Such a joy to watch the DNC this week
Ebullience and elation reaching their peak
When Kamala appeared to the release of balloons
A new dance craze invented ~ ‘The Social Media Swoon’
~ having the time of their lives, running all over the place; kids at play. ~
With the falling dusk the drizzling sky descends,
wavers with the rhythm of the rain drops,
cascading within the soft musical torrent,
channeled through the mystique twilight.
The creeping clump of cloud melts afloat,
seeping the spectrum of the setting sun.
Rain drops sparkle in the slanting splash
on the dripping pane of my window.
The rain of joy beguiles the lost youth
that returns innately inspired
to turn into rows of dancing rills,
I feel roll on the panel of my heart.
I hear my heart sing the rain song,
captivating for a while the melodic youth
that wafts with the shower of ebullience
beyond the arch of rainbow ecstasy.

In the meadow two little girls went out
In joyous mood they began sprinting bout
But not for long, half-way they stopped to run
One of them fetched a pillow for some fun.
She smashed the soft pillow with childish flair
Her friend danced as cotton clumps flew in air
Some clusters settled on green grass below
Forming scene of untimely fall of snow.
The childhood ebullience so much lively
They didn’t ever slip out of memory.

The ineffable love of nature,
Gives a feel of ebullience.
The petrichor that comes from the soothing rain,
Relieves all the pain!
A glimpse at the beautiful rainbow,
The rainbow which is always evanescent
Makes us euphoric.
The itsy-bitsy homes in the cities,
Gives us a limerence of phosphene.
