Have you remembered these before
Begirded, by the yellowy maple
Sweeping them in morning's chore
And the first bites of mellowy apple
And the voice dwindling in icy pallid
The evening thrushes nesting over
Your eyelid mere balmy; thawed my heart of gelid
In my heart of gelid, bloomed the clover
Have i remembered these now-
The joyous rhine smoothing down the vale
And the cockcrow kissing your flawless brow
And to you, I speak those times of tale
Never were the asphodel so cheerly
And too cheerly and too softly wave
To the passionate daisy and too the jovial lilly

The repetitive nature
of who I am
to walk in my shadow
set forth to familiar lands
the foibles be damned!
wet wits bruised
gaunt gifts glued
callous crest cruised
vying voluptuous views
dark dances drool
punctured praises puked
wanky wastes wielded
damped dribbles processed
pulpy pills possessed
sassy syllables etched'n
tactic trail, tensed
hanker hoisted, rent
fallible fate fostered
dripping damped clusters.

We were born into a sabotaged life,
Darwin's Theory of Evolution.
Protruding branches trapped by the tree of life,
but sunlight produces chlorophyll, the attribution revolution.
We had to fight to be born,
against gravity, disease and other sperm.
Millions of others we outperformed,
instinctually toughened like a pachyderm.
But something goes wrong once we leave the womb,
our skin is soft and we need love to survive.
Checkmate, milk and sustenance, the mothers legume,
the real challenge arrived it has, learning to stay alive.
FALLIBLE LOGIC
Is common sense a noble choice?
compared to selfish subjective emotions and desires
based on the best logic we can muster
making lists-- evaluating risks, determining safest profitable directions
in essence, intellectually we just “play the odds”
foolishly we skip the foundation—miss the guidance
exalting limited logic over Eternal voices
it is not the longest physical life we should seek
but rather a fruitful life in spirit and deed
conservative sight – fallible logic no miracles create
“risky” Faith does nothing else but a miracle make
Everything Jesus taught was contrary to common sense<>
Are we the same?
The questions are real the answers are in an arena
Performing at a circus
Men on wires with laughter and tears
The noise
The silent noise
On goes the appearance
And the pitiful elephants desensitized
The doors are shut
The sawdust has settled
Spent weary faces strive for another day
Clowns with cherry hair
The fat lady sings
For a time she is happy
But inside she dies
A slow death of suffocated words
And they rush pass fast
Nonexistent smiles on happy people
Clutching their counterfeit lives out loud
And they are the indistinguishable
Wearing long black suits
O'er the mountainous peak,
Unto the valley portrayed,
Amongst thine own life to dwell
Alone to bittersweet day.
Do thou knowest thy beauty
Of thine own beloved in thought?
Faithful to the heart of yore,
Enraptured romance is sought.
Whilst the cherry blossoms bloom
As the birds nearest to fly,
Lover of thou remembrance,
Lies beneath of cherished sky.
Thine heart in fallible fault,
Whilst the soul searching for tear,
To drip to the lonely sands,
Where thou love lies truly near.
Will thou waken from thy dreams,
Silent sound in tranquil night?
To bringeth thy love, thy soul,
Pursuing compelled invite.
Unto the bed of flowers,
To become thy lovers slave
Whilst thou oust thy living breath
I beseech thee, to the grave.
