As embers burn warmly at our campsite,
fireflies propel, floating like citrus in flight.
Crickets chirp in shadows of nature's delight,
composing sounds against a backdrop of quiet.
Spellbound by the magic of tender twilight,
violet and clementine tints bless our eyesight.
As indigo hues dissolve into midnight,
stars slowly appear like sparkling crystallite.
Silver pearls glowing from an elusive height,
in synergy with lustrous rays of moonlight.
Lost in natural wonders, passions ignite,
lovers embrace, whilst poets begin to write.
Marigold orb ascends to summon daylight,
sapphire skies surface with fluffy puffs of white.
Morning melodies birds begin to recite,
the heart hopes such beauty can be infinite.

"Fly me to the moon and let me play among
the stars (and butterflies,) fill my heart with
song and let me sing forevermore . . . "
Based on lyrics by- Frank Sinatra
In the middle of the night,
among stars of veiled crystallite;
I float in a dream of airy delight.
Oh, the shades of dark hued night,
lit by the peaceful moonlight;
where butterflies dance !
When the butterflies dance,
the stars begin to flicker and prance;
it happens all by happenstance.
Oh, the purple and blue butters' dance,
as I listen in a lovely trance;
to moon's song !
To the moon's song,
where butterflies kiss stars all night long;
gathering in whirling throngs.
Oh, listen, listen to the moon's night song,
floating and drifting I tagalong;
singing moon's song !

I walked, I was a wanderer
I walked on the nipple thorns of world mildly
my walking couldn't make a stoppage
East, west, north, south had many more than my thinking
the Emptiness of stamina couldn't make a room for me
but when I reached to the sovereignty of poems then I found my stoppage
there were -
boundless magnanimity of sky,
crystallite of moonlit,
the blazing and dazzling shine of Sun-ray,
bottomless depth of the pacific ocean,
the vast mystery of solar system,
inexhaustible love of lover and beloved,
vivacious breath and rhythm of nature,
praiseworthy note for unseen almighty,
rational lines of plaintiff and disputatious
in the kingdom of poems.
O' dear, darling poem-
Please hug me, kiss me and love me
O' Hug of poems, please kiss my love
O' Kiss of poems, please love my hug
O' Love of poems, please hug my kiss
You are my ever best stoppage

WE SIT and watch our amber tigers
beautifully silent now, their stripes gone, however
they lie by the bedside in their fleeting splendour
with the serenity of heaven’s blue
a reminder of heartbreak on a wedding day
an image of awakening
I think that they’re dying.
WE REFUSED an invitation to a banquet
in a tortoise shell and performance of a terminal dancer
and rather stayed in our kingdom of dust
our souls of smoke and honeydew rust
we keep singing the quivering minstrel songs
my mind a wharf boat of crystallite sorrow
yours a dreggy wine of oriental ruby.
WE, THE CYNICS of highest magnitude
thirsty dogs by the desert fountain
you’re the aquaphobic mermaid, ironically
I’m your prismatic platypus in love
an albino condemned to walk the snowy lands
edgeless and sweet in their vanilla flavor
but some days it feels so strange.
WE CAME here alone and will go alone
and most likely fall into oblivion
together like mythical corsair galleys
sailing by the craggy forelands
we’ll hold our cold hands and we’ll hope and hope
to hear that familiar wild wild roar
and catch a glimpse of our majestic beasts.
