Fairy Stories

Human in appearance and child-like inside
They don't use wings but magic and some faith to help them fly
Are they demoted angels or some demon of the trees?
A pocketful of fairy dust is bound to make you sneeze
The first laugh from a baby breaks, escaping smashed and torn
Into a million trillion laughters, that's how the fairy's born
Are they the thief of teeth, or the bearers of good news
In snow they make no footprints cos they never wear their shoes
Do they live near woods and rivers, or perhaps a waterfall?
Do they communicate in whispers, or with tiny bells and horns?
Are they just a toy of Disney, big fat fake old Tinkerbell
Or was he kidnapped by real fairies and put under their spell?
But unlike Humpty Dumpty, Jack and Jill with their pale
There's something about fairies that's not just a fairy tale.

.CLARISSA
Hi I'm Clarisa and live in a place called time.
Where fairies live and come to you in dreams.
Wings that take me high in the sky.
My gown of white and golden locks of hair.
I'm holding in my hand some glowing fairy dust.
I sprinkle this over your head to make your dreams
                                                            come true.
I'm your imagination and I'm in your thoughts and
                                                                   in your dreams.
A giving fairy is what I am and I'll see you in your
                                                                         dreams.
                                                                     Teresa Skyles

Fairytale

Loves a fairytale, you always see them on movies,
In stories, and old tales. You never imagine it could
happen to you. Fairy tales, They don't come to you
often, There magical, something irreplaceable. If you
ever come across, That one in a life time fairy tale,
Crab it, hold on tight and never let go, because
once it's gone you never get it back. So, keep it
close to your heart and treasure it for all eternity.
Because after all a fairy tale is a fairy tale!

Premium Member Wise Wishes

As I sat on a sunny beach
A tiny bottle bobbed in reach.

I rubbed it jusy to wipe it clean
And from it came a fairy queen.

"What is your wish, if I may ask?
Granting three wishes is my task."

Dumfounded by surprise of it,
I asked if I might think a bit.

"Please state your case without delay
Or I and the wishes go away."

Hurrying then at her command
I asked for love throughout the land.

If everyone would love his neighbor
We could put away the gun and sabre.

Then thinking fast, I asked for joy
For man and woman, girl and boy.

If there is joy in every heart,
Big woes and sorrows have no part.

One wish left that I must not waste
I wished there wasn't need for haste.

I did not mean that for my wish.
The spell was over with a swish .

And so my last grand wish was gone
My fairy queen had scurried on.

Though now it is a wish too late,
I'd wish that we could banish hate.

Joy and love cannot survive,
While ugly hate is still alive.

Premium Member A Few Fairy Facts

Fairies too get thirsty
And one just might come to sup
And linger for a moment at
Inviting nectar cup.

If it happens you should see her
Do not take the time to blink
For a fairy though she's tiny
Is must faster than you think.

She resembles a small hummer
As she dips and darts on high
Or perhaps you could mistake her for
A lovely butterfly.

If you think your eyes deceive you
Then a secret I will tell
You must listen for the tinkle of
Her minute fairy bell.

When you hear her bell I warn you
Do not dare to look away
For fantastic friendly fairies
Do not visit every day.

do not take the time to blink
for a fairy though she's tiny
is much faster than you think.

If you think your eyes deceive you
then a secret I will tell.
You must listen for the tinkle
of her minute fairy bell.

If you should see or hear her
do not dare to look away
for fantastic, friendly fairies
do not visit every day.
