Premium Member The Whimsical Obscure Winter Touch

"I, submissive to nature's whispers, see all chaos disappear
into a calmness in quiet stillness and healing solitude pleasures." Quote by poet

The whimsical obscure winter touch
has softened; its cool breath lingers.
Its effortless embrace is fresh and welcoming.
The calming music and refined wind chimes
are performing together away disorder.
Nature's live oak leaves waltz freely,
and flowers accompany ardently
with a dance, bobbing their perfection.
My ears pick up every echo.
The whiff of the surroundings brings clarity,
joy, and peace, bringing comfort and making
my soul very drowsy. I dangle my thoughts
from my life to live in the moment
of now in a dream with a smile.

Away

Away from all..
We know..
See..
Hear..
Feel..
Touch..

Away from the constant chatter ..
Chatter residing within..
A constant reminder of what is..
One's reality..
One's trials and tribulations..
One's sadness..
When there is pain
Sorrowful moments while tears gently flow..
As the tears flow
There is a flicker of hope..
Hope dries the gentle tears..

Away I go..
Where there is a soothing present
A calmness in the now..
All troubles left behind

Away I go..
Where there are sweeter tomorrows..
Wrapped in the arms of love..
To..
Taste the sweetness of joy..
Held..
As Loving arms comfort me..

Away..
I close my eyes..
I am there..

Premium Member FAITH IN GOD WHO IS EXALTED

June 17 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 21-25

Key Verse – Psalms 21:13 Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.

FAITH IN GOD WHO IS EXALTED

God is exalted through His strength He manifests daily
As He presents His might to us tremendously
Indeed assuring our faith of His presence wondrously
With His providence and protection always guarding us ceaselessly.

God is exalted through His granted eternaI salvation
As He reminds us not to lose our joy because of transgression
Indeed upholding our faith by Christ’s sacrifice for our regeneration
With His bruises and wounds for our forgiveness and justification.

God is exalted through His power of great accomplishment
As He highlights His miracles against our doubt-filled discontentment
Indeed driving our faith toward heavenly achievement
With His instruction and admonition for great commission-fulfillment.

God is exalted through His praise-propelled revival
As He inspires when discouraged at our earthly survival
Indeed enabling our faith to please Him, persisting for His approval
With His favour and fervour to prepare us for Christ’s arrival.

God is exalted through His offered restoration so refreshing
As He meets us to commune with Him in His nourishing
Indeed refining our faith while listening to our prayer, never rushing
With His enlightening wisdom and correcting counsel worth cherishing.

God is exalted through His blessings of abundance
As He warns us against shallow service out of fleshly compliance
Indeed increasing our faith to cling to His ready guidance
With His Word of hope and cheer, transforming us to shine in His brilliance.

God is exalted through His peace and calmness
As He secures us while labouring in His kingdom’s business
Indeed settling our faith around His fellowship’s closeness
With His commendation and rewards to us by His loving kindness.

Ivanka and Melania walking the 5th Avenue Street
Red Wolves stalking their beat
Being ever so sweet
Looking at the window dressing
Critical topics they are addressing
Knowing Daddy Donald will get them a treat
If they make Democrats feel the heat
Riding the hood
Having an image that is goodie good
Long way from the run way
Always having an audience to what they say
Loving her step Mom
In one’s handbag code to the gossip bomb
Staying very calm
Both having fashionable ware
Taking a share
From booking and signing an art deal
Then dining on gourmet meals
It is fourth and goal to go
In the game called ‘who do you know’
Defending the Delaware man from stealing the Oval Office show
Should there be a pass or run
Decision when done
Will energize critics if executed and not won
With the two state General in command
Beachside resorts ready to make a stand
Calling the bluff
To those who claim to have the right stuff
Or showing a hand
Stating “Maybe better to be just a fan”
Stay cool
Little red wolves
Be reminded at the pool
There many of you
Getting their skin red
Staying away from debt
Granted they can get sun burn
Which they would learn
Under the moon light
Romantic in sight
Enjoy the sun and times
Sipping the proper wine
But when the final gun is heard
Bringing calmness to the grid iron stir
Something may occur
High hopes to the mind
Of those making a dime
Riding the All American Acela commuter train
Debating weather it’s going to rain

Penitence

The first time that I cut myself,
I heard my mother distraught,
My father in denial, my sister
Blaming herself and my brother
Barely moving.

The second time that I cut myself,
I pictured a perfect day, a perfect
life. I pictured a grassland, a home
In between, smooth, gushing wind
And the calmness in it all.

The third time that I cut myself,
I couldn't gulp down the fact
That this is what I've become,
A monster sucking life
Out of people.

The fourth time that I cut myself,
I regretted cutting, the first time
That I did. I wrote an apology to
My future self and made promises
To not let my life get the best of me.

The fifth time that I cut myself,
I bled these words and swore to
Stop living but Instead, I stopped punishing myself.

Sigh of Sin ? (Part - 1)

in this world of the limped nuptial
i’ve appeared as a power-missile of the lac-dye
that is used by the hindu women
to paint the border of their feet

the tooth-ache of some-one pumpkin
that grows on the thatched roof of a hut
has wringed spirally
my mythological birth with corporate death

managing and arranging my thoughts
on what I was in the past
what I would be in the future
or what is my dos at present
the wonder-paintings of the altamira cave
unfolds its wings beside my painful in-growing nail

and in her own sky of miss marry
my hands become so much condensed in every drops
as if within that moping smog
without any speech
speaks the twinkle twinkle little star…

beside that labour pain what awakes then
is the patronage of a one-horned idea
along which while walking without much preparation
i can enter into any e-mail

though our love pulls a very long-face about itself
and in the opinion of the married women
the sigh of the sin ? of our love wants to cultivate
mustered-seeds on the soil of the inhabitants
of this human-life
with a stick by which the monkeys are driven out
what more can i say in lieu of
a piece of red-salute written in green ink

if i say in the dawn of the 52-cards
i touch your face
by the hands of a school-boy
your calmness and earthly perfume
make me stunned

then in this field of sweat and war
the explosion of logic and intellect
of your top-floor
seems more famous anchor than the milk
that spilt over on the fire

and more to say
when daubing all over the body
all taste of the path of joy
enter into then fort of gold you can notice there
when in some unknown moment
my pajama dies socially
by the bite of the snails and oysters

to keep the heart of the break-kiln always move
this form-less interactions are so well
in the harvest-arrangement of the late-autumn
we are all uttering the name of cherry-flower
and begging shelter from the mango leaves

A well-known trail sits just behind
The street that we live on,
And at the bottom, you can find
A path to reach a pond.

And there, upon her rightful throne,
A swan swims soft and slow,
Where in her home, she lives alone,
This swan, I've come to know.

Her slender neck and feathered wings
Attire is pure and white,
Small eyes like beads; their sharpness brings
Her sight in day or night.

I watch her gentle, graceful glide,
With burdens not revealed,
Her regal ruse still seems to hide
A loneliness concealed.

What’s covered up by beauty’s gift?
Has calmness killed her fight?
Do troubles drown beneath her drift?
Will she again take flight?

A natural need to mate for life,
I fear her mate’s passed on.
She glides along this pond in strife,
A lovely lonely swan.

But take no pity on this queen,
Her strength she cannot mask,
Beneath the water's tranquil sheen,
She's surging with a task.

The stillness in her wandering,
As ripples rise, I wonder,
Her poise provokes a pondering
Of fervent efforts under.

Some things are not as they appear,
Some surfaces hide battles,
To simply sit on ponds, swans bear
A need for frantic paddles.

When troubles come, stay on the path-
Imagine our existence,
If everyone had even half
Of a swan's persistence.

Flying Just Off The Ground

It took me years of training
to move my legs like this,
gliding over the granular
on long feet with curved width,
to make my legs flail left and right,
my upper half stock-still,
balancing and countering
so I won’t take a spill,
I’m going about forty-five,
but I’ve got no steel cage,
just long blades cutting through the white,
so long as it behaves.
Gravity is now my plaything,
as much as I am hers,
cross a mile in two minutes,
a small grace I have earned,
the blur of speed makes its own wind,
downs out the weaker noise,
just a fast bubble around me,
that calmness I enjoy.
Gray mercury says twenty-three,
but I don’t feel a thing,
you really only note the chill
when you have stopped moving,
my weight becomes a shifting ball,
it flows, then it slams home,
at other times it’s zero-G,
a feeling few have known.
Winter-brown trees are flashing past,
guiding the broad, white trail,
they remain still, branches don’t wave,
this time I am the gale,
it’s rare to find a day like this,
where crowds don’t slow you down,
when you can streak across the snow,
flying just off the ground.

Premium Member Silence

Live in the light as fate prompts poise,
Love sparks most bright as words meet choice.

Watch silence speak in hints and tints,
Sense stillness peak in visual mint.

See calmness spear the path of quest,
Feel senses clear in zesty fest.

Work witty pun to seize the day,
Brave the long run as passion plays.

Spice sacred space as silence sums,
Echoes of grace prompts healthy psalm.

Stillness funds peace upon these shores,
Silence works ease from a deep core.

Thus less is more if you but see,
Watch joy galore now come to be.

A few senses

Skin so soft as it's been left untouched.
Love woven baskets so full, but still no one to receive my seeds of love. Thoughts of spoiled parts which tempt invalid ideas, invoking false belief that this orifice is forever damaged, preventing hope and faith's permanent residency. Then I remember sometime past December, I bore the witness to new life, outside my door with its home snuggled behind leaves creating shelter from the rain and warmth for night. Amazing how awake we can be. What a beautiful daily present allowing my presence to see the peace she gifted me. I was alert enough to watch this momma bird land in my tree, then it picked a branch, built a nest and nurtured its babies her best. All while I was denying faith in a higher power she unknowingly reminded me this is just one moment in the presence of many hours. I began to see her come and go twice a day. She would come back to feed the babies who eventually grew, flew out her nest and away they did go. The days that followed her baby's first flight, I saw her near the rooftop, her fast flapping wings creating the prettiest patterned light. A moment of calmness to admire her life, she was bringing me a clear message from God to my eyes. To think if I wasn't awake, I would have missed that sight. The deliverance of my God's hope and bright might.
