Best Tangible Poems
What things does one possess
at journey's end?
What bits and bobs? What trivial tripe?
Please, do tell, what is the hype?
For should I recall anything at all
of trinkets obtained in memory's shawl,
it would be the warmth of a companion's smile;
his hand in mine, while on this earth for a while.
The tickle of a tide brushing against tiny toes,
while the whisper in the wind, tells me all she knows.
Should I gaze at gems, pearls, rubies, emeralds--
Forsake the wisdom of the solid for the beauty of the temporal?
Should I throw caution to the wind, like seeds for the birds,
or stick to what I know - the solemnity of the written word.
Of trinkets obtained in memory's shawl,
be there anything at all worthy of my recall?
Happiness, Peace, Love and Joy -
these remained to be my one and only lot.
These intangible things more valuable by far
than gold and silver ingots.
At journey's end I stopped to ponder,
in the cloudless starlit night,
about the heavens and her wonder;
I was struck by sudden insight:
the lightness of the moon
suspended in air,
and the weight of a mere thought
that put it there.

In the corridors of a muddled mind,
Within the condensation of a thick fog,
I often find,
A relapsed presence, a menopause
In life, an uncertainty
Of kind,
Where good and evil dined.
Poetry is the release for such a mind
For it abides,
Inside the realms of the unknown,
Hands you a key to reach,
Un-reckoned heights,
Ventures into twilight,
The beginning or end almost tangible,
The journey, virgin as a bride.
Ideas cascade vigilantly fast,
And sometimes in stone are cast,
You think your mind
Is playing tricks,
You hope the misty clouds above,
Will recommend,
And bring to an end,
This troubled mind,
One of a kind,
The likes of which, no one will ever find.
A sudden darkness creeps ever close,
A demon like, vile haunting chill,
Steadfast in your spirit, soul
And mind,
It will not influence your will.
Let good and evil collide,
For you have finally
Chosen your side.
The unwanted solitude that was once
Yours, arresting the normal start, if
Theirs such a thing, of every day
You have sent to its dreary grave,
The winning post was always
Within your sight,
But you took time to
Understand your blight,
For blinded by the terror of being
Lost in the corridors of a muddled mind,
Your rightful route you
Could not find,
Bravely, you did not waver and have
Proved, you are, one of a kind.

In the midst of darkness descending
above me,
Stillness seems to overtake sound,
Allowing moments for deep thought
in this mirror of solitude.
I tend to reminisce on those dreams I
grab from the photogenic events of
the past.
Once touched, I’m taken back by the
moments that can’t be replaced.
So during this moment of tranquility;
I pray no external force interrupts
this,
The calm waters in my mind.
Lucky for me, it’s a reoccurring dream;
And as vivid as these fantasies are,
None compare to the peaceful illusions
of family gatherings.
It was only yesterday, when I illustrated thoughts
of a child,
Always curious of that deep ocean floor,
Where familiar kin paint their residence ;
I was an eyewitness to many overlooked
areas within my family’s ocean.
Yet with many pieces missing as a result of
loved ones ascending to a higher cause,
This puzzle remains incomplete until that
last tomorrow.
However in these possible moments
of delusion;
I’m a child again touching the fabric
of my influential past.
As I continue this unforgettable daydream,
I ask again for no interruption;
For with every reminiscent moment,
I know of myself better and what I
could be in a tangible future.

genuine love
like a dove
chattel for cattel
cattel as chattel
frosty the snow man?
or the glow ran?
as wisps of flakes on the wind
God can you please rescind or resend
that snowflake that never duplicates
cause I sure like this one, so replicate
uniqueness got my attention now
but in itself it's lost somehow
like whispers on the wind never retold
how far do snowflakes grow old?
For eternal energy I'm fold
for a snowflake I will never scold
Tangible frost
a valued frost

In the light
of the full moon
I saw it
In the way
you held me
I felt it
In the words
you spoke
I heard it
In your silence
I could grasp it
In the years
of friendship
you displayed it
It is always there
your love for me
even in your absence

A tangible love I love to love
I've touched love one billion times
I've held hands in every rhyme
The rhythm of my heart betrays me
With every palpitating poetic line
Is it a sign?
Of true love a love divine
the will of the love
Struck heart be done.
I touched her face I've claimed
A delicate space in her heart between
The velvet lace and poetic paradise
Love is there
If the rhythm of the heart does
Not flow on, this love be gone
The heart moans a TWILIGHT song

The typical intro,
A moment of reflection,
Philosophical conversation with my glass veil is ago,
I swear she's the perfect audience lacking in cognition but excellent in reception,
Shameless in anonymity and thoroughly content being one-dimensional,
An afterthought emerged from reverberating echoes,
Rationalizing a fantasy through demented reality and an appeal to logos,
External concern expressed through intellectual opinion against a majesty outside the realm of scientific convention,
A slight ringing in my ear,
The hazing of the eyes,
My hand presses against the screen and a genie appears,
her technicolor smoke-screen muffles sound and blankets sight,
Far beyond my mortal boundaries I reach,
Into the land of impossibilities ignorantly called "make believe",
Calling upon my polygonal masters from this pulpit I beseech,
That your realm of tangible thought be opened to me,
Allow me to apply my humble craft in hopes of conveying your magnificence to the world,
So that they too will experience your wonder,
Before they grow too old.

Time, art thou eternal? Thou never ending change.
Art thou of creation? A law refuting chance.
Countless orbs in heaven whirl and twirl in space,
placed on paths of gravity and light,
midst expanse of darkest night.
Time, art thou fixed? Or canst thou change?
Hast thou destination of divine or random chance?
Countless clouds of fire and rock as beauty taking place.
A vast expanse whose depth and width and height,
cannot be measured by a changing sight.
Time, thou art not immutable. Thou dost change.
Thou art a law created for a destiny, not chance.
Countless darkly densities leave light without a trace.
Collapsing holes through threads of fabric woven tight.
Time can change it's current flow. How can a clock be right?

In this world of tangibility it has given me the architectural plan to build my world
So my foundation must be right as I have seen it with my own sight
And what I see with my exterior eyes has to be the truth
For it allows my tangible world to be right
Now all I do is focus my actions from with out to deal with the hurt from with in
My mind is now the CEO and has stop me from the right of accepting the life burning
within
From my world of tangibility I don’t know how to deal with the life with in
For it is intangible and I cant understand it as it does not fit with my life
Now I must think how to bring my hart up to speed
And stop my mind from being my CEO

The tangibility that took so many years
An eruption of overwhelming thoughts
The pool of the past came back to me in tears.
Together again lips on lips flesh on flesh
Walking through time with enduring vitality
Hand in hand for a life afresh.
Deep within that cascading beat
Forever spawns an enigmatic vigor
Even to the end will not discern defeat.
Man and woman befall as one
With eyes tightly closed and minds wide open
Traversing that tangled web into the sun.

It's always
A tangible line
Past leaving
And being left
Behind
It's ransomed
At ready
With no deal
On the crook
And makes for
A mention
Beyond the less
Or the look
It's never
Outspoken
Yet the clear's
An afar
In whispers
Not ready
To see best
Past a scar
It withers
And witnesses
For the cause
With a stain
Yet always
It answers
For the sweet
With a name
It's elsewhere
And closer
For the next
With a how
Then away
In a steady
Of a near
For a now
It's over
And under
For no claims
With a hand
Yet always
It answers
With a start
For a stand
It's long
And it's clearer
With no cares
On the line
Yet beckons
With borders
In a close
With a mine

I hate Thee
He let me into a dark midnight,
Like a solitary bee
With not even a spark of light
No way to roam,
No way to play
Nobody in that home
I was like idle clay.
Unable to open my eyes,
Unable to stand erect
And I was not yet wise
To judge what is correct.
But he gave me diet,
And a pond to swim.
He advised me to be quiet
And left me out on a limb.
Nobody to make a grin
Nobody to mingle.
Without out doing a sin
Why should I be single?
Let me out Fool!
Let me see this world.
Unable to swim in this pool
Understand I want to be thrilled.
Finally one day I was out
Of the dark prison
Like a fresh young pout,
Resembling a newfangled bud arisen.
At present my life dwell
in the middle of guileful souls
And I am there like a used up lapel
As people hearts are pricked by cunning hole
Now I am provided with amenities
And friends to relish
But they only left Obscenities
And sufferings to embellish
Finally, now I realize
Place which I referred as tomb
Is an exquisite paradise
And that is nothing but my mom's womb!!!

You caused me to dream
again.
Dreams are no longer a
thing of the past.
They are tangible and ready
for me to grab,
You make me feel like super-
girl.
And there's no dream too big or
small.
As long as I believe I can achieve,
and that I must not be afraid
to fail.
Because failures lead to victories
as long I get back up and try again.
You said by doing this my dreams
become clearer and clearer,
Next, the dreams will be my reality.
Thank you for believing in me.
I believe in you right back.
Dedicated to anyone who has encouraged
to me follow my dreams.

Never mind...
what people you don't know
from Adam, or from a can of paint
think of you.
Negative or positive.
Here are three...
important questions to ponder.
What do you think of yourself?
Are you truly happy?
Is life fair and grand to you?
If you answer yes to the last two
then my dear friend...
you needn't worry
your pretty little head
needlessly.
