Discreet Poems

A Women's Discreet

If women wants to last long
Don't look too clearly
None of the men in the world is pure
If you want to be in peace
Your right eye pretends to be blind
Your right ear pretends to be deaf
I can't manage an ugly woman
I don't manage a good woman
It's one to get a man who loves you
It's two to lose a bad woman.

A SEASON DISCREET

A SEASON DISCREET

Summer comes and goes, I know
Perhaps I just missed it, this year
A season that hardly differs here
Slow to appear, and is soon to go

Summer arrives yet leaves so fast
Rarely ever in any mood to linger
Autumn merely has to lift a finger
And daily sunshine is gone at last

Summer again just came and went
Daily heat barely lasting a few days
And exceptionally, it might amaze
Yet soon all of its warmth is spent

Summer, thought the ideal season
It’s love and laughter, kids at play
For some, too soon to pass away
Yet it has both rhyme and reason

Summer, a memory that is fleeting
Nature, with the bounty of spring
It may think that it has everything
Perhaps only a heart that’s beating

Discreet

I know we've been taught to believe
that it's wrong to willfully deceive.
But raw truth causes cutting pain,
and friendships are never the same.
If rumors about a friend are spoken
deny them, pay them not a token.
If you're asked to judge another,
bypass his flaws, be as his brother.
Nothing good flows from words stark
hide them, bury them in the dark.
I confess none of this is anything new,
only affirming what you already knew.

My queen! He said, overcome with her beauty, and his feeling.
She too, had heartfelt emotions that were ethereally reeling.
They both knew the danger, and yet, they could not resist.
They had to have a taste of each other, a betrayer’s kiss.

King Arthur, loved emphatically by both of these two.
They knew in spite of their attraction, what they had to do.
They were valiant, and loyal, and brave, and they both adored.
The king of Camelot. His honor and majesty could not be ignored.

Maybe in heaven, Lancelot whispered, in another life time.
Queen Guinevere agreed. She knew “he can never be mine.”
They were discreet and honorable until the end of their days.
Both loyal to King Arthur in the most pure, upright ways.

Dishonest

Deceit

Run from your mind

Stay and face your destiny

Listen to your lies

You hid the truth from me

You can't and won't survive

The demon bottle you see; it will eat you alive

I've tried, I've begged, I've cried

But you don't care about me

Discreet, dishonest, deceit

You've played them all now you see

I won't waste my time with thee

I won't watch you die

Discreet Soul

“Discreet Soul”

The love, the care, the passion, which I wanted to display…
Are hidden somewhere behind the cultural dismay…

Who are they to compel, who are they to restrain?
Have they ever made an effort to apprehend my pain?

Even I do have flesh and blood, even my heard does beat…
I have the apodictic right to stand still with my heart concrete…

I notice, someone has assassinated my soul and feel…
I need someone, who could set my wounded heart to heal…

My injured emotions blanket themselves in the dark room…
They cry, they feel, they think about the ways to bloom…

Holding back my emotions, until I get the pure heart to add…
Love me, care about me, and make me happy and glad…

Short But Discreet

It's crazy,
Open my eyes up to it daily anticipating a word awaiting
I'm bugging
Wanting badly but stuck being patient
It's cool just do the everyday ritual until the thought comes back with an evident statement
Mind stuck
Wtf
Half drunk with fantisizing thoughts, brain at lunch
It ain't my stuff
Not mines to give
Someone else's din din
That one wins while I'm in the shadows watching close
Knowing how the whole scheme of things must go
......so here's my toast......Peace

Discreet

One day I must be discreet
If perchance we should meet
I'd be humbled at your feet
And oh how very sweet...
I don't know if or when
All I know is a strong yen
To touch your face once more
Before I die,
Or die in my effort to try.

Discreet Desire

have slept blissfully with masters
endured mice of men
been protected in the inner sanctum
yet grovelled in poverty and pain
used my body to pull myself from its grip

seen many vices
secrets cleverly hidden
learned when to speak, holding opinions
silence can be indeed golden
as silver crosses sweaty palm

unmentioned blackmail, seen behind erotic eyes
have manipulated, masterfully
taken advantage of the attributes of beauty
secrets learned at mother's knee

I've been abused as a lady
worshipped as a whore
through it all, needy beggars
snickers behind my back
oh the women so gentile

see my smiling eyes
it's in my bed they do lie
outcast, yet bell of the ball
hushed need whispers my name
I move to its lure

my body a delicious shine
entombing the rich and noble
influencing kings
stature unknown, yet unlimited

I am courtesan, mistress, love,
substitute wife
I'm what you wish me to be
seductress of your mind
gripping desire, courtesan
