Remember the time that we used to see,
All the things that we thought we could be,
The dreams which once felt too bright,
Yet the sun came without the light,
The winter rain,
Falling from the heaven,
Wished the time to seize,
When we were eleven,
The age we barely know,
Yet we feel it in the winter snow,
The moments keep flashing in front of me,
Because I know it’s not the place I want to be,
Rather a place I thought I’d like,
Yet the pain was unbearable the first time it strike,
The moon too is hiding from its shadow,
Like a bird alone singing in the meadow,
With no one noticing,
No one hearing,
But living in the world which has lost its caring,
Saw a boy playing with stones,
He must be five or seven,
Then I thought of us being eleven,
No worry for tomorrow,
No Brocken hearts,
No falling in love,
No failing charts,
Then came a voice,
Screaming from the sky,
‘Life’s hard, life’s dumb, but at the end it all die’,
Childhood is the place I want to be,
It’s the simple truth,
That no one see,
People act so wise,
They pretend what they can never be,
Yet I want to go back when I was eleven,
And spend some time,
Living in the world,
Which is thousand miles away,
Because there’s no way,
I could stay,
Ladder on ladder,
Step by step,
WHAT A TIME IT WAS!!!
When we were in prep,
The rain came without the clouds,
I wondered a lot how that could be,
With all the things bestowed upon me,
Yet I want to be eleven again,
Wish I could walk again to that lane,
Lane which was so simple to cross,
Now it’s difficult,
It can’t be decided with a toss,
I remember that time,
That we used to see,
All those places that we want to be,
Those toffee cravings,
Those toys rack,
Those fantasies,
I wish,
To them I could go back.
Struck down powerless with astonishment
as the Brocken spectre took its shape
forming one shadow breathing out
from the misted oceans a fierce bitter wind whispers
curling cries around the mountain howling suffering
Where an odd sound echos strangely
three times striking the spine with ice trembles
Then the crunch of lightening suddenly strikes this note
darkness causes uneasy feelings
when the shield of light is blinding
to the lost yet to be found wanting
opposite the sun enormous magnified shadows
begging to be seen casting lots upon the surfaces of clouds opposite
one head crowned figure emerges surrounded by glowing halo-like rings
the formation of glory rises from within shaping destiny
Where rings of coloured light appear directly opposite the sun
when sunlight finally meets a cloud uniformly-sized
water droplets refresh the misted vision held bathed

Days of poet motivate calm compassion.
Sheer injustice evident—every turnpike
manned by soldiers’ wild unfamiliar passion
planned around harsh Strike.
Summonsed lamb to slaughter, but still respecting
burning bush—obedience lit by daydream,
Ares now advance with his pride, suspecting
alter in regime.
Bending truth to suit the occasion’s essence,
whispers coil in shadows of veiled renitence.
Glow of waters lap at the swirling valence.
Ebbing of sentience.
Psappho wept—her dream has dispersed as token.
Rose-fingered moon’s face will exceed all starlight.*
Silence now descends tableau muffled, Brocken
Spectre of moonlight.
