The Lever (1) of Faith
*
The lever we need to move earth, if not heavens,
is Science, my friend, not your ‘take’ on our Bibles
(some mindfart of personal prejudice)! Players
take truth out of context to justify evil.
The ‘Saved’ aren’t much better, board Grace like ark’s lifeboat,
think the phrase, “I love Jesus!” means God’s in a headlock!
‘Saved’ dream this proves ‘FAITH!’ But FAITH’s dead when one’s certain.
*
God’s presence is palpable, ‘Love’ knows no curtain.
We scramble on earth, but God’s Truth is not adhoc.
Truth IS (like I AM!), God writes text, we’re time’s footnote.
We’re art still evolving, man’s pallet’s primeval!
We flounder on privilege, hang out in ‘Hooters!
Best Science more models what’s real! Fake ‘truth’ libels
when all’s said and done, while humility leavens.
*
There’s virtue in thinking, more sin in emotion!
Can merit attribute for acting on instinct?
What sin could condemn those whose thoughts fail in logic?
But faith (that’s not action), Christ says can move mountains, (2)
can prosper Good Works that are what God’s Will mainstreams,
while good works ‘you’ author casts light on worm leavings!
What’s not in God’s will might be works of the Devil.
*
It’s Faith or good works that more signal devotion,
a heart that’s a servant? Could real God be hoodwinked?
Faith’s lever can pivot on mass (geologic)
or fulcrums on God’s Will? Bathe heart in Truth’s fountains,
doubt easy solutions, don’t marry your daydreams!
There’s more to success in this life than our cravings.
Digest food life feeds you and play on the level.

Poet’s Notes:
(1) Archimedes – “Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to
place it, and I shall move the world.”
(2) 1 Corinthians 13:2
“If I have the gift of prophesy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if
I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.”

Premium Member A Clever Lever

With my pen as lever
     I can be clever
  Though deep down
    my heart’s torn apart

   I wear a smile on my face
    write lines filled with mirth
  Do whatever it takes
    to survive on this earth

The Pink Lever

Whoosh whoosh whoosh!!!
The freaking bell breaks its law again
The Christmas Eve was just a tale
The feathers of chicks were just at hail
Arrows of pains were in their veins
The hot-reddish path was gained
Key claimed as if the dame was lame
Cocky perfumes all-over the wailing sail
Dogs wail for the eve is great
The time of pain was over for a new day to begin in weightless end
Mamma was good to stay in hay for there’s no work for her to lay
Bones were many for puppies to play
As they sing "the day is young and hay
Cats were in hard diet
 For the enemy was at hand the whole night
No captives were found in their way light
Birds rejoice in the loud voice they could know
The box created for a special snow
Never got to sow
They reap nothing like cold
Hottie! Hottie! The weather was bold
The rain too never unfold
Winds were brails and never woed
Happy we were for the families were in whole
Music was played to close the hole
Magic tale were happening in front of our face
No war was found in trace
The dogs and cats took honey and went on dates
They made a lot of money cos they dance in gates
The birds too went for the puppies for there was nothing Coney in the fairies.

Shaking Like a Leaf

Shaking like a leaf
Won’t make you a chief,
Never takes one to the top,
Never a popular prop;
Would rather one drop
And one’s mission flop …

Never for centuries A Lever,
Even slightly harms The Liver;
Therefore not a prize from its giver …

So, on no account whatsoever
Must your decisions waver
Nor at the sight of foes quaver
As neither is a saver
Nor you portray as clever.

My Lever In Life

In life of turmoil,
               in wavy life,
               tidal life...
               with love, i made my
               lever... !

Premium Member Lecherous Lever

You pulled a lecherous lever,
hid behind the word forever;
Told me to never say never;
Misbehavior, misbehavior;

You did not expect me to win
but I knew just how to begin;
Enamor you as the lynchpin,
gotta check-in, gotta check-in.
