Premium MemberMy souls on display

My souls on display, judgment comes after Held by melodies and dissonant chapters Do you like dark romance? 'Cause I bring disaster Do you see greed? Is it my scene? Or the need to be seen through it? Believe me, I wish I could believe this fate befalls us all I hope that peace is sewn within my fall So I might find the wings to fly taller And if I can beg you for one last thing, that gives chase for us to be held tight If we're lost beyond the edge of light Know you were my trail of stars in sight To not find in fear that I've let its voice become our night

Companionship or romance, what's the difference?

Is it through death that we depart?
But even friends share that remark.
Is it dinner with a view?
But with friends I'd still pursue.

Is it the coffee shop or show?
But with friends I often go.
Is it through language that we flow?
But my partners have no difference.

What's the difference?

Could it only be emotion?
That alone is not enough.
Then maybe too, devotion?
Could it really be this tough?

With friends there is adherence.
Then maybe it's appearance?
But that's not an interference.
Then maybe there's no difference,

What's the difference?

Premium MemberThe Definition of a Provider

You listen to all my babbling and triggering
Your friendship knows no belittling or conjecturing
You're just simply that special irreplaceable something
My love for you comes with total understanding
I am a warrior by your side waiting for commanding
Your secrets will be buried with me into this earth
This is my solemn promise to you and your worth
You never asked for devotion in our interaction
I never expected your Muse to be an attraction

Premium MemberThe Heart, Soul, Memories

Whose my memories is that? I guess I know.
Its owner is quite joyful, though.
Full of joy similar to a vivid rainbow,
I watch her laugh. I cry hello.

She gives her my memories a shake,
And laughs until her bellyaches.
The only other sounds the break,
Of distant waves and birds awake.

My memories are soul, mind, and deep.
But after a meal and even a lot of sleep.
She's going to hold the steep.
Sweet dreams hit her cheap.

She rises from her cozy bed.
She loves her jam with plenty of baked bread.
And kitten thoughts in her head.
Set off for the coming day ahead

Premium MemberA Deep Freeze

A tangled web
       woven tightly.
            They were
                 the best of friends;

                      two peas in a pod.
                        Jim and Pete's
                          friendship
                        comes undone

                      over
                   a woman.
                The woman?
             Jim's former main squeeze.

         A love triangle leads
     to...
icy amity.
