"Politicians are a lot like diapers. They should be changed frequently, and for the same reasons." Mark Twain . (For some reason bizarre this is my favourite quote ever)
Trump is now POTUS
'electoral dysfunction'
stormy days ahead!
When world is too much with me I take a week off
To stand and stare at the beauties of the Himalaya
To get away from the hurries and worries of life
To go to the Himalayas has always been my pleasure.
To climb the mountains and get good tidings
Nature’s peace flows into you as sunshine in trees.
The wind blows freshness into you with delights
Storms the energy, cares drop like autumn leaves
Would like to spread my arms encompassing
The emperor of mountains, the roof of the earth
snow-capped peaks, painted across the horizon,
Green clad foothills and valleys, glacial waters
Solitude, fortitude, much above the sea altitude.
Will sit among the lamas with maroon robes
With coal filled Bukhari heating up the place
Shadows dancing over the old Tankha paintings.
If there is a heaven , if one, on the this earth
It is here,it is here,it is here, nowhere but here.
I have posted 10 photos of one of my Himalaya visit on my blog. Please share with
me.

Hitchhiking by blurred station generic
Gypsy Flora slips anonymous, gravel
Grinds her heart of garbage, barbaric
Buried skeleton stirred, further travel
Ticket to Keep It Secret
Scarred in fish guts grubby, harbour
Heaves its putrid out to sea, amnesia
Avails an arbour over bleak macabre
Mutineer hurled ragdoll dumb, seizure
Saline dreams Dali delirium
Draped clock face, Flora's flailing coma
Collides with shore, format felicitous
Ferocious ocean spews sweet soma
Segued fortunate Flora duplicitous
Digs over fingers scratching
Sea sparks zesty spirit, crystal clairvoyant
Clavicle thrummed during tumble turquoise
Touched pitching ceiling, delight buoyant
Blackened flotsam, frivolous foam destroys
Destined to nest content

I realise now that death is not a fear
It’s just a means by which life is the end
For those who came before all disappeared
Returning to a state where mind suspends
So cry not at my grave for I’m not there
I never really was for all you care
as all of earth beats down on you
don't give up because theres always hope
orchestras exhale striking chords
the end of life might come sooner than you think
emotions raised to a high crescendo
all youve ever wanted in the palm of a hand
silence reverberates within loneliness
who do you go home to
solitude and a lack of time
imagine words formed without sound
if you can then youll understand
apocalyptic nuisances scream out with joy
you feel like youre sinking low
but waves appear to raise you high
guitars and drums sound out in recklessness
oh can you hear oh can you hear
ears burst forth from every angle
no one sleeps tonight but emptiness
we are not alone we are not alone we are not alone
I have come to realise that life is not a wall
but rather a mountain
that takes time, perservence and persistence to get to the top
that it isnt easy to climb
and there may be rocks and poo along the way
that may cause you to slip and trip
but you gain your balance
take a deep breath and keep on climbing
and although it looks so steep
and the slips and trips may be the end of the world at the time
if you keep on going one step at a time
before you know it you realise have conquered your climb
I have come to realise that things are made to be broken
and that we cant pick up the broken pieces and try to put them back together
because what was once whole will always be cracked
that we can lay down on the table all the pieces
even the ones that we want to hold on to
they can be molded and mended by someone who is higher
that you will be able to forgive those who have hurt you
and forgive yourself for being so vulnerable
I have had a look through the pages albeit on line
Of an independent newspaper at signs of the Times
I can see many points, and true doctors concerns
I see many reports that so many haven't yet learned
I can't say I'm a personal aquintant of all but into many
A greivance does my sympathy fall, there are some
Views I don't find affinity with, yet that's realities portion
If the sense of truth is your quest no lie will stay hid.'
I didn't find sunbeams or talk of good times yet there
Seems such determination and for one, that suits fine
We really need all the courage, all the trailing of truths
It won't be so easy, for the old and the green youths
Yet we have true effort in the crew of the light, its
A paper to peruse; and hold notice; may the people
Take notice the hard fight; to get unbiased true
Views, and real news.'
I go on and on
you are near and dear to me
all problems solved

Beauty means so much to many people
nature in all its various types abound
walking in the sand along the shore
receive the waves with its still sound
The wonder of nature is so beautiful
taking a walk among the grassy park
watching swans and ducks in a pond
such elegance they show their mark
Squirrels are really amazing creatures
climbing trees just like in a flash
the grey ones are so very tame
coming so close such beauty so brash
Walking in the woods so green
especially as the leaves elegantly fall
changing colours so very beautiful
the woodland forever hears its call
What beauty abounds amongst nature
such grandeur of one's every step
many graceful creatures on sight
every teardrop shows I wept!
(This is written about beauty in my life and what it means to me.)
Good buy sun, hello moon
Now it's time to sing the growing tune
The grass grows
The wind blows
The birds sleep as we know
The sunflowers looks and sighs-
waiting for the moon to say good buy
The trees stand still
waiting for rain
They know it hurts
but they can take the pain
The chilling wind brings a
shiver down their spine
We start to fade, we start to die
We are important because we give you life
Without us you couldn't survive
For those who will realise untill it's too late, there are some things in life we need
Waking Up
And then you hear something
That surprises you in a shocking way
You think you knew it all
And then you understand you don’t
Don’t analyse where you are
And where you were
Be aware you’ll never really know
Confusion is the state of norm
Until you’re satisfied and calm
When it’s good the struggle ends
It's fortunate you’ve arrived.

180 degrees of direction witinin one book
Its one 'thick tome' yet I advise you look.!!!
To wake up after another nightmare
And watch the stars slowly fade away
To realise the light
When this time drifts away into the sun
And the clouds cover my blue sky
To realise I'm alright
If the moon never showed again
And all that was left was darkness
To realise the fight
A duality, i walk between dark and bright
Medicine in hand and the will to never give up
To realise the night.
Some days I realise this is not me,
some days I realise it's not them either.
Some days I feel there is something inside me,
trying to stay hidden from the world .
Some days I realise we're all just dreamers.
