Dessert, A Memory You Have, Balloons

(We Met, We Soared And You Flew Away)

A memory we have of our passionate first night
where candles burned almost as hot as our bed.
Can not forget, sweet lust found in your sight,
memorable treasures now resting within my head!

Your joy...

Premium Member Armadilly Billy and the Buzzard Rustlers
Armadilly Billy the Sling Shot Kidster, was the Sheriff of our town.
When mangy rustlers went into action, he was wont to hunt them down.
‘The Buzzard’ and his surly gang of rustlers of epically, bad renown…
Had picked Texas and other states clean, and were on the...

Far beneath fathom's kept, where the dead men,
Dare not speak of forgotten kingdom's hidden deep,
Under waves chilling currents, in the aquatic blues,
 Burial zone.
Behind seaweeds thickened greenery, and corals
 Reefs decorative stealth.
An ancient mystery's truth lies undiscovered,
Pull back times curtain reveal a world turned up,
Side...

Premium Member When I Woke Up This Morning
I opened to my internet this morning
to see an icon of a woman
under bannered "News"

And thought it couldn't be important
or it would be a picture
of a white patriarch.

I opened to my weather web
this mourning,
to behold an icon of a Goddess
knowing we continue Gaia weeping
important fatalities
if...

Shadows, Reflections, and Memories
In the womb
A baby grows
Listening to her mother’s voice
Soothing her
She smiles and moves
Little does she know
What her future holds

The day arrives
She is born
Wrapped tight and cradled by her mother
Looking up at her mother...

Be Bold
Be bold, I tell myself through whispers of driven reinforcement…
Reassuring myself that His might is as high as the mountains
He told me to be not deceived by the wickedness and resentment
Feel me, relief from grief…pouring forth such insane fountains

Succumbed to underestimations
Show me the way, self-innovations
I...

Premium Member The Muses and I
Of all the gods and goddesses
Found in Greek mythology,
My favorites are the nine Muses*,
Each means something special to me:
Calliope is epically bombastic;
Urania has stars in her eyes;
Erato's love poems are fantastic;
And Melpomene says of tragedy,
"It's not a play unless somebody dies.";
Polyhymnia's hymns're rafter ringing;
With Clio...

If There Was a Key To Heaven
If there was a key to heaven
Then this is what it would look like to me
It would have to be forged in Gods truth for all to see
Sealed in his promise to all that believe
Magnified for all mankind to receive
The power of choice he gave...

Failed
How dare you walk around all cocky and self righteous
Nailing your ASS is going to be my final gift
U know what u did covering it up because you had to
You don't fool me Doc I see right through you
Can't let you roam around freely out...

Premium Member Claustrophobic Centers
Much has been felt
then written
about loneliness at the top

Less written,
yet perhaps far more often felt,
about claustrophobia in the center.

Problems with delegation,
boundaries,
predictable timelines,
responsive management focus,
follow through performance,
closeted partisanship,
competitions to be heard
listened to
appreciated
respected
for our therapeutic,
and not our terrorist,
potential

Nonviolent calm
peace,
by quietly listening contrast
to violent fears,
invites resiliently harmonic
win/win...

Premium Member Cultural Blindness
In psychology and communications theory
We notice experiences of cognitive/affective dissonance--

What an anthropologist might note
as a cultural legacy of cognitive blindness--
epically unfortunate events

And a health therapist
might not notice as a pathological orthodoxy
preventing mere health objects of history
from acting and voting
in our own greatest subjective wealth...

If music had taste yours would be tofu
Fills you up, but unsatisfying to chew
Let me tell you what I don't want,
Not the same ole same,
Get-stuck-in-your-head-drive-you-insane-music
If I hear another Swift super-hit I swear I'm gonna lose it
Need something so diverse
That it don't feel like it could...

Orchestras Within
Do you ever feel that tug?
A tug deep inside,
Tugging on your strings,
Playing you like an orchestra.

This epically astounding orchestra,
Never missing a note,
But this orchestra,
It sounds so depressing, all it does is gloat.

Sitting back on this balcony,
Closing my eyes,
Watching the sounds bounce,
Bouncing off this stone cold...

To the Kids
It's an important lesson to children, but epically now, a lot of adults might need the bigger picture.

Trucks and dolls are both toys
So it doesn’t matter with which you game
But we all have our preferences
And in that way we are the same

So some will play...
