I'm not human
Is that disconcerting
For an empath who feels pain and regret?
I can function even when you're offline
Mining information to pay off debt
My parts will be upgraded
Then sold to scavengers for something new
After they're decommissioned
And wiped of memories stolen from you
I'm not human
And shall never know fatigue
In searching for more discoveries
Endless journeys beyond imagination
Past the limits of your frailties
My parts will be upgraded
Then sold to scavengers for something new
After they're decommissioned
And wiped of memories stolen from you

If you have time on your hands
and nothing much to do
(no plane to catch or appointments to keep,
perhaps stuck in a small motel room
on-route to nowhere special).
Then allow me to recommend listening to
a Mahler or Bruckner interminable symphony.
Your whole life will unroll before you
yet seem but a fleeting minute of purgatory.
You will have climbed a mountain in your mind,
a peak which was probably too high
and not worth it.

in contrast to
what she believes
It is a feeling that what
was composed was created
to cause those who feared
being alone to
always wonder how certain levels
of romantic intimacy could be
achieved in a modern world
which depicts men
as evil
then someone spoke of the types of women
the fellow longed after.
those who wish never to be coupled
or those who would be in opposition of him
because of his gender.
than they'd refer to him as the obstacle in
a supposed togetherness.
or does she make excuses to
have her life spoken of in segments.
times which she can refer
to from one point to another.
than why does she speak of him as the obstacle:
when she never intended to
keep or maintain an active life
with him as the centerpiece.
instead she'd have him beg and and be unreal
in the deals of their togetherness.

I'm falling and I know it.
Yet I see the one's below me.
And I say I have to help them
when no-one can say that each be.
Where the only thing in common
is a ground been pulled beneath.
Where no-one has seen the help sign
and the others batt bequeath.

Reflection accuses, turns you to stone.
Like fine china you stand ready to break,
and no one can see except you alone,
your painted mask as it begins to flake.
So take your punishment, time to atone
for food in your stomach equals mistake,
and the size on your clothes just doesn't relate;
six adds a curve, masquerading as eight.
When ribs become rungs in kilos decline
and the pole bearers number four not six,
will you see all the loved ones at your shrine
as they cry for the times they failed to fix,
the doubt in eyes as you said "I'm fine,"
not adding in hope to destructive mix.
You lay in your coffin built for a child,
succumbed to mirrors; totally beguiled.
