The Dirty Old Man

I once knew of a dirty old man.
His way of living—I didn't understand.

To the altar, many times he cried.
You wouldn't believe the things he tried.

His involvement with sex became an addiction.
He began to raise quite a suspicion.

His wife he once loved
was now despised.
I can still see the tears in her eyes.

“What's happened to my husband?”she asked.
After she caught him in
shameful acts.

He became so confused,
not knowing where to turn.
As the sin in his heart daily burned.

At church... he was one you
could no longer find.
As God gave him over to a reprobate mind.

The details in his life
began to unfold.
Even beyond the age I would call “old.”

I often wonder what was uttered
in his last breath.
As his lustful life brought
an early death.

May you seek to live a Godly life.
Together—in God love—as husband and wife!

Run from temptation's evil grasp.
Enjoy a Godly love with will forever last.

His love will do what no other love can.
It will help you to be a Godly man!

Have You Been Hurt By a Broken Relationship

So many times I hear of broken relationships.
Harsh words spoken…
And broken friendships…

Even in many of the “Christian” homes…
There’s things being done
 in the “danger zones.”

Families and friends being ripped apart…
A broken relationship… A broken heart…

I think about what is said in 1 Cor. Chapter 13 …
Do people read this scripture?
 Does it mean anything???

Perhaps if people would
put their feelings aside…
And ask the Lord to remove
all bitterness and pride.

This could be the start of
a brand new beginning.
With God on your side…
You’re sure to be winning!

Everything in our lives, God has understood.
Let’s come together.. In prayer… As we should.

May we refrain from thinking whom to blame.
Walking in the love and forgiveness
 there is in Jesus’ name.

We’re all equal before God. And our sins are many.
Those who are seeking God’s healing… Are there any?

It is Christ’ desire… Before this day is out…
To find what his way of living is all about!

Only his love can bind all
of our hearts together…
And be the “glue” that will
bind our lives forever!

The Saint

She was always praying
in her dreams, the middle of the day.
On Sundays it went without saying
her boys had gone astray.

She boasted ‘bout his education,
told them he was working full-time.
Never concealed her adoration,
led one to believe he was a little Einstein.

But everybody knows
her dinner table has an extra chair
and that her hope
abandons her with every prayer.
	Everybody knows she’s stronger than denial;
the saint’s praying to a God who sacrificed his child.

She promised things would get better
when she caught him with tears in his eyes.
She said that she would do whatever
it took to have him smiling at her side.

She started asking more questions
and never judged a single answer.
But the boy had learned too many hard lessons
and she feared there was one yet to occur.

Cuz everybody knows
her dinner table has an extra chair
and that her hope
abandons her with every prayer.
	Everybody knows she’s stronger than denial;
the saint’s praying to a God who sacrificed his child.

She just wants to see him smile,
she wants her boy to be happy.
But every attempt is futile,
the one thing he must’ve gotten from his daddy.

September Day

He went away that September Day
and we all cried in our own way

He stood so very brave and tall
Not showing any fear at all

When we bow our heads at night
We pray that God will hold him tight

That he will take his hand
and lead him thru that foreign land

Until he's home again with us
We know in God that we can trust

Blonde Hair, Blue Eyed Little Boy

There he lies sleeping,
what used to be my blonde hair,
blue eyed little boy,
who is now no longer mine.
He is his own person,
a man in age, but not in actions.

His arms are covered in what
I consider meaningless tatoos;
"In memory of Matt" and
"Only God can judge me"
are just a few.
I wonder if he remembers Matt?
How can he remember and still
continue doing what he is doing?
Does he truely believe
only God can judge him?
If he did, he would change his ways.

The bullets around his wrist
remind me of a watch
Only instead of telling time
they tell fate.
I pray every night that
they are not his fate.
I pray that the funeral
I have planned in my head won't happen.
Yet I know it will take more than prayers
to stop the madness he has created.
It will also take courage and will on his part.
Only God knows if he will one day find them both.
I've asked God countless times for the answer,
telling him it would help me
find the courage and will to go on.
The answer has yet to come.
Is it because God knows if he gave it to me,
it would take away the courage and will
I don't think I have?

Grandchildren

My Grandchildren Are My Heart
The Reason The Sun Shines And The Moon Glows.
My Grandchildren are As Precious as gold
They Are Gods Special Gifts
So Precious, So Sweet So Loveing.
I pray for my Grand Children Day And Night
That God Will Always Protect And Guide Them Through Their lIfe!
and lead their parents to A better Life then the one we started with
through God And Prayer I know
 My Grandchildren Will Grow Up
To be a light To The World!

Alekzander

The first time i laid eyes on you
you smiled and turned on your charm,
and from that moment I knew your
mommy and daddy and family had
exspierienced one of Gods greatest
Miracles ever,
to see such a precious face.
sparkling eyes, ten fingers, and ten toes,
on such a sweet little child.
I knew then aunt kimberly and i
would have to keep praying
that God keep you and your parents
healthy and bless you with all your needs.
And that God will always keep you
Alekzander out of harms ,
your a sweet little child so full of charm.
And a big bundle of joy!
The first time i heard you laugh
Im sure the angels sang!
with faith and love and joy.
because they heard the sweet sounds
of such a beautiful baby boy!
