There is a theme of graciousness
in your bearing that freely flows.
Your heart exudes true thoughtfulness.
There is a theme of graciousness
that imparts from your consciousness.
The more used, the greater it grows.
There is a theme of graciousness
in your bearing that freely flows.
Sitting here beneath the partial moon,
is it time to set out, or is it too soon,
Should I fan the fires of my contemplative coal,
as I ponder the thoughts of my soul.
Watching the stars race, in endless mystery,
Viewing the playback of my history.
How I miss her companionship, her time, her love,
Yet she’s return to the father up above.
What do I do with the rest of my life,
When there is a hole that was filled by my wife.
Love lost love gained through the racing of my brain,
you think too much some might say; “No” I shout as my refrain.
Thoughtfulness and prayer will guide my pace,
for this life, it is not a race.
In the silence
A shadow moves
Across the sun
Colors turn to grey
As I watch
It move away
A thin line
Decides to move
Across the belly
Of a green fly
As the sun breaks free
Of the clouds hold
A force of color
Is thrown
Onto everything
Where could I ever be
But here
To see such a thing
And never feel
the need
to turn
Another page
Of any book
It's going to be a good day.
The future looking glad.
With people smiling I'm alright
to humor holding clad.
That sunshine's showing me the way
it's holding me with haze.
And comfort's calling me to come
in moment filled with daze.
That everything I go to do
will cheer me up today.
And lead me to the ones who work
for bonding to with pay.
That knowing there's another day
that simply can't exhist.
without the others thoughtfulness
that without shan't persist.
I see you beyond
your humanness,
your one of a kind-ness.
When you recite your work, it
pricks the ears of nightingales,
they stand still and listen,
their heads tilt to one side,
they are captivated by the rich tone of your voice.
Same—when you write a couplet,
a rhyme, a haiku, a free verse,
sharing your innermost thoughts,
your words remind us of good times and sad times,
and of special occasions we’ve lived.
They make us laugh or shed a tear
cos we can relate and we are moved.
We trip on nostalgia.
The aura bringing your words alive
makes them shine bright for all to read;
enriching hearts, reaching deep under the skin,
arousing goosebumps, while motivating and healing.
Thoughtfulness lodged between each word—
not ordinary words—but words bearing intentions
to display truth, to heal and connect souls.
Our lives are enriched by your metaphors and rhymes.
Dear poets, you are a freaking, exceptional breed!
Just two little words...
May not seem, so much.
But they can caress the heart,
With their gentle touch.
These two little words...
May for some, be hard to say.
While others toss them carelessly,
Most every single day.
These two little words...
Come from a heart that’s true.

A little thoughtfulness and much prayer…
Is a good reminder that
God is always there!
A moment of kindness can brighten your day…
By what’s done,
or something you say!
A moment of live in the passing of time…
Could be an opportunity
to be gracious and kind.
Having time alone with God
is time well spent.
Whether you’re at home,..
Or sleeping in a tent.
Time is precious. No matter
how you’re living.
What kind of life have you been enjoying?
Jesus gave to everyone true
purpose and meaning…
Into his arms of mercy…
you need to be leaning!
May his spirit encourage
you to always pray…
Each day that you live…
Simply trust and obey!
The hope and peace that
only Jesus brings…
Can fulfill the emptiness of life,
from so many things!
Why not allow his goodness
to enrich your soul…
For only Christ can make your life whole!
His loving kindness is wonderful and sweet...
For only HE can make
your life complete!

Thoughtfulness true, tackles the troubles, reassuring you.
Your spirit must search deep within and find the venue.
Thank You, my Lord for all the choices, for me to do.
Thank You, for my soul that has stuck to me like glue.
Thank you, for the light in love, leading me to view.
Thank You to everyone eagerly enveloping our hue.
Thank You, for the kindness of kindred folks queue.
Thank You to parents who preciously prepared me too.
Thank You for precious persons, though some left me blue.
Thank You for each darling daughter, enriching without clue.
Thank You for a richly refined life lived by so very few.
Thank you for the cascading characters, creating who.
Me, which enlightened my heart and soul, thru and thru,
Giving is more graciously rewarding then receiving, so true.
Take a breath, dip and glide.
Letting silken water slide past me.
Counting breathing, counting breathing.
Nothing from my normal world can distract.
Only my own neuroses, lack of confidence.
Feeling I am holding people up.
In the way, undeserved.
Yet as I glide I concentrate only on
Counting breathing, counting breathing.
The beauty holds me, forgives.
Takes my tensions, and like ripples in a pond,
Allows them to distance themselves,
Weaken as they drift far and wide.
The waves subsiding as my mind clears.
Stillness and calm, despite the movement
as I forge ahead, stroke stroke stroke breath.
Water moving yet somehow solid.
Supporting, encapsulating my body,
Weightless as I am suspended,
Fluid motion, equal forces,
All working in perfect harmony.
The perfect, pure pleasure of
Being at one in the river of life.
Your thoughtful actions give me a feeling of admiration,
Admiring thy whole being that circled by fireflies in cool eventide breeze,
You remember every single detail about me, sends my heart to heaven.
I can't believe that this heart of yours, inside it, is me.
