Beneath the Faraway Stars

The tiniest of silver labrets amid the corner of her beautiful elixic lips, so full ~

With a small diamond shining and glittering, upon her perfectly poised nose

These dangling rubies waltzing from beneath her precious meridian lobes, with

A pendant lavaliere; sapient sapphire, wrapped within the finest of gold

Wearing a white silk dress, cut low, to bare her feeding and full tanned breast

Bronzed reflections of paradise, her soft summers skin

Gently brushing, upon my wanting and very own ~

While as barefoot we dance, atop the radiant golden sands

Slowly, beckoned beneath the swaying shimmering stars

As into each others eyes we then fall; into the essence of it all

This beauty, while as the waves they so gently play, Beethovens

Overtures of serenities warm embrace; two hearts and two souls, entwined

Deeply within the mirrors rapturous notes of, a compositions love song ~

Taking one anothers hands gently; fingers interlaced amid this light

Making our way towards the stairs their rising, beyond the whispering shore

Candles, burning and joyfully waiting, for consecrations breath of life

Consummations rose petals of fragrance, atop this brilliant feathered bed of bright

As slowly I lie her back, to capture forever the pulsing of these beating hearts

Two souls, melting and melding amid loves destined moment; cherished

Honey dripping its sweetened nectars; impassioned cries of resoundings

Within this, utopias, everlasting kiss ~

Essence of Her Human Spirit.

Her song carried out in sweetest rapture notes so pellucid
Breathe of them in listened serenity…

Her eyes show the portrait of what truly exists within
A subject of assiduous study…

Bearing witness her ears chronicle every touch of moment
Append her the whisper of ardor…

Those thoughts build stairs to the threshold of her mind
Scale its heights with pure intent…

One unsullied heart in pash heated spirit given to me freely
Held amorously it becomes my own…

I enter her arms into the gateway of tender adoration
Where I sleep safely in serenities peace…

Cowgirl Up

Subdue my senses like serenities face
a heartfelt happy embellished
his canter skilled with heavens grace
a companionship barley unblemished

except that she rides alone

Into the storm gathering speed
she squeezes her knees tipping her heels
gunning for the feeling she longs to be sealed
unleashed like the fury of a thunders peal

Her saddle steals with shift of weight
her balance for the run
like symmetry never expecting to yield
adrenalin hiking the fearful unknowns

There she rides alone

Her life is cinched an aimless roam
her hunger for the feeling of home
with subtle sounds like flexing leather
is the tearing of her heart like the storms she weathers

carried on waves of an emerald trail
turned wheat in Autumns image
Buckskins beat secures her seat
and gives her thoughts to visage

Though there's nowhere in this world she'd rather be
she can't shake the feeling of the missing
destined to wings that fly alone
no companion for her soul in the cheering

This is why she calls him Tuff
Hedeman in a lady she cowgirl's up...
looks her pony in the eyes
reminding her that the tough don't cry

Just take Bodacious by the horns
knowing "impossible" will not hold the throne
always through pain our courage is born
though every eight seconds she rides alone

She'll keep her head up high
never giving in to the pain
lessons she learned from her hero's
Cowboys Tuff and Lane

Silent Repose

Slumber beseeched this sight which closed

In warmth of silence to brush repose....

Silkened choirs of soft voices heard

Scions whispers gracing ivories notes ~

As carriages gliding atop sweet serenities

Keys as visions amid these their dreams

In violet hues composed upon the candescent walls

Awakening vistas once held dormant inside

Portraitures, panoramic blinds....

Reciprocating their eye shadow etchings these, cosmetic designs

Until, slumber beseeched this sight which closed

Haight Ashbury

The love of Ganesha....

Born upon the branches of the Monterey cypress', ucalyptusly turning leaves

Joyfully displayed reflections this retros, predominant vanguards of the times

Preceptencies vibrantly rainbowic colours; renditions aside the sea

Peace signs embracing the Eastern world of Katmandus, serenities scene....

A spectacular renaissance of Victorianly vaulted venues; splendours

Painted hearts upon smiling faces so arrayed amid, these Cathedrals dreams

Flowers of divinities delicate epigraph flowing gently through, a totems breeze

Upon their way towards the Golden Gate Parks celestial celebrations, wherein

The militant Magi meets, the brightened Prince of Peace....

Ribbons and bows of Isalms ideals meshed beneath, a Buddhas tree

Adorned by Imagines precursed writings from, Lennons visionary keys

These, Egyptian teas with their green leaf beads and

Kissing doves of iconics love, less, such still framed ironies....

..."?The Eye of the Storm!"

Intrepid winds once....

Whispering serenities promises; uncharted

Into the chambers of their souls!?

Watching these invisible wings now

Carrying their dreams so, very far away ~

While reaching out to touch the hand of

Echoing breezes illusive embrace?!

To grasp the intangible things

Through bars of molten steel; seven viles ~

Embeddingly fused into glass sharded concrete....

Brushing past their amissful fingertips; bending

Muddled visions of what could have been

But, what shall never now be, again!?

Piercing their eyes these hurricanes of time

Tornadoes spawning the devestation of a life

Cast into the medieval dungeon of darkness; hades

As the waves crash violently upon the shore

Waiting for The Flying Dutchman to soon arrive?!

Driven by the gales of tomorrows foreboding

Shackling chains bound by, fates, skeletal crew....

This rogue which shall carry them away, forever ~

Deafly ears that could not hear, serenities promise

Once whispered unto they amid the intrepid winds

Transient storms now, carrying their spirits afar

Beyond the rainbows that melted in the sky

Beneath these scorching gusts which, blinded their sight

While they wasted their chance within such opticals

Reaching through verticals of, thorn laced bars

Grasping at nothing but, intangible tides

Vortical ideos that could have never saved, their lives

Crossing the shadows of eternities solemn doors, now

In through....

Kings and Queens

Magical glittering tin soldiers joyfully marching across resurrections big sreen ~

Adorned anew within these sweeping sentient hues of silver humanity; tete-a-tete....

Created beyond the faciled imagination of a childs spectacular, swaddled dreams

Sitting inside panoramas pristine theatres, unblemished blockbuster seats!?

Hummingbirds hovering carefree aneath this gnostics laughing willows tree as

Porcelain dolls wearing sunflowers smile amid orisons breath of light ~

Aside, spirited zygote ballerinas pirouetting atop sanctities blue and white

Checkered picnics blanket embellished in all of their, emotive existential delights....

Presentiments adaptive stage being set upon this warm articulating Summers day

While as an acquainting whippoorwill begins their serenities exonerating ballad ~

Rapture; turning slowly this scented wax figurine between softened fingers

Gently to taste its pleasing fragrance; conceiving, scenics genteel globe?!

Tenderly tracing paragons once vagabond lips within, crayolas faithful colours of

A childs everlasting and majestical love, born, upon the throne of "Grace"....

Serenity

All right, here is the scenario and the how. Defeat the deceit she believes to be
hers, abandon the bond between us, with re-established trust admiration and lust
must appear. Bring me a woman that has made mistakes, bring me a woman that
can appreciate love. Allow the grace of my space be music and fire, offer me in
peace solitude to display my desires. Allow the pens flow in rhythm with the stereos
display. Fire in dance lifts morbid ideas in each instance to date. I will behave in
paradise, that is if they never surprise my glide. I know this really cool place at the
mountains base where we can get away for a few days, the grass of noon will creep
below our feet bare beneath the sun of June. Now we no longer must linger in wait,
the time allowed for slide past debate is lost on my mind. My side, the right, slid left
releasing the shake of my hand in invite. Freedom yet remains the stake, though
money is no longer illusion. I wish to say something on this occasion upon which we
now celebrate, as long as Christmas has wreath I will have wrath and wreak havoc.
You see love, mastering the art of conversation does not mean you control them, it
means you are in them. Speak or fall, seek allies and meet demise, simply satisfying
me with surrounding may eliminate inquiry. They are all so pretty with their smiles,
so sexy with their denial yet none are beautiful. The three core parts of woman that
carry the absolutes of truth: the eyes, the mind and the smile. For these attributes I
offer dream and choice of my serenities. Let it be aggressively possessive,
astonishingly perceptive, apparently personable, awakened passion paints a
portrait of a poet.

Gilligan's Island

Donning my sailors cap, coconut and pinapple shirt; first class ticket in times brochure....

Shutting down the nuclear physics branch and structures while as catching a flight unto

Heavens isles whereupon its beach I shall lie that, serenities surf may wash over the moon

Its beams enwrapping the sun; as dolphins sing, sea lions play and ships sail away ~

Their gallies adrift atop the open waters unto the ends of the world and beyound

Its distant edge, disappearing into the abyss of a life that was; radiations wavelengths

In coastal tides of sacrilegious; coursing through this flesh and bones and blood

Crest to crest; confusions fallout amid collaterals infusions brushing, acrylic dragons....

The Legacy of Light ~

We all have a legacy, which we shall all eventually leave behind

Yet how shall it read, within its epitome or epitaph?

As I beheld these words, their writings

I could tell that they were brought forth from ones soul....

While sitting by this peaceful brooke, of serenities everflow

Wrapped in the warmth of Heavens graceful tide

Contemplating, what remarks I could render

In reposed reply unto it all, from the depths of my heart

To the hopeful sanctum of their own?

Often I have turned, shunning the false perceptions of greatness

Within the eyes of the world....

Always pointing away from the created, to 'The Creator'

To lift this candle of truth, unto, the fountain of praise deserved

Wherefore do I find these gifts of others, which I have professed!

But first, I must turn unto my very own soul....

Beholding them beyond the stagnant mirrors of conception

Wherein the clouds of vague, do they often reside?

Kneeling atop this bank, and dipping my hands beneath the shallow waters

Exhuming therefrom what treasures, which these my open palms may find....

As I ponder what breath do we take that is lasting, in this our world?

And what impacts upon others, if any, will this their write leave behind?

This story, the ultimate question, to the honest answer, that I shall hold!

For to live only unto thyself, I have often considered, believed

Is but to slowly bleed, the inevitable death, of ones very own life....

Yet to offer it unto others, while you walk, you breathe, you live

Is, truly wealth beyond any measure~crossing the barriers of trident time

So what do I say in response, to these words which I have read?

As I turn to the purest source of truth, now standing before my eyes!

Let me speak not, before this reflection of thought reflected

Has been brushed by this glow of reason, these reasons that I find

Searching for, within their writings, this response unto....

The South Side of Chicago

''The South Side of Chicago'' by David Hart

The South Side of Chicago
Whence those childhood years were spent
Skip-walking upon grimacing cracked sidewalks
Hastening through filth floored garbage canned
 flanked alleyways to--

The forlorn house--windows weeping chrystalline shards--
 cascading glass tears
"Property Condemned" blared in scarlet on the door.

"Someone lives there" it was said,
"the man who gathers things from the garbage cans"

The pebble strewn church yard, where, in prickly winter,
scarved boys coerce the bell to toll with swift flung
snowballs catapaulted to a shivering bell tower.

The South Side of Chicago,
The year of the big church fire
That day it did burn and claw
At the hot black night sky.

People gathered, assembled in solemnity
Aghast, huddled and shoving to see
That hallowed place whose torrents
Of Sunday's serenities and dressups
Now would no longer be.

The South Side of Chicago
There, the swill darkened tavern
That nightly gulped down shadow faced spectres
A lad cries out, "the bar, someone stabbed in the
 head, come and see".
"Not I", I said, "not a sight I'd care to see",
as an acidic sadness enveloped me.

The boys came together wearing their
 jackets and coats--symbols affixed, emblems
proudly donned--so they knew who they were.
"Wanna join?" "No thanks", I said, "Glad to be
  just solitary me".

I watched them, fighting their rivals
With chains, steel pipes and knives
Fearing their bloody deeds.
Content to be alone
Alone and free

The South Side of Chicago
In cramped classrooms scented in
 soap and sawdust
Mostly attentive I would be
Amidst tatterly clothed children
 --waiting for recess, lunch or
time to go home.

At recess, the garbage men came
And roused a battalion of rats
That scattered pell-mell
Amidst little girl shrieks
 and screams
Little boys chortling
Chased those rats frightened
 away
Far away
On the South Side of Chicago

Rain-Rain-Rain

Like a kid am I, every time you pass by
On the window, in the roof
You leave trace, you give proof
Now you’ll race, then you’ll poof

Like a widow, by the window
Watching you fall, counting you all
You bring memories, even forgotten ceremonies
Sometimes you bring calamities, often times serenities

I could be running through you
Letting you drip, loneliness you strip
Or I could wait for you to depart
While soaked in thoughts that drench the heart

You’re such a thing to enjoy
I’m sorry for those you annoy
For you’re a fragment of the sky
And for me your beauty is within the eye
