Is Ra Ill Question Mark

Salome just loved gingerbread
But Herod misheard what she said
Who wants a dead head
To bounce in their bed?
So she dashed to the John instead

Sexy dancing

                                      Moving with the beat

                                    Seven garments flowing

                                      Luxurious brown skin

                                          Eyes captivated

                                          Kingly dreaming

Salome

" Salome "

Salome some say her name to be~
Ship thus a'sail seven sea~
Fair of loft & figure soft~
Heart o'mine & hers set free~

Sail we shall my ship my love~
Sail we shall upon wings o'dove~
Sail now off to sea o'rime~
Sail so we o'mind sublime~

'Round our sprit shall be CapeTown~
Off our bow wind calms down~
Dutch nor Brit say naught to us~
For 'tis known we sail o'darkest lust~

To lands now far so set we sail~
All a'fore to so then prevail~
Walk this land amongst lion grand~
To finally with our children stand~

Salome so say her name to be~
Ship thus sail some seven sea~
Fair o'line & figure soft~
Heart o'mine... & hers set free~

Sail we shall my ship my love~
Sail shall we on wings o'dove~
Sail now off to sea o'rime~
Sail then oft.. o'mind sublime~

'Round our sprit shall be CapeTown~
Off our bow wind calms now down~
Man nor beast say naught to us~
'Tis known we sail... o'darkest lust~

To lands now far so set we sail~
All a'fore shall now prevail~
Walk this land among lions grand~
Thus well within... our dreams so stand~

Salome of Chapel Street

Salome of chapel Street
Is weaving her body to a chemical induced beat,
Synapses electrified, imprisoned in a psychological
Loop,
Barefooted With grubby toes she twirls in little
Circles,
Throwing her hands in the air as she tries to bridge
The divide between the land and the sky.
Busy people with busy lives take a glance and
Stroll on by.
She stops to smile at her reflection,a true friend
The only one she trusts,
She starts again just herself and the cosmos,
Rotating with arms outstretched hoping to catch
A star.
O salome what betrayal Has fallen upon your
Pink dyed hair?
And the dribbles seeping from your pouting lips?
What hope have you of slaying the dragons of the
Mind?
Hiding behind concrete curtain eyes,
And so on she goes spinning in a stupor
Beneath the wrought iron clock of the old jeweller's
Shop.

Salome

 Beauty of the Maliced-Night
Come to me, Wake me up
Forlorn I've been for Centuries
My heart beckons for the day
of the thought of You

Glimpsing in my dreams I see you fighting through
The Iron-Gate that held me too
You ordered my death in such a Beauty-Blinding way
How can I refuse?

The dust and sand of the desert's wane
Has left myself to Blame
The lust and land of the Desert's Wane
Suffocated me with the forlorn days
I've met you my lover
I've met you my execution
I've met you my Loving Shame
I've met you my Salome

Salome, Selfish Lover
Salome, Gates of Jerusalem hold you In
Salome, my Beauty

The Dust and Sand of the desert's wane
The Lust and Loving Shame
Has left Myself to Blame

I've Met You My Salome

" Song of Salome "

Off we fly my salohmay...
'Til our wings do fail...
Higher higher into day...
Aloft our golden sail...

Tethered so at lands below...
Far too long as we both know...
Now time walks within our path...
Rather than we in aftermath...

So smile now my lady fine...
Up up we'll dance & spin...
'Round 'round & down the line...
'Tis love we so shall win...

So said he that captain then...
To heart thus calmed it so...
With me this wraith shall go...
Simple task... I'll tell her when...

Next they met was storm a'deck...
Her hands flung 'round that captain's neck...
Naught for love this stranglehold...
'Twas wrath o'her... he'd been too bold...

Calmed thus by wave well spent...
His lady told him in his ear...
'Twas not her wonder where love went...
How it found her captain dear...

Long she told him had she known...
Her captain destined her shore blown...
'Twas thus so met were now they...
Fate so then took holiday...

For year & year so ran the sun...
'Til he was sage & she still fun...
Silver where once blonde had been...
Time lost well amid love's din...

Now again high aloft...
Winds warm & clouds so soft...
'Tis heard oft well such gossamer tune...
From bluest depths of wandering moon...

Off we fly my salohmay...
'Til our wings do fail...
Higher higher into day...
Aloft our golden sail...

So smile now my lady fine...
Up up we'll dance & spin...
'Round 'round & down the line...
'Tis love we so shall win...

Solome danced like someone who danced before the gods
With hungry eyes they watched her every move
Like ruby red wine the audience drank her seductive moves
But at what cost what price we all pay sooner or later
Like a good daughter she obeyed her mother
It happened so fast
Herod gave his word and with a word
No trial no defense just a word death came to
John the Baptist his head on a platter like a prize

She sentenced a man to death with her dance
some do it with words some with a look
Hoping one day to awaken to a sunrise
even if it rains the sun shines beyond the clouds
Somewhere somehow she went searching
Who was John following where did he come from
Where was he going
Disguised by shame she had to find this Jesus

She needed to get closer and the closer she got
Closer she met his eyes his eyes knew but how
His words were the key to her chains
Releasing her spirit she danced again to a new song
On the third day Solome and Mary Magdalene
Went sadly to anoint His lifeless body
Pilate washed his hands of the verdict
The tomb’s door was a large rock
No one man could push away what man tries to hide
But the rock was moved and what was lifeless
What doesn’t happen did happen
He is not here He is risen….
