Outbreak of tuberculosis
Out and out ridiculousness
Outcomers who refuse inoculations
Outgrowth of a new pandemic
Outlandish selfishness and self-importance
Outrageous and intolerable
Outside of common sense
Outstandingly self-absorbed and neglectful

I have another piece that's too long for here - so it's in "Short Stories."
It's called "doctor mom" - about my mom and being home.
I know I could take things out - to make the piece shorter and fit here - but then it's not what I wanted to say *shrug*

Stricken souls gasp amid rapt tension
And surreal panic as the world spirals
Under throes of exacerbating fire;
Trapped between numinous brawls.
A virulent pandemic subsides
As near-nukes its pedestal take;
Stubborn fear every limb guides
Amid unceasing numbing awe.
Shall life outlast such brutal fury:
As invisible realms arsenals dumb
Blandish upon this bleeding plane;
Upon this rage-pillaged stratum?
Not when viral variants surge
And spikes inoculations defy;
Not when troops against troops vow
And warheads against warheads vie.

Dark World
A world gone dark, trapped in isolation
Reality fades, felt is the approaching cessation
Unmatched is this bleak and utter heartbreak
Time becomes obtuse, present fabrics now quake
Squandered decorum, searching for hopes door
A clear and present danger, discovered once more
Abandoned and sequestered, searching for light
Rearing vital hope, moving forward in the night
Inoculations brought forth which many deny
Phantasms maintained as many more die
Searching for truth in a world that hides
Convinced of false faith, ignoring the tides
False sages conceal empirical fact
Browbeating their brethren with abominable tact
A juncture has come, more lines have been drawn
Man needs to unite before all hope is gone

This is my true story:
I am a dream
I flow from the depths of Bliss.
Creating schemes and systems without cognition,
cell by cell, I became a numinous zygote,
I'm wonderfully made!
I came through a body, a body.
Then, began the inoculations,
profane verses
dangling from those gifted with mind,
insisting that I was fascinated by them,
but,
they weren't mine,
these hands, my hands.
16 yrs ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 3rd stage. I did a lot of meditation, 3 miles daily walks and wrote a few poems, this is one of them.

Heebiejeebie Hocus-Pocus
Don't forget your incantations
Gods wait with inoculations
Only for you and your relations
Have faith my friend, in creation
Above all else know your station
It depends on where you're from
Allah, Buddha, Genghis Khan
Which ever one takes your fancy
Mono, pantheistic religious candy
Your God created Beetles apparently
(But mostly Beetles ...actually)
So prepare yourself for the rapture
Avoid being caught on the crapper
Change underwear before you die
Never know when ya need to fly
Hocus-pocus kneel and pray
Wait your turn for judgement day
