Vast and lush,
With a hint of blush,
Beneath the sky of violet blue,
She hums a hymn as on a bamboo flute,
Across the fields capped in a million dews,
Painting words of wisdom - worldly hues.
Gathering her children over bowers of corn,
She clothes and feeds, even the bitty stillborn.
In courage she'll enroot until she stands up tall,
On well earned praises and folktale songs,
She sews in love from gloom to dawn,
By answering aid to all who call,
Not a matter to win or drawing a loss,
She'll fasten her sons for a better cause.
To bring about a world untouched,
Round and about, she'll proceed as such.

Back to school,
my mind in good mood.
My head enroot for good fruits.
Back to school,
yes I'm back for good.
Don't be a fool dear,
it's not just a virtual school of paper-books
it's a school of the mind,
a school of thinking.
Oh yes! My own school of thoughts.
Every day is schooling,
Where you are is your lecture room,
Life itself is the best teacher.
School closes when we close our eyes,
Either in sleep or in SLEEP.
Whichever way it closes,
It yet continues on the other side.
For therein, we shall learn all we had failed, while we were still at school.

Sweet Darling
By Elaine Roy
Darling, I see that you’re trying to hide your tears from me
I see the dew on the grass, were the traces of your tears remain
It's shown in the depths of your eyes; as pools of sorrow and pain
Please, let me help you, cast the darkness from thee.
Let my eyes, enroot the light, so you will see all the beauty of your heart, and what it has given me.
See, with your heart and not your eyes.
Let, your pain flow like a river.
Letting it bring you to the banks of my arms; so you can find peace
Darling, I will hold you in my arms, for as long as you need
For my heart will always be yours.
Where each day, I'm blessed to share life's wiring roads.
For life’s storms, will raise and fall over us. It's there I will keep you safe and warm.
Together we can rejoice, as the rainbows shine over us; whispering, “We are the Pot of Gold that forms in each other’s hearts!"
