a cool, refreshing summer breeze you are

a cool, refreshing summer breeze you are
your smile is like the fresh breath of nature
quiets thoughts of you so near even when you are so far
alleviates the feelings of my wanting to meet the maker

your skin against mine is like a smooth motion massage
the warm rhythms of your touch relaxes my mental
totally eliminated is my self serving mirage
the sweet kiss of the reality of you makes life itself feel so gentle

the moonlight and the sunlight merge to construct the perfect election
all memories of you are so happy, peaceful, and whole
joyfully and gratefully resurrected is my long since hibernated ********
oh, how your unique creativity soothes my rejuvenated soul

my love for you is as natural as the perfect rain
how i so give God Thanks each and every night for your love and guidance taking away the strain

Premium MemberAdult Fairy Tale

complicated book
hibernated, with its bear
on loose, checking in

mundane existence
both selfish - different ways
two hearts not yet one

the world divided
N.I.C.E is not - it is evil
science’s talking head

book makes my head spin
not my usual genre
just keep turning page

satisfying end
this trilogy on steroids
hence, skipped the first two

and not on purpose
but the story holds its own
adult fairy tale

The Great Fall

Disseminated, I fell in Fall
A Cascade of Amber Autumn Leaves
Rejected and Cast Away by Deep Rooted Seasoned Trees
Purged of Energy that no Longer Align
Nature's Foreboding Warning Sign.

Discarded By the Gravity, Mercurial Retrograded
I Succumbed, Physically Numbed to Embrace Transformation
Pluto deemed Necessary Shadow Self Initiation
For My Path is Destined, A Daunting Journey
Where I Confront Layers of My Soul and Fulfil My Destiny
For When Lifeless Leaves Fall From Their Hosts of Trees
In the New Luna I Shed Outdated Tendencies.

Within Chaos is Order, Scorpio's Moon Emotionally Drenched
Illusions Of Fear and Limitations Shackled and Benched
No more Tears, Isolated from Mundane Manipulators
I Reject the Noise, Choosing the Peacemakers
Hibernated in a Cocoon of Self Discovery, Secure from the Torpid Winter
Connected to the All, Yet a Solitary Snowflake, An Icy Splinter
In Winters Brutal Hold, Profound Wisdom in a Snowflake Unfold
At Home In Comfort in Pluto's Ninth Mansion
Metamorphic Recycled Soul Secured In A Celestial Tapestry of Expansion.

Premium MemberBears Whipped 38-20

The woeful Chicago Bears football team
Hibernated in caves this June to dream
    Of winning their first game
    But they exited tame ~
Green Bay Packers turned them into whipped cream

Premium MemberThe Blurb

Fed-up folks donned bearskins and hibernated
Woke up twenty years later, a bit addle-pated
They figured they'd outlived the worst
But on their devices a blurb so terse
Vote for Ivanka, she's expiated; unlike Hunter, who's dissipated

Premium MemberMay You Are the Best

Welcome May you are the best
So glad to see you after winter
You took a twelve month rest

Singing birds are in their nest
Flowers blooming bright colors
Welcome May you are the best

May is from the east to the west
We have both hibernated way too long
You took a twelve month rest

I see the sun coming up off the crest
Beautiful colors to start the day
Welcome May you are the best

We have missed you
Glad you are back
Welcome May you are the best You took a twelve month rest

Reserata Carcerem Xxi

hope ain't a pored plague - sassy spell:
gaunt gullible on craving etched
tamed time trailing hampered boul'vard
felon fate fostering farts

hope is not a pruned parable:
smothered syllables, numbed nimble
sumptuous sway, damp denotation,
throbbing theme, fallible fusion

hope is everything but folly:
lanky laziness, marred merry
hibernated will, wanky wish
dark dribbles, cursed confetti drips

hope ain't the offshoot of ling'ring
it's effort's wait on victory.

Note: of hampered hope.

Bursting Busty Bruise

waning wits smirked
vying voluptuous verge
meagre mood metamorphose
saucy spell's sauce
hoisted hankerings hummed
pruning punctured pukes

dark dribbles dazed
rusty reels raved
rusticating riff's creates

lanky lusts birthed
callous crisps cremated
crunched crescendos hibernated

crumbling contractions cruised
bursting busty bruise.

Tracing Taunted Tune

felon fate fostered
feigning flimsy clusters
voluptuous verge drown
cremating callous clown
dark dribbles birthed
hampered hankerings hoisted

moaning mists raved
foiling rusty rage
wanky will wailed

meagre moans masticated
voluptuous vying hibernated
bruised bugs perfected

porous pulses oozed
tracing taunted tune.

Dusty Dregs Drenched

wanky wind wretching
felon fury bruising
bounty blitzkrieg bleaching
blur biddings bleeding
hoisted hankering hibernated
jumpy jazz cremated

dark dribbles drooled
prescribing pulpy clue
punctured healing pruned

kaleidoscopic chaos cupped
gaunt gifts gulped
moaning mist munched

callous complexities clenched
dusty dregs drenched

Note: Of wanky wind.

Crumbling Cruising Creed

yearning years yawned
plying punctured pawn
voluptuous vein shriek
taking taunted tier
porous passion perforated
hoisted hankering hibernated

callous conspiracy crowed
gaunt crest cloned
feeble flesh flown

bounty blitzkrieg bruised
dark dribbles drooled
perfidious age pruned

sumptuous syllables seeped'n
crumbling cruising creed.

Premium MemberSpring Has Sprung

Spring has sprung
Birds are singing
People emerge
Doorbells are ringing

Spring has sprung
Winter disappears
The sun begins to warm
The frost & snow have cleared

Spring has sprung
Flowers do bloom
Hibernated children
Come out of their rooms

Spring has sprung
A time for rebirth
All life… it does matter
I love our sweet Earth

Premium MemberA Mysterious Red Invasion

The cicada makes a mysterious red invasion every 13 years
Maybe they're superstitious or gamblers... how weird!!!
What if us humans hibernated
Emerge craving food, eyes dilated
Screams would crash through drums of neighbours ears

Grief From Suicide

Thirty years ago I got the call.
Your brother had to tell me
You'd extinguished your own life.
Immediate tears, for you and your family.
Shock hits hard you know.

You'd tried to live life right
Yet still it was difficult for you.
People let you down,
Kept giving you the dirty end of the stick.
You still had us, your family.

The guilt ate away.
Why hadn't we noticed how bad you were feeling?
Why couldn't you open up to us?
Why had we ever been mad with you?
Never ending questions.

You made us so angry.
Angry that you gave up on life.
Angry that you didn't talk to us.
Angry that you didn't say goodbye.
Anger destroys.

The overwhelming sadness brought depression.
We didn't want life ourselves.
We couldn't enjoy life without you.
We hibernated away.
Shunned those who tried to help.

Eventually, as time passed,
We remembered the good times
Recalling our lives, our memories.
The fun and laughter you gave us.
We started to work through the grief.

However hard it was for us,
It must have been harder for you to make that choice.
Now we live with hope.
Hope that you are reunited with loved ones.
Hope we see you again some day.

RIP Alec x

Destructive Preservation

Destructive Preservation

Winters grass adapting,
hibernated blades colorless...

See life growing...
Another season preserving...
True Life...

Ash tree world tree of history...
Comfort within its casual shade...

See life anchoring...
Strong base to sustain...
True Life...

Wildfires destruction fire burning...
Killing path in thirst of fuel...

See life destructing...
Self Destructive Stupid Fools...

World afire racing to burn more fossil fuels...
What happens one day when the fire forever burns...
