Climb aboard the roller coaster of life
you've now come into glorious being
settled into the maternal seat.
A slow developmental climb
to the pinnacle-into the light
thank God
somebody honored your right... to live.

Up and down through life you go
atop sunlit hills
and tunnels of pure indigo...
somewhere along the hazy ride
somebody fashioned blazing wings to time.

The laughter and screams
come in waves
as do victories and defeats
a few horrors -a thousand thrills
catch a whiff of devil's breath and daffodil.
Through gilded times the pyrite smiles
you've pinched and you've given
from the conglomerate stone called life.

Before you've time to soak it all in
you come round the final bend.
Everything slows- the ride is over
into the grate, both flesh and bone.
The soul swept into a womb of golden light
greeted by loves who passed before your time...
welcome home-you've finally arrived.

Stick figures
In shadows running dominoes
Savoring the synopsis
of the multitudes clamoring
Against the forces stripped of gratitude
 Hearing the voices of death choirs singing loudly
Silent bogus is the boogie dancing in the streets dire

Premium Member Conglomerate Heart

The Heart is like a snowflake, no two are alike.
Beating so very cold at times
as to freeze an angel's wings
in goblets of devilish wine.

The Heart is like a monkey.
Swinging from vine to indigo vine.
Leaving a smile or a scratch
on the eaves of a hopeful face.

The Heart is like a firefly or star.
Breathing life into sable skies.
Pulsing a lover's lavender soul
with a lute made of fading scars.

The Heart is like a raft made for one-sometimes two.
Like birdsongs sewn from frosted glass.
A beauty to be remembered but never one to last.

The Heart is like a garden or maze.
Casting a million gossamer rainbows.
Always leaving melancholy memory.
While honoring the spirit of the rain.

The Heart is an orphan made of silk.
The charred soul of a runaway king...
A whispering zero-echoing.
off the granite walls of infinity.
The heart is everything's -everything.

A Lullaby Conglomerate

She said she’d always be there;
Stay through thick and thin;
But she walked away without me;
And our love it’s on and off again.

Damned right I got the blues;
Right down from my head to my toes.
And I tell you people bad luck is always with me;
It always comes but never goes.

My only son he doesn’t know me;
And I doubt he even cares.
And when staring back at me
Its empty eyes that stare

And damned right I got the blues;
I see nothing but smoke coming back again;
And my baby’s back for another round
And I’m afraid she’ll win again

Feral Conglomerate

The love i never knew
But always wanted
For so long i hunted
And once it was clear in view
It wasn't worth the bullet

It wasn't who's desire, what it was
Setting seas a-fire, butt because
The beauty was little more than makeup deep
The mascara and fake smile were cheap
The waves crashing down left a trail black and brown
But your unsinking smile saved your skin
To let you burn the seas again

It wasn't the perfection, or the pure
Nor solely the inflection of allure
Or the allusion of a life gone by
Not acknowledging the tear in my eye
That's falling for my youth
Let down by the truth

The love i always knew
But never wanted
Til i was out of view
Came back to be confronted
It wasn't the right place
It wasn't the right time
It never was

Conglomerate

Every feeling
Every scream
I hate you
I love you
This feeling that I need you
Need the feeling
Need the screams
Need to hate
Need to love
I have no restraint
Boundless feeling
With each scream
Fueled by hate
Began in love

Every plea
Every question
I see you
I breathe you
A plea to those who heed you
Hear the pleas
Hear the questions
Know I see you
Feel me breathe you
A world apart
I didn't know

I want to feel
I want to scream
I want to hate
I want to love

It's choking me

I try to plea
I try to question
I cannot see
I cannot breathe

My lips are glued together
I guess I'll never find it now
