The Fairy Of Vale

In the coy and sudden waning hour
I saw your portrait blooming more than a flower
Soft encircling petals of daffodils
And your essence thrives along the wavy hills

Dazzled lycaenids are mistook by your grace
And swirled your smile across the cerulean space
By the litherly withering cumulus clouds
Your blush is merely been shrouds

You are rather not born with a fairest cutis
Rather the fair born from your breezeful beauties
The endless lushing meadow that it surrounds
And so your dazzling colors it bounds

Your eyes nearly winked in an hour of even and odd
Where your lips nearly whispered awakening the fairy god
The soughing gust of wind slices your silken hair
As though the daffodils swaying upto the air

The distant people waits you to rise about the shore
To melt away the shivering and the frore
You broke the dawn in earliest spring
As though the guitar struming it's string

Fare-Thee-Well To Racism

FARE-THEE-WELL TO RACISM:

I was really discredited in my own state,
However my lips don't annihilates.
Merely I lost my sentiment,
When I was treated with contempt.
Maybe you don't really understand this.
But anytime you also receive a diss,
You retaliate based on your feelings,
And you see it to be your healing.
Yet,what's wrong when my eyes speaks,
After you've made my heart bleed?

Is it wrong for me respecting you,
As an imperfect fellow human,
Or should I treat you like a pretty fool,
For you to say I'm very inhumane?
Frankly,unity is the beautiful clue,
That my heart beat for...as a truelove,
Only to make the world a fine place,
For us to have one big divine faith.
A divine faith to eradicate hatred,
The hatred that turns us into aliens.

Aliens that love and promote racism.
Which breeds wars and favoritism,
Through competitions and religions,
That lacks values and core reasons.
Is it wrong for my cutis being black,
And yours being white?
If No,why are we shedding blood,
In this unnecessary multiracial fight?
Please the world needs to stand as one,
To achieve the peace that we aspire.

‘babes you need UV protection’

from top to tail and midsection

‘I’m African don’t be daft’

quite insulted she laughed

a masterpiece of self deception

but the tan worshipper in Cape Town

decided her skin must get more brown

took a book to sun

but it was ’Shantaram’

now she got blisters and a burnt frown

the sequel is called ‘Mountain Shadow’

900 pages to become quite aglow

thought she reflected her lesson

from scripted obsession

and consumed part two in the snow

she became frosted in flakes and purblind

‘babes some advice if you don’t mind’

the book has dangerous thickness

and then there is altitude sickness

Mount Kilimanjaro can be unkind

now she reads reclined in the boudoir

fact fiction fantasy and mysterious lore

Hawaiian tropic neath pajamas on cutis

sun shades and bedsores on gluteus

and wonders what else reading has in store

should she try with fins snorkel and mask

but corals sting and sharks have a blast

a most unappealing notion

why not apply sun lotion

and make misconception a thing of the past

14th June 2020

a true story and part of the family legend

Shiver the Night

how does the night
seduce me
in his ebony suspension
over and over

how could a child of ivory,
crave serenity
in total darkness

I watch my skin
marshal geese,
a shiver whispers
up my spine

I burnt the cello
rasping strings
till their dark dance,
encouraged a stars birth
and the sky glimmered life

I dismembered a violin
on platinum dunes of dust,
eclipsing the face of Venus
that never failed to turn,
now braided in glass

I am,
the beating drum
that serenades twilight,
the flute that trembles
birds to flight,
lifting the saffron veil,
between this day
the next

I live with this knowing,
I will never be free
cutis anserina move me,
over and under
she rises up
to whisper her secrets

dawn is coming,
as maypoles of ribbon-ed light
play the sunrise melody,
archangels gather

glancing over his
shoulder, teasing to
cavort with lovers
the world over

Don Giovanni
(night)
in his ebony robes
consumes me,
I am torn,
into darkness

as fibrils of light
a breath out of reach
