Consecrates Poems

The Mile Long Tree

Kill off the Mile Long Tree
For anyone who cares only cares about everyone
Revelation in mind, we don't feel the same
You should sort through your thick skull, my friend.
Each twig, a secret forever held
Each leaf, a statement never expelled.
My dear dreamcatcher, though my dearest is radical,
You're being ripped out by your roots, big buddy.
You're calling for unhelpful help.

So "Relational Warming" makes headline news
It consecrates our separate views.
They must've gathered some leaves,
And ever too many twigs.
You'll just grow another tree or two
To make up for the 'loss'
You'll just grow some extra foliage,
Replace the grass with moss
You'll just keep on making excuses
And dwell on your own exhaust.
But you're playing vampire in this romance, my darling.
To blame, you have only yourself.
You're dancing a dangerous dance, my dear
You're calling for unhelpful help.

Premium MemberPRAISE BE TO GOD WHOM WE CAN BESEECH

May 23 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Nehemiah 1-3

Key Verse – Nehemiah 1:5 And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments.

PRAISE BE TO GOD WHOM WE CAN BESEECH

Praise be to God Whom we can beseech for His:
Presence and power that prevail by His providence
Pardon with His peace along His provisions
Performance over our prosperity
Promises toward our prayers
Protection in our progress

Nehemiah 2:8 Praise be to the Lord for His good hand that:
Creates is us good works
Consecrates us in His gracious will
Carries us toward His governing ways
Commands us according to His grand Word
Changes us to be His converts by His great worth

Nehemiah 3:5 Praise be to the Saviour for inviting us
to have a part in the work of the Lord by His:
Love and redemption
Leadership against rebellion
Liberty for replenishment along renewal
Lessons on rededication as well as recommitment
Light with life’s laws for ready restoration and revival. Amen!

Premium MemberEmptyness In Harmony

He listens to fountains of desiccated tears in the desert of his mind

Tastes echoes of vacant sounds from the soul of dissonant void

Disintegrated unison reaches out to his blind visons' flashing blisters

He smells feelings of decay pumping in heart failure’s congestion

The hallowed devil dances in Valhalla and consecrates cacophony

Until the clock strikes midnight in the no man’s land of no return

Blinded by detection deafened in awareness he retreats into his shell

Returns to the safety of shibboleth’s indecisive loneliness

With what remains of distant passion he gathers cinder’s fragments

Strikes a match from heaven and listens to the wood worms crackling

The ‘bonne’ fire raises his spirits in a fluent synthesis of emulated immolation

Finally he throws caution to the flames and feels the heat again

Bird chatter echoes mutual greetings
psalms praising morning light
promising enrapturing return
before light fades to dusk this night.

Birds echo wild canopy cathedrals
in trees of life majestic chatter,
underflight of bees and insect buzz
growing conjoined climax
before evening’s quiet sung massive eulogy
consecrates this flying day’s compline,
graceful deep dark dream delight.

Liturgy of Earth flight song
echoes shattering sanctifying light,
entering as exiting each shared dark
mythic mourning park
deep listening embark
into right rest
free flight sanctuary night.

The Star

The Star sharpened, quietly bright,
as shadows darkened into night,
a point of shining light that guides
three kings to where the child abides.

They visited, arrayed with treasure,
gold and incense for his pleasure;
strange tokens for a life of trial
exemplifying self-denial.

A man alone, a man apart,
with hardly time to steel his heart;
a man who set the highest goal
to make the unrepentant whole.

He took Mary for his lover,
she was caring, and sought cover
to conceal his dissolution,
a passion pure, no need of absolution.

The Star that consecrates His birth
no longer smiles upon the earth;
He wept for us upon the cross
and we must now accept our loss.

Blood of Birth

The secret she holds imperatively,
Locked inside cracked and bleeding lips.
Around her neck lies the skeleton key,
Awaiting the woman's seeking fingertips.
A Pandora 's box filled with sin,
Rests within her still beating heart.
Only a sentence is contained within,
'The world as we know to be torn apart.'
Animal rises by the bell's hollowed toll,
Dusk of desire to engulf and originate.
Restlessness becomes lack of control,
Energy merges and to the night she consecrates.
A cry, a sorrow; all of her distanced soul,
She builds her walls with stone and earth.
When broken, anger unable to be consoled,
Tormented by the blood of her birth.
