I am stuck here
find myself in vortices 
that tear in two ways
left
right
torn asunder

Flooded feelings
but I miss you
I miss you
does that mean I am back?
Let me be me
don't pull on me
or push

Let me sit
upright
or squat
or everything in between
without questioning

spiral out of myself
lose control
