Best Pinked Poems

Premium Member Raising the Blinds

A morn's sun raised the blinds
As sunlight pinked the clouds
Its colors fell across
My lap, tinting my words
Sublime, pen and ink tried
To contain sentiment
As they spilled blue
The blinds dissipate
As words release truth
High the sun rises
Its light controls pen
Slower the pen
Then pauses, waits
As the day wears
Colors painted
Artist tool
A palette
As sun sets
Blinds close
Darkness
Shades

Inspired by a stanza written by Robert Frost:
The Death Of The Hired Man
"Part of a moon was falling down the west,
Dragging the whole sky with it to the hills.
Its light pored softly in her lap. She saw it
And spread her apron to it. She put out her hand"
Just part of it ...What struck me was "moon was falling down the west"

Premium Member Morning Glory

Ah, morning glory, such internal blush,
defy the penetration of brash sun.
Oh, linger, trumpet of dawn within the dim
or haze of mid-morning's overcaste.

Oh, fairest of the fair, your milk white core
doest blush forth, a brim of purple poise
one pinked with the cheek of infancy,
the soft and silken skin of new born day.

Ah, let your vine entwine the aged arch.
Then, let the arbor, regal, drip delight.
Your limpid leaves all faint with August’s heat,
leaves like hands ‘tween fingers now enfold.

Oh, only heaven knows more of beauty
than the morn you blessed with this glory.

Love Unfolded Like a Flower

Love Unfolded Like a Flower
by Michael R. Burch

Love unfolded
like a flower;
Pale petals pinked and blushed to see the sky.
I came to know you
and to trust you
in moments lost to springtime slipping by.

Then love burst outward,
leaping skyward,
and untamed blossoms danced against the wind.
All I wanted
was to hold you;
though passion tempted once, we never sinned.

Now love's gay petals
fade and wither,
and winter beckons, whispering a lie.
We were friends,
but friendships end . . .
yes, friendships end and even roses die.

Butterfly Quintet - Butterflies

BUTTERFLIES

Butterflies, in danger, realise,
and many have already gone extinct!
They could not adapt to climate warming. •
The Wallbrown lost in my local precinct. /
How many more before we realise? /
Pollution takes no sides, kills lives! /
I care, “Do you”, I'm asking? /
Think about it while your basking! /
For climate warming now decides! /
Butterflies are not the only ones so?/
What to do to make things as was? \
Well, think about not polluting now! \
We have to stop it, yes somehow! \
Don't live in denial because \
time is running out for many species. \
Nothing has ever been more distinct \
Nature's been screaming many a warning! \
Not yet in the red, fast moving from pinked! •
Come on before all life dies, let's get wise!

Premium Member Manacled In Black Lace, Again

Masked maiden
In lacy black frills
Manacled, chained
Sensuous thrills

Birthday suit bare
Heavenly toned
Sweetened and ripe
In wanting groan

With her laced black fan
She lures with her scent
He slowly walks to her
As her eyes lament

She looks up to him
In hungering stare
As he looks down
Desiring her there

He offers his hand
His maiden in black
To rejoice their join
Passion attack

To a leather couch
He rests her down
His dark haired vixen
Lacy gowned

Hands encroach
In bodily roam
Synchronised
Heavenly home

In pleasurable touch
Their joys arise
In welcome slide
His pride inside

Rhythmic rhythm
Tantalising tongues
Hands homing
Sexually sung

Perpetual in motion
Writhing want
Cries of caressing
Her heavenly font

The mix of their motion
River of love
Quench of two
Eagle and dove

Rosy complexions
Flora flushed
Passions hushed
Pinked and blushed

Couched and cosy
Hunger appeased
Two covered in lace
In lovingly please

Premium Member We Met To Write, Then We Met

In slow dance, whispering conversation
Musics allowing bodily observations
Excited minds becoming so enticed
Firmness appears, pert as if iced

To her shoulders I lay a kiss, now more
Her naturally tanned skin, I so adore
Clothing I now loosen, slowly falls
Hands clasping tighter, only sighs call

In wandering roam, undulations I touch
Curvaceous boundaries, allowed, I clutch
Gentle caress I, glossed lips blessed
Her hands take mine, firmly caressed

She turns whispering, I to kiss her nape
Her naturally tanned skin, near naked drape
Down her spine I kiss and lick, hands gripped
Summer dress, her panties, tenderly slip

Clothed I am, into my arms she
Carried to silken sheets, where we're to be
I lay her down, on a bed of scented roses
Pinked and pert she is, arched, heavens close

Astride she I sit, shirt ripped, buttons ping
My head to her breasts, suckling, she sings
Hands in wanting more, naked to bare are we
Entwined we are, like Ivy caresses the tree

Carnal cave desired, excites the man in me
Richly pinked scented, invited I am thee
Nails entice my urge, me into she feels me
Her moistness welcomes, internally I be

Ferocious kisses amidst writhing souls
Rhythmic thrusting hips, grinding goals
Synergistic together, freely releases we
Lusted, sweated join, exhausted decree

Pinked

Honey, I'm home!! Did you miss me at all?
Where are you?
Yoo-hoo, anybody home??

Have you been extra good, and mmmm
the house seems so fresh and clean, wow!

Did you eat right?
A-mazing! You actually washed the dishes!
I think I should leave you more often!

Where are you anyway??

My, you even watered the plants!!
Are you for real?
Or were you abducted by aliens??

Everything's just so dust-free...
and you changed everything,
even our white curtains!

You switched them to Red??
But I am not really liking it...
but at least it's not pink.
I HATE pink.
Sorry hun, you know I love white.

Which reminds me,
Did you remember to do the laundry?
Did you remember to leave the whites ALONE?

Honey!! Gosh can't you speak up louder?
Where are you anyway?
I feel like I am talking to the wind here...
and what is that sound???

Ok, I'll follow there in the basement
what are you doing there anyway??
Shucks, the smell of detergent--
it's so overwhelming, hunny bun.

What's this hanging on the doorknob?
PINK shoelaces??
Where'd this come from??

DOOLEY!!! What the HECK have you done???
Are you for real?
I think you've been abducted by aliens!!

You touched my WHITES.
ALL of THEM??
even my shoelaces??
and you washed them with those
darn RED curtains????

Premium Member Sea Saw

salted lips
brown skin sore pinked sand licked
eyes a squint in summer's reflection

oh see the sea froth in pure orgasmic delight
hear the wind stroke the breasts of crested waves to cry
taste the bounty of this fertile womb

unknown mysteries bide
with sea sons

Premium Member Am Binnean Dearg - the Red Cuillin

The early dawn on the Western Isles allures me to awaken early
A pinky red kaleidoscope attracts me through louvered panels
Towards the windows I walk as if taking steps on a lava ladder
Slowly my open eyes are met with the most beautiful vista

Am Binnean Dearg, the Red Cuillin, appears as if erupting
The suns morning crescent peeks as if in slow motion rise
Pinked clouds in drift capture and enhance through their vapours
Solitude abounds in this most remote of places on Skye

I sit in trance and marvel at the changing as the hours pass
There's love in my eyes seeing what I see for our tomorrows and eternity
The morning now grows into the day as pink pastel blooms fade
Crisp azures now caress and absorb the morns beauty

In Winter

Fine white powder dusts the landscape, fluffy
flakes flutter and fall, landing on our skin
now pinked by the freezing air, taking
delight in the beauty of the season.

So Many Nights

Should I have so many nights as these?

   so starry and beauteous bright?

   moon hung like silver(an) shine;

   breeze eased with earthen mood,

   the leaves rustle with lyric....

   chimed, with the bustle neath

   pinked-rose sky:

Everywhere voices, and smiles ----

   pretty girls....

   soft little lights,

   winking atop heavenly spires

As if a generous balmy-goddess

   and her garden of sugar,

   rose and peach and cinnamon

   sweet, apple pie fermented

   earth about:

   like a lovers' kiss

Even the brazen haggled man,

   cornered out;

   pockets filled a little more,

   widened smile

   (such glint in the eye!)

Like silver(an) shine ----

he knows this be the last

   of so many nights,

Starry and beauteous bright....

   pinked-rose sky....

Fallen Tresses--Pinked For Contest

Her golden tresses float
one by one-- down
No longer her crowning glory;
simply a reminder of what was--
what cannot be--
tormented by those perfect coiffures surrounding.
She would gather gossamer strands to bosom,
had she one to do so;
perhaps, even collect them to be worn again.

If only there were strength to be had....
Yet fortitude flew like Spring
taking with it the Summer joys
'til all that remains is the falling.
She awaits now.
There is but one final season
and her barren soul reflects the trees...
naked; dormant; forgotten
as her golden tresses float down.

Premium Member Gasps of Witnessed Horrors

I'm shivering, naked, I'm amidst bodies on a cart
All I remember is looking up awaiting the water
Entangled I am seeing grimaced pinked faces
And a solumn looking sky very close to tears

Now discarded, left, sensing a sweet acrid smell
Knowing the await, soon the others and I
Time passes as I drift in and out of reality
Then night falls, as I awaken to quieting sobs

Accents I hear, that I'd only ever heard in movies
Aghast gasps of witnessed horrors befall my ears
Crisp morning airs adorn my emaciated frame
Slowly my eyes open to a cacophony of cries

Gently I feel my skeletal existance being carried
Choked voices console as I blearily scan
A silent emptiness abounds, even chimney stacks
No more I see these ills, these evils, they!

Depression Glass

An “outed” spot –
Pinked
Fragile
Pale blue
And broken
Un-
And
Over-
Feeling
And loaded
Adjacent
Peripheral
Inches from breathing
A partial
And permanent
Fly
On the paper
The absence of presence
And presence of absence
a secret
Exposed
and
Pressed
To the glass
