Milton’s Dork had a brother in Troon
Who had hoped he’d be cuddling soon
With a cute dominatrix
Who hailed from The Matrix
Until she said, “There is no spoon!”

“CPR is only done to dead people,”
or, at least, I was taught that
in an oddly-lit conference room
at a local EMS center.
The instructor would’ve had to have
used me as a real example if the
course took any longer.
I showed all the tell tale signs:
-unresponsive
-no pulse
-no breathing
After a grueling three hours,
and more info than I cared to learn,
or more fake babies stuffed inside cases like laundered money or rented school instruments than I cared to see,
my classmates and I “graduated”
CPR class!
Only one stipulation…
a fee—
I had no idea I’d be charged.
Work would’ve reimbursed me, but
that would’ve been too much of a hassle.
Instead, I sat quietly, amongst the chattering fitness dorks, as our cards were being printed, knowing full well
the pile of cash he swept into his envelope was a little light.

Keeps it's calm, sitting silent
While the busy morning motions,
But still it remains defiant
In the progression of the moments.
The ticking becomes audible ,
While the sun tops the skyline
The vision for the day becomes visible
By three hours past the nine.
The clock ticks the day off,
By the time of the sundown.
Thus the time turns into a bishop
Preaching orders,going round and round.
The clock ticks the loudest,
In the final hours of the night
When the sound of the slightest
Creatures, puts man up with fright.
Thus is the clock-work
Of a clock ticking time,
Reminding always the dorks
To work for at least a dime .

Growing up playing sports
I was raised to compete
Confront face to face
not hide and seek
it’s unsportsmanlike
to slyly sneak
If you haven’t played sport
that word may lack meaning
it teaches you to play fair
not behind backs meanly
Teaches you teamwork, you play with all sorts,
teaches you to lead and learn from faults
it teaches you it's not all about me, and of course
teaches lessons untaught too dorks
Makes you honest, fair and respectful
Makes you up front, letting know, so all equal
makes slander look pathetically deceitful
Those are ways of weak feeble people

Remember when you were little,
Remember your family too,
Whenever there was an argument,
It was mostly a brother and sister fued,
Your parents calling each name in the family,
Until that got yours,
Then you started to laugh,
Thinking they were such dorks,
The day they cradel you,
Because you fell and skinned your knee,
You shed a bunch of tears,
But you know its about me,
The day you grow up,
Thinking your grown as can be,
Having a family of your own,
But still a blessing you could be,
Remember those moments,
Cherish and never forget,
Blood or not blood,
Its family you will never forget....

My ode to shorts---
We look like fat dorks,
When it's not so cold,
Even if we're so old,
Can't hide varicose veins,
Old age doesn't go away,
We know we look dorby,
We're all well past forty,
Summer's so darn hot,
Heat's a bit of a shock,
We know we're fat dorks,
Has anyone really thought,
We'd look good in these shorts?

Enjoying days so cold
Always finding entertainment
When we work together
We watch our happiness fly.
We cherish these days forever
Not forgetting the wonderful time
We never want to let go of the days
When dorks collide.

All of this pain
I suffered with no gain
leaves me crying at night
for what I didn’t do right.
The people I’ll see
there eye’s become daggers to me,
as they find me out
and what im about.
A mixed up child
in this world gone wild
that’ll spit at those who are different,
and who stray from societies current.
Yet I’m the one
that you have shun
that will change the future
and leave you in a blur.
Even though you have shown me only hate,
I'll welcome you through my kingdoms gate
where you’ll never be alone
and your beauty given a chance to be shown.
I’ll give you the chance you never gave me,
a chance to be great for everyone to see.
This is for all the kids that lived their life being the outcast as a child because of
how the lived. They are people too and must be given a chance to be great.
Society rewards those students who excel in main stream events but forget the
ones who aren’t in those groups. For so long dorks, gays, shy people, smart
people, and anyone who was not in the norm have been put down. Forget the
way that you were treated for after your time in hell is served your time in heaven
will be well worth the wait.
