An Alliterative Pursuit Of A Lover
I will firstly frankly forwardly forthrightly fastidiously befriend you.
Then I will completely correctly courteously candidly chastely court you.
Then whencesoever I have wonderfully wackily warmly wooingly won wed you,
I’ll be free to laughingly longingly lustily lecherously lasciviously licentiously lengthily ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly ~ly
Gladly gently graciously gratefully gallantly grandly greatly love you forever.

Morning-sun lit in tentativeness gets delayed
Oozing white blood, rain-sprinkler licentiously sprayed
Nostalgic breeze wedded with moisture gladly stayed
Soil, seeking fresh vegetations wet set arrayed
Overwhelmed earthly creatures enchantingly swayed
Ozone layer cooled consoled feeling greatly saved
Nimble rhythm and harmony of cosmos remade

Greed Has a Dinner Party
Evil seething greed sits down to dinner with his guests.
He serves them humungous helpings of hubris for an appetizer to set the mood of the evening.
For the main course, he mesmerizes them with tales of his ambition and success and piles them on his own plate, yet he serves the guests-somewhat less.
He explains they must be more like him to get even more. He assures them that they have the makings to be just like him.
Dessert is of course licentiously sweet self-serving compliments for all and the promise that if they took everything they wanted in life, without concern for anyone but themselves, they would be most efficacious.
After dinner, he says goodbye. Then he grins as they pass by the urn containing Icarus’s ashes on their way out the door.

Hollow man
Hollow man, an empty vessel,
lived life with vain abandon
Selfishness and carnal lust
were his constant companions
Happiness was sought, indulging
frantically in fleshly pleasures
Pain was his only reward instead
of priceless treasures.
Chasing worthless endeavors,
enticed by deluded aspirations
Followed the leanings of his foolish heart,
lead to altered expectations
He gulped down licentiously,
every drink that was in fashion
Spent his life in wantonness and
unbridled passions
He spiraled down, seduced into
debauchery's black hole
and wonders to himself, why there
is emptiness in his soul
He seared his innocent conscience,
rejected words heard so long ago
Truth remains even though despised,
you will reap what you sow
Now, he sits, disillusioned and alone,
staring into the cracked mirror
His bleary eyes beginning to see,
the truth ever clearer
Still, he ponders
if these consequences...
are part of destiny's plan...
it's hard to admit to himself,
his own bad choices...
created this...
hollow man.
