Earth Star Chakra

earth star chakra my killick, subliminal subpersonal connects me to core of planet’s centre, spinning yet rooted in quiet mirth
absorbing misaligned energy in sturdy girth
intuits heartfelt frequency exchanges
across planetary consciousness gauges
below Gaia’s benign surfaces it modulates
where own wisdomed faith undulates
steady Will humming stable solid secure
no other anchor would I endure

awareness finely tuned filamented fibres
reaches far flung corners shadowed or
light, without single flinch fight or flight
authority with divine responsibility dear
centring my substance as an emperor does
holding disciplined foresight unseen safe
signals settled velocities where I am to walk
intentions sure of next waiting chorded port
underground star exuding strength, cohort
of ages, missioning goals it never aborts

Celestial Spider Web

A spider web is wondrous made
with interwoven threads o’erlaid
of sticky strands to snare the prey
in intricately shaped display
like filamented promenade.

High up, in galaxy brigade
agrouped through gravity obeyed
in Hydra’s grip the stars portray
a spider web.

‘Midst Nature’s splendorous parade
on cloths of heavenly brocade
as earthly spider spins its way
so cosmic galaxies convey
enlaced within galactic glade
a spider web.

Explanation: The Spiderweb Galaxy (PGC 2826829, MRC 1138-262) is an irregular galaxy which is 10.6 billion light years away. It is located in the southern constellation of Hydra (the water snake) and is one of the most massive galaxies known. Hubble images provided a dramatic glimpse of a large massive galaxy under assembly as dozens of smaller galaxies merge through mutual gravitational attraction. This provides the best demonstration so far that large massive galaxies form by merging smaller ones.

The Monastery

It was a Day
He wore his cocoa-brown shirt
not silk sort-of
sort-of splayed with sinewy
filamented palm trees in
green fibrilangulared leaves
no coconuts; draping to him
like a cosy vestment tucked
deeply beneath...

St. Bernard de Clairvaux,
Oh, this sunny Sunday Morn.
to know beatitude, of a place
traveled stone by stone
stone upon stone remade
for It's Image imparvenue,
about the nave, there
a photo-snapping Song and Stepping
Borne with the Smile of Day
East to West they children
in a Rhyme... Sublime...

Alas, now,
The Day apass
from East to West
His vestmeant for cocoaed-brown
draped to him
like a cere-cloth, & tucked beneath deeply
recalls to the Day-nearly
(8.21.1153)
and the Massacre of the Troubadour, &
a felo-de-se, en Masse!
