righteousness.
God rebukes us for transgressing His law through our iniquity…
Repentant are we from our worldliness and vanity
Needing His pardon in our confession with humility
While our faith seeks His cleansing for our purity.
God rebukes us for transgressing His law through our backsliding…
Repentant are we from our negligence, not covenant-abiding
Needing His help to free us against unbelief’s binding
While our faith cleaves to His firm upholding.
God rebukes us for transgressing His law through our disobedience…
Repentant are we from our stubbornness of carnal expedience
Needing His direction for us to stay in His will with diligence
While our faith abides in His revival for our divine resurgence.
God rebukes us for transgressing His law through our proud heart…
Repentant are we from our selfishness of arrogant start
Needing His chastisement to keep us against haughtiness-dart
While our faith trusts His Word to be Scripturally and humbly smart.
God rebukes us for transgressing His law through our doubt…
Repentant are we from our unbelief of double-mindedness’ bout
Needing His truth so we can stand against deceit’s route
While our faith increases in His wisdom to overcome foolishness-clout.
God rebukes us for transgressing His law through our hypocrisy…
Repentant are we from our prayer-failure due to inconsistency
Needing His correction as we beseech for His mercy
While our faith strives to serve Him with Biblical principles’ policy.

Woman, I heard you
crying
whimpering like an
abandoned puppy
behind the bedroom door
and my
compassionate heart
broke in two.
The mighty hands
that had inflicted
chronic pain
now distorted
arthritic, useless
disabled weapons
...lifeless duds,
yet throbbing
mercilessly.
Knuckles swollen
as big as macadamia
nuts, fingers
warped
like barbwire,
no ass whipping
no pinching of flesh
no goose-eggs today.
I watched your
mouth twist
in agony
no words
could come out
no chastisement,
no derogatory remarks
for my little ears today.
Just look at the
deeply furrowed brow...
So pitiful, so wretched
tell me, did those tears
burn like acid
down those
bitter, cold cheeks?
I take no pleasure
in your affliction but,
woman man-up,
sister and I bore
the daily, horrid brunt
of your despicable
miserable life.
And please, please,
I plead
don't beg
for the doctors!
let us heal
just for one day
let us experience
being happy
children
just for one day,
we all know
this arthritic pain
is bloody temporary and,
unfortunate for sis and I,
hell's door is weld shut.
May 28 Heart for God Bible Meditations Based on Nehemiah 10-11
Key Verse – Nehemiah 10:29 They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes.
HEART THAT OBSERVES AND DOES THE COMMANDMENTS OF THE LORD
Our heart observes and does the commandments of the Lord upon His ruling
With His right hand of holiness-pulling
Against transgression-ailing
So that we can stand by His gracious refueling.
Our heart observes and does the commandments of the Lord upon His strengthening
With His ready might of persistent faith-running
Against quitting due to waning
So that we can pursue by His mercy for our learning.
Our heart observes and does the commandments of the Lord upon His upholding
With His helpful gesture of righteousness-treading
Against wayward lifestyle and backsliding
So that we can move forward by His authoritative leading.
Our heart observes and does the commandments of the Lord upon His teaching
With His Biblical standards of conviction-preaching
Against timidity and cowardice in out-reaching
So that we can win souls by His faithfulness-stretching.
Our heart observes and does the commandments of the Lord upon His correcting
With His loving chastisement of virtue-directing
Against laxity along slothfulness’ besetting
So that we can bend to His will by His truth-instructing.
Our heart observes and does the commandments of the Lord upon His working
With His great miracles of power-trekking
Against pride and selfishness that need breaking
So that we can serve by His stewardship-making.
Our heart observes and does the commandments of the Lord upon His cheering
With His Scriptural principles of servanthood, always empowering
Against worldliness and its vain success so overbearing
So that we can glorify Him by His Word that is soul-rearing and spirit-gearing.

I was screaming....! Help me
Jesus! Help me Jesus. My life was
ebbing away. The two wires
sunk into my fingers, sparkling
and draining me dry! An itching
surge ran through my veins. I
felt so lifeless, I have never felt
like that before.
The currents hung unto me
when I was about separating
the wires from touching, the
man at the generator ignited it
at the moment and that was it!
I could not be saved, nobody
was ready to snatch me away
from the fangs of death but then
I heard mother scream and feel
her thud as she rushed towards
a dying me. She cared not to die,
she pulled with every force in
her and saved me.
I have ever nurtured the fact
that she loves me not because of
her constant chastisement but I
know that day the worth of my
mother.
She stood by my bedside and
prayed for my relief. The truth is,
in my heart, she's more than
gold.

It would be bedtime, and I’d rise
Risking the possibility of chastisement
By the mother who taught me, with her smiles
That my reading Nancy Drew, Trixie Belden
Every book in each collection – the Hardy Boys too
Wasn’t just a trait passed down to me, to her pleasure
It was a trait she, herself, had spread – a disease
If not verbally, then with each moment she’d spent
Turning pages, lingering amid chapters of inspired
Dreams and imaginations, wanderings
I’d come to accept as my heart’s blessing
And I’d rise, with the intent of going to my room
Where I’d keep a light beneath the quilts,
Consuming the words with a heart full of wonder,
A heart who would always see my own smiles
Reflected on pages filled with castles I’d hoped to build
Myself, and forts that found their way into my wishes
Mine is a heart filled with worlds that were not my own,
beneath the shadows of a warm quilt and sheets
who remember me… as that girl who found her home amid words
