A mouse with a hat?
Think of that.
Is it really so extraordinary
on this wild and lonely prairie?
I've seen little dogs that fly
as I scratch my head to wonder why
you left me with this zoo,
with this animal's who's who,
and a cold wind blowing brisky,
whilst I drink my moonshine whiskey.

In leaden blue it musters force.
Then comes electric blink,
then roll of drums reflects from hills.
Our spirits start to sink.
Aloft the cauldron stirs its curse,
a potion for attack.
It starts to tease with brisky breeze
then rips in with a smack.
Now we are in a battlefield
and each strafe makes us rail.
Bullets of icy rain shoot in,
then sideways pelt of hail.
The leaden blue now loses force.
But its anger not spent,
for it will muster once again.
Winter won't yet relent.

I fill my head
With
Heavenly
Daydreams
Warmth
In this
Cold berth
Don't
Wanna
Wake up
The giggle
Of a lil elf
Sounds of
Silver bells
Tickling my ear
Bathing in
The toasty
Cozy
Of the fireplace
Dancing flames
Stay with me
Don't leave
Mellow
Chocolatey goodness
In
The middle of a
Brisky
Crystalline
Winter wonderland
Sipping the gorgeous
Decadence
Gazing into
A
Ravishing
Space
Not filled with
Blankness
A beautiful
Blankness
With you
In it

After the first rain, clear , pungent and sweet
In the crisp morning air I walk down my street
I walk through aromas of ground coffee beans
I walk through the scent of rising sour yeast ,
and oven-baked bread 's fresh wafting release.
I stroll down the lane into blue orchid fields
midst birdsongs ,old cedars ,and shrubbery trees
In solitude I sit , arms wrapped around my knees
Your lap not my companion, just me and the breeze
The brisky breeze blows softly like your warm breath in my hair
Taking me to moments , moments you were here.
Those undisturbed moments , when our hands lightly brushed
Where whispers became still to our parting lips 'slight touch
Taking me to moments where in our thoughts We've known
The three words weren't uttered, but our hearts have been shown..

The bakers brekky, was quite the tasty meal.
Eggs, crumpets, and tea plus butter was ideal.
Porridge when it’s brisky,
Cider quaffed so frisky,
Likes his crumpet crispy; brekky glut with zeal.
(And his gut he surely feeled.)

A daisy looses a pedal
Fall has now run deep
The ground gets cold and hard
She droops and begins to weep
Knowing the end is almost here
She edges toward the ground
With a slight and sudden shiver
In snow she soon will drownd
Mourning comes the sun arrives
Its a clear yet brisky day
She slowly rises up again
Nearby some children play
Before another pedal falls
A little girl walks by
Pulls the daisy from the ground
Then says" you will not die "
She takes it home gets a vase
Where she puts it in some water
Then Sets it in the sunlight
Just like her mother taught her
After about a week or so
A pedal falls to the floor
She lays her daisy in a book
Of memories she'll store
The daisy may have died that day
But that was not her end
She's in a book of memories
Kept by her little friend!
