My passion is songwriting. Specifically, I enjoy creating melodies, coming up with hooks and singing until the neighbors complain. Writing lyrics on the other hand is often times slow, painful and overwhelming. Sure, I could just sing some gibberish or throw some clever words together, but coming up with something meaningful - something with imagery that has layers and tells a story... Well, as you know, that's a-whole-nother level. Fortunately, I'm up for the challenge. That's why I'm here - to discover and learn from talented wordsmiths who know how to turn a phrase. I'm also interested in putting others' poetry to music (just for fun - not for money). I work in many different genres. So, please don't be shy. Life is short. Let's make some noise!
