whispers of the wind catch my clairaudient talents
they turn and listen hard,
expecting to get direction
the moon is bright tonight; he captures my attention
spirit guides need to slow it down a bit,
their whispers sound like bird speak
the message was fleeting, gone now,
I imagine my dreams will give me the answers
see a flicker of light in the shadows; feel watched,
gently guarded and loved.

who is to say who is the more psychic
the one who is clairaudient and hears ghosts
or the one who is clairvoyant and sees them?
they are not hidden in shadows like others think
those of us who retained our childhood seeing know this
my girlfriend spies them in blips and slivers at corner of her eyes
I hear their whispers; they love alerting me
it’s not scary, but it is humbling
I feel having this quality is a gift not to be taken lightly
I often phone a person I barely know
at the spirit’s request to pass on a message
I am trembling and shaky when I do this
weird, since the gift is usually joyfully received.

her aged hands smoothed the velveteen cloth
a floatie travelled across the upper corner of her right eye
was spirit here already?
She peered into her crystal ball, quieting herself
messages floated into her mind
she knew her client would be connected with ancestors
if he was not clairvoyant, he would be clairaudient or clairsentient
the seasoned soothsayer picked up her tarot deck
she began laying the cards down in a precise order
she flipped the cards and read the message
pick up the runes too, a voice said
being clairaudient, clairsentient and clairvoyant,
of course she followed spirit’s directions

Clairaudient Claire clambered to cling to her cliquish closeted clan
Clutching cloistered clues, clarifying a clumsily closed clergyman.

Herculean was a maestro in the kitchen
We knew his secret, for we were clairaudient
Others had no idea how much help he had
Chefs from around the world whispered their secrets
He collected their wizened information quickly,
Deciphering their unique cooking techniques
For he was also a gifted intuitive clairvoyant.
Sometimes they shared their ideas in his dreams.
His restaurant was famous in a large part of the world.
His parents were totally amazed, for he had never cooked for them.
They did not know he had any abilities in this department.
Neither were clairaudient or clairvoyant.

Hesketh approached this adventure with full throttle enthusiasm.
She had never captured a star, but was confident she would be victorious.
Being the seventh daughter of a seventh daughter of a star counter
A clear vision of her deed had risen from the inside of her cauldron.
Her visions were usually smoky, this one was as clear as a TV screen.
Without a vulnerable star, her powers were half-mast at best.
She was clairaudient, a captured star would give her clairvoyance.
Whispers of what life could be with this power assured her queendom.
At the present time her sister was to be ruler of Amsterdam City.
Hesketh was fully ready to combat black holes and dodge meteorites.
She had her claw devices ready to grip the star and pull it back to earth.
She would have to be fast, for sorcery had given her a warning.
Others were after this star. It was up for grabs so to speak.
Six or seven psychics had seen that it was wobbly and vulnerable.
crew was sworn to secrecy, as they exited this galaxy to enter the next.
Hesketh’s heart thumped wildly as she headed toward her destination.

A translucent bluish-white mineral with a mysterious sheen
I hear them rustling behind heaven's plisse,
fabric seersucker curtains, opaque but unlaced
One breath and suddenly
I'm a teleported being
letting go of all faculties and senses;
A prayer on the lips searching for everlasting hope.
These precious substances of color and charm
both calm and confident, ignite the soul
and usher it to peace, love, and harmony.
Filled with Goddess energy
exuding warm tones of luminescent, ephemeral light
the hand receives what the eyes have encased
lost inside clairaudient auditory movements
Moonstone Melodies;
Yokiko reveries fill me like no other
listen to the sound they make
Angels dressed in crinoline gowns,
swooshing and spreading light
everywhere...
Lost in their chime like sound of tinkling glass
they are un-comparable,
A thousand stars of heaven could never compare
to these moonstone gems,
who seem to claim the heart bit by bit
and then, all at once.

I wake up with half a sentence prancing around in my dream state.
Snatch this phrase up and run for the bathroom.
By the time I finish, the words are gone.
Dissipated as quickly as they had appeared.
I am unconcerned. My muse is clairaudient.
She hears poems from a plethora of dimensions.
I take my cues from her, for she is splendiferously industrious.
Throwing poetry for me to catch all day long,
and sometimes at night in my dreams.

The antiquated train tunnel had not been working for years.
Paranormal researchers asked about it, but we did not encourage them.
No one I knew had seen anything strange or weird there.
I have clairaudient tendencies, and I had not heard anything.
But they insisted on trying go conjure up something.
I was amazed when I saw their completed documentary.
Because in the recesses of the tunnel there were four men
Wearing derbies, in dress coats, who came out of that tunnel.
Weirdly enough, no one else saw them including the investigators.
They are right there! I said, pointing them out to my husband.
He said, “of course they are dear.”
There is a disadvantage some days of being para-sensitive.

up the steps into the oak he slithered
like a snake, but not gnarly, old or withered
it’s our friend Lee, I whispered to my sis.
he’s as slippery as a snake with a soft hiss.
you are beyond pathetic, my sis said to me.
there is nothing magical or mystical about that tree.
I did not see anyone enter or leave.
She is ruled by her head, I guess she did not see.
Being clairaudient and clairvoyant too,
I saw what I saw in those woods, and it was a hue
a ghostly apparition that walked into that oak tree.
I know it was my freshly deceased friend, Lee.

Nicorates warned me about you
not so much with words
more in dubiety,
a clairaudient hesitation
imagine an experienced woodworm
widely travelled and well read
making peace with a cluttered desk top
within which it now dwells
keeping it right, advised
that's kind of it, really
suffice to say, Nicorates is rarely wrong

silhouette of winding gnarly trees, a scary sight
outline that bodes familiarity on Halloween night
the frightening path enticing me, stirring my blood.
my pounding heart is a thud, I feel like a faker, a dud.
I always brag that I am afraid of nothing, right?
but here I am, facing this demented terrifying sight.
the clairaudient part of me can hear ghouls and a grim.
I turn and run from the vampires and dragons I feel within.
being an empath can have its own problems, I know.
I could even picture rat snakes way down below.
this path which appeared on Halloween night
does not feel right, does not feel right.
some other children disappeared that night in sixty-two.
I have a feeling they took that path, wouldn’t you?
whisked away to some kind of hell if you ask me.
my psychic eye kept me safe, I was alive in sixty-three.

Cosmos answers in crystal her fey aunt said
She did not understand fully, but knew one thing
When she had a question, asked the ball her aunt had left her
The answer was there instantly, and it was sound and good.
It is not the crystal ball, her parents argued.
For they were not empaths or clairaudient like her.
But she heard her aunt whispering ideas into her ear.
They helped her be successful in love and life.

furiously frolicking fey do not visit everyone
some empaths hear their giggles
others sense their lively antics
few humans see them
the ones I know bring a fragrance with them
I am clairsentient
aware more than others
clairaudient too; I hear their giggles
I cannot fathom life without them
some of the nonbelievers would not believe me
but they are here, in the forms of elves, faeries, and brownies
gnomes, dragonflies and damselflies are their distant cousins
sometimes they surround me
landing on my shoulder
showing themselves also in golden orbs
I am blessed, but keep it to myself
being a clairvoyant is not for everyone
maybe it does not run in some families
but it runs in mine, and I smile at the fey
as they hide themselves from the nonbelievers

The only unique thing about us is that we are all one-of-a-kind unique.
We have diverse experiences, even brothers and sisters, even twins.
My twin has me, and I have her, and there is an enormous difference.
I have clairaudient tendencies, she does not, so that might be unique.
She is a sender, I receive. Not only from her, but from other people.
I ask for guidance daily, and God shows me pictures of children.
These children are the ones I try to see that day. It is usually important
Unique or not, it makes my job easier, for it is proactive.
