To Lady Clare Daly

I do salute your Irish gall. 'You' have the balls, I should say,
Among Western hens that lie down false super-cocks to obey.
Let them cluck, wear beards, have moustache to pretend they, too, are men.
'You' and the likes of 'you', Lady, mold the future peace today.

Let others think of their bellies and what they have beneath them,
Rise and fall as dust motes in winds and be happy with their way.
Let them pop up as heated corns for the blue-eyed, blond-haired folks
And ignore the dark-featured souls now as they did yesterday,

Shamelessly choose to be deaf-mute when their lands invade others,
And blind to their own 'legal' crimes, impudently turn away,†
But for the others' invasion of a land their fusses rise
To the heaven's seventh region. A black man's a castaway.

We should rage against the liars of the West till they go gray
And their old hypocrites' empire reaches its fated decay.

They want to burn the flag today
to them America's blood born banner
represents jingoism, a false heroism of a broken day
a culture illegitimate in divine manner,
feeling excluded from rich spiritual deposits
cursing the color of a People truly progressive
a breed disinterested in the Marxist and Maoist,
feminists and racists come to set fire to Liberty's starry votive,
impudently waving the national rags
of failed narco states and theocratic tyrannies
chanting dystopic glories of thuggish brags
with savage violence assaulting children, women, and men with American identities,
have they ever bothered to read the 1st, 9th, or 13th Amendments
will they ever realize the illusion of ideological hatred,
in our land they live with victory's compliments
yet grown fat on the lies they've been easily fed,

We, Americans, have a heritage, and citizenry
composed of good natured, disciplined hearts,
educated, informed, and compassionate to humanity,
folk, from every continent, creed and diverse smarts,
Come, you ignorant miscreants
come and burn this flag I wear with honor and pride,
come burn it,
Over My Dead Body!

The Wind

Soft and gentle.
Tenderly kissing
Cheeks and hair.
Vieing with the ardour
Of the noon day sun
To cool the sweated brow.
Playful,teasing,
Impudently tugging.
Breezing along rooftops,
Rattling doors and windows.
Prying into every nook and cranny.
Inquisitive,mischievous
Restless and free.
Darting through trees
With animated chatter.
Swaggering through cornfields
With cocky gait,
Or just drifting with clouds
Along a lazy sky...
Yet in demonic mood.
Unleashing it's tantrum
Upon the earth
Nature's unruly
Petulant child,
Thrashing, uprooting,
Creating havoc.
A tornado of energy
With devastation
In its wake.
Inciting seas
With sweeping agitation,
Hustling storm clouds
Along a black leaden sky.
Malevolent, threatening
Wearing a mantle of destruction,
And conjuring up a storm
With a howl of derisive glee...

Then when fury is spent
Once again still,calm.
The merest whisper..
Fanning the landscape
With soothing breath.
And caressing the earth
With a peaceful sigh.

The Garden Dance

They’ve been dancing in the garden all afternoon,
Flashes of red and brown.
Moving away from and then back together,
Flirting and flighty.

She hid in the vivid green hedge ,
He followed her there.
Flurries of excitement,
He chased her out and across the flat manicured lawn.

Afterwards,
Stillness.
She disappeared.
He looked about impudently,
Then swiftly flew away.
