Venus In View

Venus in View

Oh, megalithic moon, shine your rays upon my beatific being
For in this jubilant June, our hearts aflutter forever fleeing
My Venus stands still, a Goddess of the crimson songful sky
Within a throbbing thrill, my love comes in with a soulful shy
Oh Aphrodite grant me courage as the jewels of heaven glow
May the oracles flaunty furnish our embrace of eternities echo
And thus our love will flourish for the petals of desire bestow.

Premium Member When Such Beauty Is In View

Where do I start when such beauty is in view
From where I sit amidst cerulean blues
Behind she, my love, the breakers in crest
Caressing so soft, golden hues in zest

Where do I start when such beauty is in view
Locks so dark, tied back in style
Tanned shoulders radiant
Prolific profile, smile

Where do I start when such beauty is in view
Nape to her torso throws me a true
Pearls in beauty drape, adorn her soft skin
Allure my heart feels, blissful within

Where do I start when such beauty is in view
Against now cerulean skies
Breathtakingly, dressed amour
My love, seen through my eyes

Premium Member In View of the Mirror

Muted solitary moments run for days,
as the air of discontent begins to scoff
we vent in a wordless empty praise
pretending, telling the truth to back off;
in view of the mirror all bets are off.

retirement close, Arthur sadly wonders,
                      ponders ruefully what his passions are!
                              to merrily spend the days...
                             golf or pool! dearest wife says -
                       must get my tea in bed, whatsoever!

In View of My Mortality Part 2 of 2

- and GOD Said: -

Live Each Day With Joy Even Thru Tests
Live Each Day Having Mercy & Tenderness
Live Each Day As Tho' Opening A Treasure Chest
Yes, Live On This Earth, Like An Honored Guest

- yes GOD Said: -

Live Each Day Without A Skulk or A Scare
Live Each Day On Spontaneous & A Daily Prayer
For You Really Know WHO Is Truly Out There
It's More Than Molecules & Fusion-Moves & Thin-Air ...

- and GOD Said: -

HE Made The Elements & The Genetic DNA Stair
HE Calls Each Star & Counted Each Follicle of My Hair
HE Sent HIS Son, So That I Would Know HE Cares
& HE Put No More On Me Than I Could Bear
& So I Trust THE ONE Who Created Life To Share
As HE Forgives The Repentant Ones & Spares ...

As I Face My Mortality
I Do Not View It As Finality
For This Isn't The End of My Totality
Just My Memoirs of Victory Over Tragedy
For Future Review & Autobiography

and If Must, Let This Be My Eulogy:
"JAH Will Keep Her In HIS Memory
For GOD Will Re-Spark Her With HIS Energy
So, She Did Not Fear Eventuality
... As She Faced Her Own Mortality"

As I Face My Own Mortality
I See It As A Bridge To Humility
I See It As A Release From Infirmity
I See It As A Stairwell At The Mystery

Or As I Step On The Tightrope of Infinity
Balanced By The Almighty, Eternal Entity
WHO Gives My Endurance More Elasticity
... to Stretch Out My Mortality Indefinitely

... As I Face My Own Rate of Mortality
As I Face My Own Efforts's & Tasks' Inequality
I Truly Thank My GOD Most Emphatically ...
For Being Guardian of My Mortality

& Changing Mortal Thoughts To Immortality

Heaven In View

Mother watches her boy in bed,
Sees not the man but the child.
The love she gave through his life,
Now she watches him slowly die.

That healthy son, the world his,
He that only wanted to share in love.
Sweet child, have you no mercy,
She feels blame, doesn’t help his shame.

Stay by my side now mother,
He is still the same good luck boy.
Jesus help him find that special place,
So warm that the sun always shines.

Please don’t leave me now mother,
I have made my choices, I am a man.
I am amazing and I will burn bright,
Even when my lights are dimmed.

When we understand not, we seek reason,
You understand God, no explaining.
Now mother watches her baby boy die,
For now, her sun no longer shines.

Haiku and Senryu With the Japan Tremor In View

Their eyes  well   with   tears

Tremors   have   crushed  tomatoes

In  Kunamato

Waves  of the  earth  howled

Successive   days   and  nights rolled

Crisis   loom   in   soul

Quake  flattens houses

Southern  Japan   collapses

The serpent hisses

Souls  shake   in  Ozu

Our dear friends we feel for you

Time  weeps  in   pain-dew

Our   deep   sympathy

From  Soupers  empathy   too

The  world  is  with  you

Beautiful Morn Is In View

B-eautiful morn is in view,
H-aving both warmth and light;
E-arly dawn has broken,
C-hill fades into the night.

M-ajestic morn is in view,
A-pril twenty-fourth Monday;
R-ise of the sun begins,
I-ncluding the radiant ray.
A-llow the rain to stop,
N-o more shadows so blue;
O-pen your eyes to daybreak, beautiful morn is in view.

Sunrise Is In View

R-ising sun is in view,
A-fter the moon is gone;
Z-one of morning glory
I-s shared by the dawn.
E-arly light has shown up, rising above the horizon;
H-aze is passing from eyes, as fog is brought to oblivion.

R-ed beacon is in sight,
E-ventide turns into day;
S-hadows have disappeared,
U-nderneath the skyway.
R-adiant gleam has come,
R-ays emanate from fire;
E-very mist is erased,
C-hill sinks into the mire.
C-omfort from up above
I-s brought by God to you;
O-n May twenty-seventh,
N-ew sunrise is in view.

Something Good In View

G-ray clouds become white,
R-ise of the sun begins;
A-fter the night is gone,
C-old chill and raindrops
E-nd.

N-ew dawn starts to break,
O-pening the occasion with mirth;
T-hird month seventh sunny day
A-ims to warm your birth.
R-ide like the blowing wind,
T-ill you reach where you want to;
E-very place in the world has something good in view.

Early Morn Is In View

E-arly morn is in view
V-ile weather turns fine;
E-vening shadows disappear,
L-et the sunlight shine.
Y-our birthday has come, cold chill fades away;
N-ew dawn has broken, bringing warmth to the day.

A-pril seventh sweet Friday,
L-ong night fades into the blue;
B-eautiful beacon is in sight,
O-ne early morn is in view.

New Hope Is In View

N-ew hope is in view,
O-pen both your eyes;
V-isible ray of light
E-manates from sunrise.
L-ook, new hope is in view,
I-t paints the sky brighter;
T-o make you feel good,
A-nd even much better.

A-s new hope is in view,
S-tart to find a way;
U-se your faith and trust,
N-ovember fourteenth Tuesday.
C-ling or hold on firmly,
I-n the middle of the blue;
O-bliterate the doubt,
N-ew hope is in view.

New Year Is In View

A-s new year is in view,
R-emaining days are twelve;
N-ineteenth of December,
E-xpect the hopeful life to
L-ive,

E-xistence of the current year
B-egins to slowly fade;
U-sing the word farewell,
S-aying good-bye will be made.
E-arly Tuesday morning meets the sky so blue;
O-pen your eyes to fresh start, new year is in view.
