As A Poet, The Importance Of Truth
I wrote all that sunny day and all night
About love, life, also humanity
Not every day was sunny and bright
Nor do I lie to appease my vanity
This wicked and deadly world eats its own
As midnight oozes into break of day
I try my best not to be hard as stone
And wake at dawn to fight the morbid gray
That seething darkness that tries to sneak in
And those sad little blues that fight to come
I face this dark world with truth and a grin
On occasion I drink Bacardi rum
I was a farm boy, my morals are fine
I reserve Sunday for church to attend
I walk straight, truth is my favorite line
Truth is, I never abandon my friends.
I wrote all that sunny day and all night
About love, life, also humanity
Not every day was sunny and bright
Nor do I lie to appease my vanity.

Importance of the Alternative Perspective
Contortions of my sentient being
Distortions of my inclinations to dream
Proportions of truth deciphering what it all means
Abortions of opinion as things are not always as they seem
Embellishments of truth displayed on the evening news
An inelegance that’s uncouth waiting for uncivilised cues
An epiphany of untold magnitude seen in awestruck colours of light and hues
A litany of criminal activity revealed by a complex set of clues
The vibrant laughter of children free from care or thought or sorrow
The vagrant daughter of an aristocrat whose forced to beg and borrow
The fragrant spice of delicate refine that contemplated living for tomorrow
The content found on television devoid of depth and so very hollow
Renewed graces of a man given a second chance at living
Perused statements of an intellect whose ideas are always giving
Confused looks from a stern command who remains perpetually unforgiving
The innocent intentions of a naive soul who stakes his fate on wishing
An ordained priest of benevolence preaching love to his fellow man
The contained feast of eloquence as a poet reaches linguistic highs
The engrained yeast of vigilance pacing back and forward as she cries
While the deranged beast of malevolence plots an innocent souls demise
Should we contain the urge to purge our souls from all this hate ?
Or simply refrain to complain at all lest we get locked out of Heavens gate?
Can we pertain noble incline in the workings of the human mind?
Or is the most essential attribute to remain above all else to be kind?

IMPORTANCE OF A WOMAN
A woman is of so much importance, to herself and to all those around her.
For every woman is made special and beautiful
And yes,
She has a special task to perform......,
And certainly to bring joy to this world
She makes her family, and she makes her home complete.
She is a mother,
And she is a wife.
She is a sister,
And a friend if you need!
She is definitely a daughter to a great woman as well!
A woman has so many roles to play and so many acts to perform.
Special she is, akin to God
For no other can endure life’s happiness, pains, sorrows and grief all at once.
She is like a sponge that will soak all of the sorrows,
And yet she will still be able to smile through it all,
Even if her heart bleeds, a strong woman is all you will see.
Her tears are her comfort, only when she is alone
For she can feel her pain no other will know,
She has a right to herself you know, to grieve if she wishes so,
For a woman’s right is not only for herself,
But to please others too!
This is the importance that no one can deny a woman,
A strong woman!
" Education paves way for future financial security. By education I mean knowledge of subject matter not just marks" -

When I was in teens
Father lost his job
Tough times for family
We had an ailing, bedridden grandmother
While father searched for job
Mother told me
You concentrate on your studies
You are my only hope for future
I want you to earn well
Finished schooling with good marks
Topped school, wanted to become doctor
We didn't have money
Took commerce stream
Did CA along with graduation
Would get up early and leave home
First college then CA firm
Come back home late at night
All free time dedicated to education
Was university topper
Rank holder in CA
Job offers came on their own.
When I gave my first salary to my mother she shed tears of joy.
Finally our family problems came to an end.
My hard work bore fruit
Now I am holding a top position in big company
I have house of my own and enough money
I tell my son education is important
Material processions are transient
Knowledge stays forever.
When I see college students not studying
I feel sorry for them
They don't realise the value of education
Education is essential for living
Education should be free for all.

Knowledge makes you humble
With knowledge you rarely stumble
Knowledge makes you aware
With knowledge you know what to beware
Knowledge earns you respect
With knowledge many things you don't expect
Knowledge gives you confidence
With knowledge you aren't over confident
Knowledge makes you mature
With knowledge your future is secure
He who knows the most
Will never ever boast
He knows knowledge is vast
Very little he has amassed
Everything else may not stay
Knowledge in mind forever stays.

The importance of wearing gloves.
The importance of putting them on, just so.
The quality of this gesture shows the world
one's good breeding, set apart.
The importance of putting fingers and thumbs
into their proper place,
done poorly, there's a chance of being caught,
committing a grand faux pas that would scandalize
the year's social season.
The importance of proper adjustment, alignment,
achieved with a quick, firm push between the fingers,
securing a place on top of the hand for the three,
tightly stitched ridges.
The battle cry of the country club set
is heard as women line up,
ready to go to war for the sake of appearances.
Did Athena wear gloves? "Pray, tell me, quick."
Some semblance of mythic history is needed,
or my friend's mother will have shot herself in vain.
*For a high-school friend who lost her mother in 1966.
All the love he missed
was freely available
and he never knew
Relation mainly based on Faith,
Faith in order to Maintain a Relationship.
Essential that neither let one Down,
Try to be Reliable as much as possible,
Rather than waiting for someone to have Faith.
Relationship is the matter of Heart and Reliability,
Is impossible unless there is Natural Warmth.
In maintaining Personal Relationship,
It bring a little order into the Contemporary Chaos,
In Life and Society.
One must be Fond of people and Trust them,
If one is not to make a Mess of Life.
It is sometime Comparatively Solid,
In a World full of Violence and Cruelty.
Little bright cheeked girl,
With long, sombre braids in a navy wool skirt,
Dreamed of Paris,
Sitting on a wooden stool,
Sipping hot lemon water,
Slipping away in a Soviet land.
Years brought inspiration, aspiration, liberation,
And with this one fine day,
In blossoming, plum coloured May,
Fate introduced itself in the shape of a man.
Never did his eyes wander away from hers,
Inciting a pleasant skip in the beating of her hopeful heart.
Words exchanged and suddenly there it was,
A confession he lives in the very core of her dream.
Soon she was there,
Finally alive in the boulevards, soaking up the Parisian air.
The mesmerising beauty of the same idea;
The houses all the same, all equal,
Executed so marvellously in cream coloured stone,
Glowing in the saccharine sunshine of the day.
The cafés where all her childhood idols spent their lives,
Art greeting a person every step of the way.
At night he was by her side,
As they indulged in red wine in the stuffy attic,
Laughing away as she sang a lullaby.
Fate gave her that, just for a while.
Then took it away to be reasonable,
Shielding her from the intoxication of this opulence,
To encourage her to remember this fondly,
So that one day she would return for more.

I don't want to let you go ever....you are the rock of my world.
Your sure confidence let me know that all was well and I could do anything.
I love you....you made me believe that I could do anything if I just set my mind to the task.
You made me think that you loved me even though you never said it.
You shared your faith and helped me see grace would make the way.
I will never forget your kindness and the step up in life you gave me.
Letters are of importance....when life gets frail.
History, schmistory.
Or, so you say;
But without history
Do you know,
Where we'd be today?
For history is yesterday,
teaching today
How to live tomorrow,
So that it can live a life
Of happines,
Not sorrow.
Oh, but alas, the lessons
Of the past are spurned;
At the cost of the future,
Its great lessons
Are not learned.
We live for the present,
That "here and now."
We give in to our pleasures,
To each whim
We bow.
Yet if we forget the past,
We'll only repeat it;
And the future we seek?
We'll never truly
See it.
So history is important,
For you see,
With out history
We're not better off
Than the fish
In the sea.
I’m not sure how you feel about this
But it’s an extremely important decision
That you may choose or choose not to make
Which is the gift of life for someone
Through the gift of organ donation.
Just think if you do decide to be an organ donor
You may have the chance to live again
Although not in the physical sense
But just think a small piece of you
Might be helping someone else to live.
It’s not a definite that they’ll live
But if they do you can feel a sense of pride
In knowing that it’s your organs that’s helping them to live
Because the risks sure do outweigh the reality
After all isn’t that what you should do help preserve life.

Speaking for people in Gaza
Who are killed like animals
I call it
"A daily call."
Showing 27 years
of wars in eastern
of DRCongo mostly.
I call it

Look ...
behind Iphones
There are bloods
of millions Congolese.
The more people buying them
The more Congolese continue to be
killed like animals.
women continue to be raped by rebels
made by some super powers countries.
Remember technology
of today
Relays
on Congolese
natural resources.
Reason why
We see wars
And wars
And wars
And wars.
In east of DRCongo.
Why not speaking
for them the most?
" Oh! God transform hearts of evil folks
Who always finance the killings
of Congolese Daily. "
Life begin with seeds
It can protect the whole world
Can hold our future
So take care of our nature
Don’t cut trees for selfish greed
People suffer much
From natural disasters
Because of the seeds
They didn’t give importance
Destroying our mother earth
It’s not too late friends
Plants seeds for your country’s sake
Be the one to prove
That you care your family
Because of the seeds of life
