A Glimpse of Heaven

The light was fading,
Casting shadows all around
Shadows forming pictures
Upon the walls
And on the ground
Objects seem to appear
From somewhere out of space
When daybreaks
These objects take on a different face
A breeze is gently blowing
Making autumn leaves dance
Floating effortlessly
As their magnificent colours
Putting the onlooker in a trance.
Nature is always giving,
With every season it brings
Sometimes unforgiving
It can have a nasty sting.
From the fluttery of wings
And the brilliance of the sky
Nature makes life worth living.
Who could ask for more
A glimpse of heaven on earth
I know that for sure

midst forget-me-nots
deep purple and white passion
plum and bright blue world

lacy like cream clouds
honey sunshine Saturday
fluttery shadows

day follows dream day
for family of flowers
memorable moon

Sparrow Comforted Tiny Faerie

Sparrow comforted the tiny faerie whose heart was broken.
She could not express her sorrow, it was almost unspoken.
But her hazel eyes screamed sadness, and there was hurt for sure.
He stayed by her side, with a fluttery song all noble and pure.

You are my best pal, faerie girl said to her new friend.
They shared their ups and their uppers through looks and energy song.
Their sweet supportive friendship lasted until the end of the end.
Pals to the end, singing about a birdlike faerie throng.

Each Moment

A sort of fluttery glamour
Unlike any that flew by.
By most less appreciative looked on.
Unvaryingly dull. Mothed sky.

How To Proliferate Flowers

Thumb crush caterpillar fuzz follicle woven wire bent
Pipe cleaner indetectibly clamps fluttery paper crepe
Tiny tear splinter injury etched on crinkled parchment
Puncture forms an institute to forthwith contemplate


Together classified as flower, louloudia beauty flaunt
Plumage lurid thrives beside finite petal flop contrast
Tactical iron hand velvet glove primes formal contort
Proclamations crafted after careful strategy prefaced


Ruffled rogue construct erects its garish occupation
Origami hegemony laughs at limp stemmed genuine
Traditional rotted rose heavy heads rely on hydration
Pointed silver skewer stamen expands phenomenon

Daydreaming

What is this overtakes me
Mid-sentence or mid-stride
Freezes the mind, when beside
Others walking, or lone?

A gust of fear? One feather
Of fluttery recall?
No; what does hushly enthral
Future-imaged, hair-blown.

Spring Haiku Chain

early morning chirps
migrating birds are now back~
warm spring serenade

bright fluttery wings
in colors of emerald~
hummingbirds delight

lilac bushes bloom
sweet perfume wafts in the air~
butterfly magnets

The Dawn Sighs

 
Outside my window a little sparrow sings,
a composer on violin strings;
and far off a baby cries,
a loud dog replies.
The song drifts,
sighs;
oh, such gifts !
A hummingbird flies,
with wild wings going clock wise;
job done, he leaves on fluttery wings, 
outside my window a little sparrow sings.

Whispers

Silver waves in moonlight gleaming,
Flowers grace the field that's dreaming.
Soft wings of bright green butterflies,
Rise with birds toward sunshine skies!

Light rains tapping at the windows,
Rustling leaves in fluttery throes.
Orange bloom seeking honeybee;
And sounds of frogs croaking nightly.

Owls hooting their mystery sounds,
While far off cry of wolf rebounds.
Red flames crackling in a fireplace,
And sweethearts in nighttime embrace.

Sunset-

Fluttery eyes
Shallow deep breathe
Darkness bedding
Midnight nighttime
Passions end marveled lonely quench
Thought of sunset
Flung temporary
Evening never skying
Sun is falling out of view
Stepped a night-vision skyline

Where’s the sun going
Don’t GO
Sleepy tho!
And the dark never investigating
Fluttery eyes
Shallow deep breathe
Darkness bedding
Midnight nighttime
An d the dark never investigating

Sleepy tho!
The silent sky summarizing 


I crave the silent, somnolence skies
I heard a daytime, moonlit stroking
The temporary test timing 
I crave the slumber less, suspense sunset 
Horizontal yawning
Skies falling
upon a midnight nighttime
Deep into that darkness reviewing
The stroboscopic sleep scrutinizing
Deep into that darkness evaluating

I threw my celestial equator upon the floor
Deep into that darkness gauging more
where has the light gone
Time for sleep as the moon says you jest
I guess
Must be twilight NO, just

Hearts and Flowers

Hearts and flowers
go hand-in-hand,
receiving both is grand.

Hearts and flowers,
fill the air with romance,
making us want to dance.

Hearts and Flowers,
provide warm and fluttery feelings
like butterflies doing wheelings.

Spring Begins

Lovely, rich dark purple lilacs bloom in early spring
Fragrant spring air decorated by vibrant purple gems
Bright yellow striped tulips emerge on Kelly green stems
Magenta petunias attract a hummingbird’s fluttery wings

Feisty Hummingbirds

My favorite hummingbirds appear in early Spring
With fast fluttery wings and soft chirps, they sing
And rich emerald and ruby feathers so bright
Seeing them makes my heart skip with delight

Powerful tiny creatures seen in a flash
Flying in patterns of zigzags and a dash
Zipping and zooming around feeders like fools
Feeding as their feathers sparkle like jewels

Two frolicking males seen fighting in flight
Mating rituals on display for females in sight
Another feisty one has joined their playful dance
As a lone female picks her mate today by chance

Here for a few moments then quickly gone
The nectar will bring more, it won’t be long
A quick blink and out of the corner of my eye
I just saw a flash of vibrant green go flying by

BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY

loving fluttery
fluttering in the breeze
Alas the wind calls your name
As yet you fly on
Citing and kissing the breeze,
