Weighted down with
a load of TRANSGRESSIONS;
Indoctrinated by and infused with
a myriad of INFORMATION;
Having given every ounce of my being
to the pursuit of SANCTIFICATION;
And always Hoping and longing for
the certainty of my JUSTIFICATION.
Several years would transpire before
I would realize that in and through Christ,
the account for my Transgressions was settled.
I had been released from the penalty of IMPUTATION.
Yes! That was when Easter shouted out to me
that my pardon had been Secured;
That the penalty for my sin had been
paid for; my eternal judgement Averted,
and that now and forever, 'It is Finished'.
Yes! Easter shouts to me that in and
through Christ, I have SALVATION.

CHRIST, without whom there is no Christmas
HOLY night, the night above all nights
RIGHTEOUSNESS is not an achievement
IMPUTATION made our righteousness possible
SATISFACTION came after the perfect sacrifice
TOTAL pardon without any form of personal merit
MERCY took the place of judgment on our behalf
ANY effort on our part to be righteous is futile
SOULS and sin are cleansed by Christ's blood alone
FAILURE is 'not believing' that Jesus is Christ
ATTEMPTS of kindness and good works cannot save us
I and you have sinned, come short, and missed the mark
THE work of Christ for our salvation was completed at Calvary
HEAVEN'S gates will open for any saved by grace through Christ

It’s been corrupted,
Even the learning systems in normality altered
The Innocence of examinations
Has swerved
Into Guilt of examinations
Exam malpractices everywhere!
Many students have sown the seed of levity
Which has grown into complacency
They, being carefree,
Are shamefully confident
They would cheat to the bull!
Assured their money could in qualms set them free.
Examiners have likewise injured the education routines of our country,
Even WAEC as a body
Of these –
In charge of its structures
They, like an engine that sucks tanks of oil,
So do they take bribes for scripts exchange
And manipulation of grades imputation.
Parents and guardians are fans of students and teachers:
Supporting their children,
And moderating tricks with teachers and examiners.
These exam malfeasances are done throughout:
From the class to external exams offices.

…Before: DIZZY INDEED
Afflicted… ailing due to drug addiction
Bum he had become
Chained to conceit’s cage
Dysfunctional driven by delusion-dizziness…
-----Now: DIZZY NO MORE
Enveloped by God’s love enormously
Freed from addiction fall toward faith’s flight
Guarded with goodness grace
Hoisted along heavenly hope…
Instilled with the Saviour’ righteousness-imputation
Joyous new creation* he experiences midst jeering judgment
Kindness showing with Christ’s keeping
Love of the Lord sharing; leading others to His light.
*2Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

I thank the Lord for His granted salvation*
Assuring me of heaven against hell’s awful damnation.
Claiming His regeneration-promise with His faithfulness
I delight in God’s constant loving kindness.
With His redemption-security midst doubt’s obscurity
My soul seeks the Saviour’s guidance of supreme certainty.
Cheered up by justification-seal according to the Scriptures
I’m protected from false teachings and vain religiosity’s overtures.
Adhering to His righteousness-imputation truth that endures forever
My faith depends His Word as His illumined believer.
Earnestly asking the Almighty Him for enlightening transformation-wisdom
I claim His counsel’s guidance in abiding in His liberating freedom.
Thankful to Christ for conversion victory
My spirit praises His deeds of wondrous miracles and marvelous glory.
Sealed with the Holy Ghost with life eternal, verily precious
I vow to share the Gospel* with His mercy, absolutely gracious.
*Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.

Lord, thank You for humbling my heart from pride’s perilous cost
Indeed reaching out to me, sinfully lost
Thru the compassionate working of Your Holy Ghost…
Now, I can joyously yield to Your leadership post!
Lord, thank You for cleansing my body from carnality’s impurity
Indeed purging me from evil worldliness’ vanity
Thru the divine imputation of Your righteous authority…
Now, I can truly claim Your victory in fighting against iniquity!
Lord, thank You for directing my faith from false religion
Indeed leading me to You - the divine Surgeon
Thru the illumination brought by Scriptures to my soul's region…
Now, I can* finally escape from abomination’s dungeon!
*Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ…

I
Behold Him; keep beholding Him
Six decades: how to be Christian
It is He who paid for my sin
I am cleansed by imputation
II
My soul's asking, Have you seen Him?
Yes! His face in all colors, skin ...
That's how simple to be CHRIST-ian
Saved by GRACE: grace to behold Him
III
Behold Him out-loving Creation
Gives and gives more than all who live
Spirit, help me ever see Him
Help me Food, Home, Child - behold Him

One dollar and eighty-seven cents, that was all
And sixty cents of it was in pennies
Pennies saved one and two at a time
By bulldozing the grocer and the vegetable man and the butcher
Until one's cheeks burned with the silent imputation of parsimony
One dollar and eighty- seven cents
And the next day would be Christmas
Christmas would be different
From the previous years
My dear baby Suzy would not get that new toy
That baby doll she thought looked so much like herself
My boy Tommy would not get the new train set
That we would set up around the Christmas tree
That the cat would try to catch with his paw
My lovely Julia would not get that diamond ring
She's been hoping for
The best I can do this Christmas
Is prepare a feast of bread and soup
With my one dollar and eighty-seven cents
