It's a Tangible Line

It's always
A tangible line
Past leaving
And being left
Behind

It's ransomed
At ready
With no deal
On the crook
And makes for
A mention
Beyond the less
Or the look

It's never
Outspoken
Yet the clear's
An afar
In whispers
Not ready
To see best
Past a scar

It withers
And witnesses
For the cause
With a stain
Yet always
It answers
For the sweet
With a name

It's elsewhere
And closer
For the next
With a how
Then away
In a steady
Of a near
For a now

It's over
And under
For no claims
With a hand
Yet always
It answers
With a start
For a stand

It's long
And it's clearer
With no cares
On the line
Yet beckons
With borders
In a close
With a mine
