Best Meet And Greet Poems
The people I see
Are not who I know,
Nor will I ever meet.
But something inside
Has made me feel compelled
To want to go and greet
To hear their stories
Would be great fun,
The tales of old and new
And when they're done
I’d say goodbye
Maybe even, thank you.
The people I see
Are not who I know,
Nor will I ever meet.
But what's inside
Matters the most
For our little Meet & Greet.
I identify as the king who only kneel to God
With the puissance to smile with destruction all around
Frustration mental abusiveness
Still comfortably above ground
Humbled by the sounds of instruments
From friends who’ve been in this industry
With no recognition
Drunken me wanna know
how I survived without any guidance as the apprentice
Fire in my eyes I supplied a condensed shipment
Reminded all the time about the paradigm shifting
Detach myself from energies I no longer need
I find myself growing rapidly
This is my happy moment
I’m satisfied as a tree
Enhancing my smile doesn’t neglect my love for you
Chances of rekindled flames
I’m the blame for not being comfortable
The attempt to fill my shoes
Envious of my success
I can’t fit in the room
Elephants never made a good pet
Respect I’ve earned tarnished my approval of trust
Garnished my salad with croutons as we discuss something other than petty crumbs
Distasteful situations I debate on your demise while eating lunch
Granted a toll was payed for the admission at a crowded round table
Extorted most of my closest pawns in order to remain stable
I still keep the same force as Able
Caine in your nose
I suppose you awake son
I rather bake one
Then debate drunk
Love overpower my pace for lust
Even when I’m hungry
I’ll never supply my flesh needs against thee
PLEASE CANCEL THAT MEET AND GREET
Instant insanity insinuates itself repeatedly but not on me
You know who they are because of their unconventional thinking
It’s the paranoid pathetic people as per that which I see
And those are the ones I blame for my drinking
Craziness comes crawling and calling too many times for me
And these people walk around saying “poor me-- this ain’t no fun”
Lunatics lay in wait for me to prove that which I see
Well these people ain’t sane so pour me, pour me, pour me another one
I cannot escape the inescapable
My time ain’t worth their’s or anyone
Especially not with the mentally incapable
And then these people try to get a license for a handgun
No, they want to argue to demonstrate what they are
In front of an audience on my home, the street
So I run to the nearest liquor store or bar
And these are the kind of folk you never want to meet

God Will Meet and Greet
This author I have known,
And he is now fully grown;
Great poem have to read,
Fulfilling your each need.
Jim Horn
Every morning when God and I will meet,
With message of hope me He does greet;
Sure is such a great way to begin my day,
Knowing that to heaven He is the only way.
God even has sent His Son to save my soul;
Lead and bring me back to His precious fold;
Done correctly and directly on the right track;
They together to heaven shall bring us back.
Christmas time again is here and did arrive,
And from sin and temptation we did survive;
God and His Son are both our greatest gift;
Weight of sin off of shoulders often did lift.
Some gifts under tree you are unable to see;
Best one is to be saved from sin and set free;
Of all gifts one which was the most shocking,
Saw my sweet wife in a Christmas stocking.

"There were at least 15 conduct complaints against him, the Star Tribune reported, citing records from the Minneapolis Police Department's Internal Affairs. Most of the complaints were closed without discipline.
Mr Chauvin's personal files were heavily redacted, but there are details of one complaint from 2007. The complaint concerns allegations Mr Chauvin pulled a woman from her car and frisked her after she was caught driving 10mph over the speed limit.
A report found Mr Chauvin did not record audio of the incident and failed to switch his dashcam on during the stop."
He placed his ugly knee on a cuffed and overpowered man by 4 armed cops, and for almost 9 minutes. No plea entered his ear canal, let alone a heart. Watch the "policing of USA" on video & recognize a fascist & nazi in our midst. God help black men ... and ALL of us.

M-eet and greet the day,
Y-earn to utter hello;
R-ise of the sun begins,
A-s light leaves the shadow.
C-old chill and raindrops
A-re set to pass from view;
S-hine above is so bright
T-o take you out of the blue.
I-t's time for the night to go,
L-etting you meet the dawn;
L-etting you greet the morn
O-nce the twilight is gone.
R-ay in the wide blue sky
I-s now sharing your dream;
T-rying to make you glow
U-nderneath the gleam.
A-s you wake from slumber, say goodbye to the gray;
L-ook at sixteenth October, meet and greet the day.
Cloudy McGlirk moved into the house at the end of the block.
I ran over to meet him, to greet him, to see if he is on Tic Tock.
Some later said I was way too forward, which I sometimes am.
He tipped his mangy red baseball cap to me, and called me Ma’am.
I stared at him, not understanding because he is wrinkled and old.
Ancient actually, but he was treating me as if I was collectors gold.
A rare relic just pulled out of a sixteen hundred pirate’s treasure chest.
I tiptoed away before I answered, because I think this was the best.
