Best In Two Ways Poems

Premium Member I Miss You
I am stuck here
find myself in vortices
that tear in two ways
left
right
torn asunder

Flooded feelings
but I miss you
I miss you
does that mean I am back?
Let me be me
don't pull on me
or push

Let me sit
upright
or squat
or everything in between
without questioning

Don't make me
spiral out of myself
lose control
be pushed...

Premium Member Empty Shells
Empty shells I find on the beach
can be looked at in two ways.
In one aspect, they are seeds of death -
the only tangible remains of once-living creatures
        now...

Real Friends
They are like night and day
Always there,
Even when not seen, I know they’ll be here
Treat me like a brother, oh how much they care
How many are they?
Who do stick around when we try and fail?
To help us through the day
Looking beyond the veil
And not shun...

Premium Member Mysterious Smile
no one saw her invisible pain
wrapped in her mysterious smile,
no one listened to her silence
in the crowd with deaf ears,
no one cared about her story
that she whispered,
no one imagined her drowning
in the tides of depression,
	though she died struggling in
	deep sea waters,...

Premium Member Should I Have No Doubt
I don't believe
That's right I don't
I don't because I don't see
I don't because I don't hear
I don't because I can't command
I don't because anything I do don't matter
Because there is a God
And He controls everything
From everything I say and do
From everything I eat and...

Premium Member 2 Lunes
1. Kelly Lune:
silk rose under dome
opaque glass
thwarted love preserved

2. Jack Collom Lune:
the faded corsage
under a dusty glass dome—
missed spring ball

NOT FOR CONTEST

Status of Super Clematis
Status of Super Clematis

So what is the status of my super Clematis?
We hope our Hollyhocks are glad to see us
And what if flowers became a beautiful Rose?
With energy earnestly grows and grows.

Many nice words are said about my Mum
And Lilacs we always enjoy having some
Also...

The Poor and Puffed Up Pockets
Global girth seems to gain all the time,
Giants garnering world's every dime,
The rich grab all the pie--
Why the poor poorer die
In the world, piling wealth's when no crime.

Fine, lemon you find sweet is sweat lime,
Nor crime-- your thoughts of ‘I’,
Go savour your sweet pie,
Pay heed...

Scrambled Ramblings
I hate that I love being in love.

I hope I win the lottery.
I love giving people money so I know
that every dollar I give for someone to live
will cause change in two ways.

I am so tired all the time because I...

Premium Member Glass
I am a glass,
important in your life;
I hold selected drinks
to quench your thirst.
At your side-
in both good times and strife-
upon your list of needs,
I am the first.

But also,
I can be your measurement;
one day, a month,
a year or many years.
Interpretation of which
is oft bent
to whether
I hold...

What Did You Do With Your Death
"WHAT DID YOU DO WITH YOUR DEATH?"

I live inside my death.
most hear this and cringe, laugh or direct me into an area where this death doesn't exist.
97 percent of them see that it's happened.
3 percent know why.
the average man, the average woman, never thinks...

Life's Tale
What is life really about, if anything
Arising from the laws of physic curse
Life is either a meaningless accident sling
0perating in a creating universe
Or great plan experiment rehearse

Life suggests that its future is not known
Life is the embodiment of self·ish·ness
'Cause it is for itself in...

Waiter!! There's Some Soup In My Fly!!!
Well, it's Freddy time again.
Went to the diner one day,
To buzz around diner tables
And he somehow flew into
a bowl of soup,
This is what the waiter said;
This poor fly, he is drowning,
A Ministroni death, it's awful,
don't you see? The poor fly
has ingested too much soup,
His...

A Man
I'm a man with a plan and all God's promises in the palm of my hand. I'm a man
at times. Many can not understand, but just remember that there is a plan .

I'm a man that has subdued the land with my bare...
