Fairy Facts
Fairies too get thirsty
and one just might come to sup
and linger for a moment
at inviting nectar cup.
If it happens you should see her
do not take the time to blink
for a fairy though she's tiny
is much faster than you think.
She resembles a small hummer
as she dips and darts on high
or perhaps you could mistake her
for a lovely butterfly.
If you think your eyes deceive you
then a secret I will tell.
You must listen for the tinkle
of her minute fairy bell.
If you should see or hear her
do not dare to look away
for fantastic, friendly fairies
do not visit every day.
