corners
i have walked around corners
when i should have stood still
driven fast in slow zones
and sat at the apex of silent
stone walls
i've said words i meant when i was high
and regretted when i was low
twisted sentences until they were wrung
too dry to matter
and left paragraphs drowning for want of a word
my soul aches at midnight
and burns at the zenith of emptiness
crunched and crushed like flattened cardboard;
my shelter from wind,
my home under the dry blanket of arizona dust
i’ve looked into the eyes of a broken old man
seen the sadness built around his journey
and the hopelessness erected
like a still-empty cross,
awaiting his outstretched hands
i have watched while he dries tears
from the face of humanity,
saddened by the race of mankind
scratching to get to the same corner
i walked around
when i should have stood still

CHANGE
EVERY THING CHANGE IN LIFE
NOT STABLE IN LIFE
CHANGEABLE IS NATURE
CHANGEABLE IS CREATURE
CHANGEABLE IS PRESENT
CHANGEABLE IS FUTURE
CHANGEABLE IS LUCK
CHANGEABLE IS LIFE
CHANGEABLE IS AGE
CHANGEABLE IS CRAZE
CHANGEABLE IS POST
CHANGEABLE IS HOST
CHANGEABLE IS FALSE
CHANGEABLE IS RACE
CHANGEABLE IS RELATION
CHANGEABLE IS CREATION
CHANGEABLE IS RULE OF NATURE
RULE APPLY TO ALL CREATURE
DON’T PROUD FOR ANY THING
THERE ARE CHANGABLE EVERY THING
An earthly existence
A universe beyond my minds, comprehension
I die
I rise
Life lessons reviewed
Homeward bound
I am not lost, after all!
I am a willing participant
Serving, the Father, of all creation
His son combined, ‘producing life’ as we know it
Representing them, in everything I do
I am nothing, without Love!
My heart full of faith, loyal service I give
Learning how to unconditionally serve, as the Father unconditionally, loves me
Worshipping our Divine Creator’s existence
Choosing to live, moment to moment
Being as one with ‘Our Universal Father’
No physical permanency
My physicality, disappearing
My mortality existence, I let go of
Death temporary
My spirit alive!
Relief, Peace
‘I am only passing through!’
A unique, experience of mortality
A gift, I am blessed to experience, to live!
