Use as your spark this musical quotation,
"Pure inspiration is justification."
Taken from Michael Jackson's - Mind to Magic
Pen (Pin) it down: love, humor, wise or tragic.
intellectual, boredom, gap, dawn or gain,
experiment, tightening, nap, lawn or chain
physical, winter with imagination
spiritual, latchstrings, incarceration
Pick at least twelve words from these middle lines too,
whether rhyme or free verse, that is up to you.
Less than a hundred words, do not be sleazy
and please, try your best not to be too cheesy.

“The person who follows the crowd
will usually go no further than the crowd.
The person who walks alone is likely to find
himself in places no one has ever seen before.”
Albert Einstein
How wide the gap until the dawn of spring,
till winter’s stage has fulfilled its reign.
There is no honest gain to a latchstring
which tightens the tedious chain -
the boredom of winter's restrain.
Heat turned up, doing sit-ups with my brain,
I stretch imagination's double chins.
Donning warm homespun, throw off winter's bane,
my mental locks engaged with needles and pins.
I walk it out; that’s where inspiration begins.
Do you have a hallowed place where you can call upon His grace? In His celestial place
do you hear His voice or seek His face. From thy fount above fill my cup with love at heaven
to eat thy word as meat above. Light my life with holy fire, consume the mire, be my
passion and desire. Let these dry bones revive so the devil doesn’t thrive, let him not build
a wall to rise. Break the latchstrings upon every door that I might soar, let every evil to
abhor. Let the partition be torn down, and every wall to frown, that I might obtain a
crown. Let me refine my time that thy word is on my mind, you are my looking glass to
show reflections that last not the brass. Let thy temple shine, a house of prayer as Thine
let my lips awake in praise a holy time to enshrine.
