Defibrillator Poems | Examples

Read That Twice

In vast realm between both false realities
efforts of a strained bowel movement collapse
like the arithmetic dreams of abacus beads.
Arthritic persistence contemplates procrastination
while stillborn attempts at cleverness
seem to flicker as defibrillator paddles exchange electrons.
You can’t revive what wasn’t alive.

With trepidation the dentist I called
Gripped by agony a terrible ache
He took one look absolutely appalled
I was in blue funk and started to shake.

Blue latex gloves he snapped on with relish
My thoughts at that moment “I cannot win”
Fearful and ridged felt sure I would perish
Many decayed teeth, clearly 'tis a sin!

Big Lecture on benefits of flossing
While he polishes a bright smile for me
Toothpaste now swirling my mouth is frothing
He's pleased with results I don't disagree.

Perfect fillings and extraction later
I survived, thanks to defibrillator.

Premium MemberHooptie Dooing

Hello sweetie, I brought you some flowers
I'm the clown you lovingly call hubby
I know how it makes you all gushy and stuff
When we cuddle up all lovey dovey

It usually leads to some playful smooching
When we caress and I nibble your toes
Have I ever told you how much that excites me
Feelings of passion start to flow

Hope my panting and fussing isn't heard
By the old couple living next door
If they get too excited, they'll probably need
A defibrillator, their heart to restore

But let's get back to me and you sweetie
Smooching and hoochy cooing
It sure turns my crank, puts a tiger in my tank
Absolutely love all this hooptie dooing!

My heart goes zoom
When you enter the room

Now feeling kinda weak
My heart skipping beats
The future is suddenly bleak

Now feeling short of breath
Random thoughts of--DEATH !
Which casket will honey select

Sorry I gotta go, see ya later

Chivalry is not dead...

Chivalry is not dead...just in a coma, on life support,
waiting for a woman to come along with the defibrillator!

Defibrillator, I have to set..
Cardiac monitor, I need to attached..
Intravenous lines, workingly patent..
Emergency drugs, positioned on standby...

His color turning to pale then bluish..
His breathing starts to become shallow..
His limbs become to loose and cold..
His pulse thready and weak..

On high alert!
On high alert!
Is it the end of his life?
Or is already the beginning of his death?

I'M Not Done Yet, Doc

Here it comes from above, Doc
Not your defibrillator could shock
Your brains are no match from my luck
the key I wear ensures life doesn't suck
so even if you could rip out my heart
after my operation I still will fart
and if you survive that, than congrats
but I will tell what you won't get over my next attack...
