They discussed their friend in a secret way
She is cuckoo, looney tunes, said Gay
Zany, weird, unbalanced, said Gee Gee
How much stranger can she be?
Woman they were discussing heard their talk
She dropped them all with nary a squawk
Including her traitorous sister, Lula May Sue
I would have too, wouldn’t you?
Midnight gossipers, like they know you to the bone
They who stay sleepless to throw you stone
Waste not your time on them, insignificant
Every moment of you is important

In the grass,
Where he is hiding some stolen gas
While gossiping about his obese boss
Who does not know more about the big
multicouloured serpent in his company.
In the grass,
Obsess to steal from his obese boss
Possessing a spirit of telling lies
Like the serpent in Eden.
Blabbing lies to gain,
Hoodwinking to destroy the company.
In the grass
When you know the true coulours of some
Serpents near you,
It will be hard for them to bite you.
Watchout snakes in your yard.

Gossipers
Alas! my ears
All these years
Have been made to hear
Words of those from afar and near
Making many to shed tears
Those from afar and near
Said of those close to me and dear
Things that I never wanted to hear
I heard them say...
“ He has blundered!”
“His blunder is plunder...
Let us tear him assunder”
Secretly they plotted
They whispered, “this mischieve of his never keep it under”
Discreetly concorted they slander
Diligently they sowed the seeds
Forgetting their own misdeeds!
Like wild fire
Scorching nature’s natural attire
Their paloured slander
Relentlessly Spread
‘til every ear heard
And every tongue said
“Uuh! What a shame to his name”
The victim of their game
Restless became
In the avalanche of the same
Slander he could not stem
He regreted...” I was careless...
Look now, I am in a terrible mess”
Hissing like a snake
Bending the heads like sleeping woods
Telling lies and exaggerated stories
Laughing like a crazy mouse
Imagine all these without a profit.
